The work that they did on my car looked good, but it was just a small dent to fix, only (estimated) $1300 dollars to fix. They they where booked a month out to even start the work, but told me that it was so minor that it should take take no more than 2 to 3 days to fix, 4 at the absolute most time.......well 16 days later it was finally ready. It was only back side panel and then they said it needed a new back bumper, so the price increased to $2300 dollars. The worst part of the whole thing is that they put a little over 600 miles on my car! WHY?? There was no need to drive my car anywhere because there were no engine issues. What were they doing? Going you riding or driving it home at night. I think they kept the car for the extra days because they knew I didnt have to have a rental to use we had another car that I could drive. I wont be using them again!!!
Rick and Laura are great, my vehicle was a little late, but, picked it up in time to go out of town. Excellent work, and I am very pleased. One little question I have for Rick, I will see him tomorrow. Nationwide referred me because they are a BLUE RIBBON CO, which means lifetime warranty as long as I own my car. GREAT JOB FOLKS

My van needed repairs after a collision. During the time that it was in the shop, my kayak tour was moved up a few days. Since my van is the only car we have that can carry kayaks, I called them and they finished it a day early. I picked it up a day early and it was ready to go for my kayak trip. It was very appreciated! They are very professional and thorough.
We were quite impressed at how they stayed in touch. The passenger side of our Cadillac SUV was sideswiped from front to back. It was hard to open the passenger front door. They worked with our insurance company, USAA, so I knew someone else was checking the repairs needed. Once they got inside, it needed about $1700 in additional repairs - again they worked w USAA & all was approved.It took about two weeks but that included the Memorial Day weekend. When we picked it up it looked like brand new. The paint is smooth & matches exactly. We are very pleased.
We brought our vehicle in on a Monday and rolled out on a Friday of the same week. Chad took outstanding great care of us and our new car that was damaged due to another driver. Chad even assisted us in dealing with the other partys at fault Subpar Insurance. I would recommend them any day. Thank you Chad and staff.

Came in for an estimate and got the run around. Already have my insurance claim set and paid out, just trying to get estimates for how much it will cost to get the work done so I can give them to my insurance company and work directly with them on my own. Trying to tell them I just wanted an estimate and did not need them to handle the claims process for me was more difficult than it should have been.

It was also nice talking to Donna while I was there too. i know you said you guarantee your work and if anything comes up come see you.... so I will hold you to that 😏

Worst place ever!! Avoid at all costs!!! No communication what so ever. Was promised 3 times they would call me. I called them two days after their promissory date every time. Their employees stole all the change out of my center console when the work being done was all exterior. They didn’t care their employees violated my personal space. Didn’t care to deal with it. Gave me $30 off my bill. Lol. Found more spot damage after they were done and was promised a call...never happened. Estimated completion time was 8 business days, took them 15 business days. Broke my power port Cover in my back seat. Why? The work was supposed to be exterior. Please do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

They call you weekly on progress and are very nice... but it is taking too long for repairs in our opinion. But 15K in damage, hope we are fair.

I was extremely happy with the customer service, responsiveness, and quality of work performed by Carolinas Collision Center. I met with the General Manager, Jason Baucom, when I brought in my car for damage related to a fender bender. Jasons staff worked with the at-fault insurance company and arranged for OEM replacement parts to be used. When I picked the car up the repairs were perfect and it had been washed and detailed. Couldnt have been happier with my overall experience!
I had an accident in my car in December, only damage to the front bumper, the car can be driven, I contacted Mr. Chad, he told me first that they were very busy that they only had the opportunity in mid-February, and then he said no, that until the first week of March, what kind of business can give you security when they tell you only lies, I do not recommend this place, do not waste your time with this collision center, look for one where they really treat you like you do.
They, or should I say Chad, did nothing but lie, and give us the run around for the last two of the more than four week they had our car, and guess what, the work is less than sub par. GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE!!!!
