This place is great. A scratch on my new car was repaired at this shop. What was estimated to be done in 10days was done in 5. The staff is awesome, they kept me updated daily on the status of my car. Ryan was so respectful and polite. Not only did my car look great upon return it was CLEAN. Hi with a follow up complimentary wash at a later date. I will definitely use them again

Delaware Cadillac Body shop provided constant communication from the day of the estimate until my car was finished. Also, the car was finished sooner than was originally planned. It was very convenient to get and return a rental car from this location. Very happy with the repairs and I will return to this business in the future if body work is ever needed.

Outrageously priced. I got an estimate from 3 different shops and this place was twice the price of the other places. Do yourself a favor and shop around.

Estimated repair time for a back bumper repair was 23 days. It was not completed on time. The repair took 29 days to complete. Customer service is decent and repairs are well done.

Delaware Cadillac body shop left 6ft of masking material (trash) inside my door after performing work. The trash eventually jammed up the door locks resulting in a costly repair. I reached out to Delaware Cadillac and they resolved the situation appropriately and fairly.As for the work they do, with the exception of this incident, its always top notch; almost like it never happened.

I wish there was a way to give less than a star. I chose this business because when I called them they said they would be able to get to my car quickly. Well quickly turned into them having it for over a month and it ended up going g over the original estimate for repairs by almost $3000. I was never given timely updates and was given multiple dates it would be completed but that kept changing. I ended up having to take it back to them the day I got it back because the ball bearing was bad. They obviously never bothered to test drive it before giving it back to me. Now I have to take it back again because the sun visor they replaced just fell out while I was driving.And they have known about all these issues yet no one has ever apologized or followed up.Never ever again would I use this body shop!Update: I want to thank Tony fir following up with me and fixing my visor. I wish I had been able to work with him from the beginning as Im sure my experience would have been better., Im adjusting my review to 3 stars as this redeemed some of my experience.

Gave the best customer service ever. There employees there really care about their customers. I definitely recommend taking your car here to get fixed back up like new. My SUV looks as if an accident never happened.

Theyve fixed up my 05 Deville twice now from other people hitting it and both times the work was immaculate. They even offered to replace an aftermarket headlight housing I had that was damaged. Timely service, great communication, competitive pricing, and flexible hours. Ill be going here for any repairs I need in the future for sure.

I`ve used Delaware Cadillac Body Shop twice due to accidents caused by others. After the 1st repair I had to return twice due to parts used (needed to have headlight replace, both times). Parts specified by the insurance adjuster. Otherwise, I am satisfied with the repairs and workmanship of the staff on both jobs. Great job and thanks.

The product was good but I was charged 4K more than I should have been and the service department is so poor that what good is it when yoy have a great product such as the Cadillac is but you cant trust its service department.

STAY AWAY! Visiting from Florida, I was involved in an accident in Wilmington, De with by 2 week old, Infinity QX50. Progressive would not cover shipping back to Florida so I had a choice between Porter in Newark, Delaware or Delaware Cadillac in Wilmington. Making a decision I now totally regret, I choice Delaware Cadillac Body Shop. I was t-boned so I had damage on both the right and left side. Damage was over $14k. After 6 weeks I received my car via a shipping firm. OMG! The side panels were poorly fitted, the door seams were poorly fitted, so when driving, sounds like a window is slightly opened---loud. Metal stripping was uneven and loose. Exterior side panels were not flush. It was as it they put a puzzle together with their eyes closed so nothing fits well. I immediatly took by car to Caliber Collision in Florida and we found multiple components of repair which will have to be re-done. Already estimated at over several thousand dollars in re-repairs and maybe more once it is on the lift. I am not kidding when I say that the interior panels near the widows were loose and not even securely attached I am appalled that this is a shop that Progressive or any insurance company would recommend. Is there a quality inspection department? I think not! If you want to make a bad situation worse, this is your place but if you want and expect professional repairs---STAY AWAY FROM DELAWARE CADILLAC BODY SHOP.

I had a car accident, well a deer jumped out in front of me an hit the driver side fender an my insurance company sent me to Auto Team Delaware (Delaware Cadillac Body Shop) an it seemed like they did a great job but really all the did was replace the light an paint it... the suspension was damaged just on the side that got hit so i brought it back to them an they said it was just normal ware on the car ... the car was 100% fine before the accident an now is crap they also damage my washer fluid motor when fixing the bumper an a part of my interior which i dont know why they doing anything inside my car! the guy i was dealing with gave me such a hard time just cause of my age an didnt want to deal with having to more work on my car! Will never go back to them for anything an would never recommend anyone to have to vehicle work on by them!!

Lesson learned hard way.my wife and i have always taken our vehicles here for body work. NEVER once was disappointed.Wife had fender bender in my truck. insurance co. didnt want to use delaware cadillac,said too expensive,but could if we wanted too. So we went with Carman auto body on RT13..BIG BIG MISTAKE!!!!. Body work was ok,except when i was given back my black truck....I was blown away...it was covered in shop dust,polish was left on plastic headlights(never get polish on plastic,says so on polish directions),polish left on hood,front bumper,and grill . The paint looked like they used a squeegee to remove water,so i had white streaks all over the black truck....I have never,never received any of my vechiels like that from delaware cadallic,they always look like a Cadallicwhen they were done.Keep up the great work Delaware Cadillac. Your work speaks for its self.

These people in the body shop are sneaky and do what every they want, despite what theyre suppose to do. I took my car here after an accident to get the front bumper replaced nd the cover over the front left wheel. I had asked about the button on my seat because it stopped working after the accident and i mentioned my drivers side window not working (hasnt worked for 2-3 yrs). I got a message from mike saying my insurance didnt think they were related to the accident, so they werent going to work on them. When i pick up my car my doors do not open.... and I am stuck in my car... Turns out they broke something very fragile and glued it back together....Didnt tell me or my mom, took us for fools and lied to us.If it wasnt for my dad i would have never found outscrew this place! 1/2 star btw

They did a good job fast. While I hope to not need them again, I will definitely use them again.

When repairing my boyfriends vehicle after a front-end collision, they overlooked a broken brake drum with a huge chunk missing from it, which caused a brake pad to be thrown and the actuators were jamming into the whole system. It had to be repaired all over again by someone else.
