Drive in from NYC and my CX5 needed some attention so we dropped by this Mazda dealership hoping they could help. Upon arriving we were greeted by warm and professional staff in the service department who were able to accommodate us. The waiting area at the dealership was large, clean and comfortable, with snacks, water, magazines and just the works. They reset the ABS module for us and answered all our questions. I could not thank them enough for saving our vacation! These guys are great! Give them all your Mazda business.

I was searching for a vehicle near the Wilmington area in NC and I found an amazing dealership that was able to work with my situation. Brought our Mazda in for an oil change, new wiper blades and a tire rotation. It was super easy to schedule my appointment on line, my service advisor Heather came out to the driveway to greet me and had all the paperwork ready. I waited about an hour in the waiting area which was clean and provided coffee and water. The car was completed on time and ready for me on the driveway. Heather was excellent and so was the service. This was my second time in for normal maintenance. Their prices are reasonable and the people are excellent. My only disappointment was they dont wash the car after service which my former dealer did out of state.Dont hesitate to bring your car here for service!

I was dreading shopping for a car because I dont enjoy pushy salespeople whose sole mission is their commission. This was NOT the case at Mazda. Within moments of looking on the lot, Becca, a young saleswoman came with me to test drive all the cars I was interested in. I had a ton of questions and she had a ton of answers. I was introduced to the manager, Tracy, who was also lovely! Neither of these women were pushy, rather genuinely cared about the vehicle (int/ext colors) I wanted and actively sought the car out. In the meantime, I was permitted to test drive the same model overnight. The CX-5 is one smooth ride! We located the specific car I wanted in Greensboro and Tracy had it shipped to Wilmington! Pearl, as Becca inspired me to give the car a name, is now sitting outside begging me to drive her!I loved working with these two strong women (and Paul in financial:) and actually enjoyed going into the dealership!!! Its great knowing I can say hello when my car is being serviced in the future! Who looks forward to that? ME!

I approached Stevenson-Hendrick Mazda to buy my much-loved 2011 Mazda3 after it became clear to me that I no longer needed the vehicle after nearly 130,000 miles of faithful service. (I inherited a lower-mileage vehicle and in any case didnt have room for or a need for both.) I knew from experience that selling to a dealer is generally a much smoother process than pursuing a private party sale, but I was not prepared for the seamless experience that Niko and Bryce at Stevenson-Hendrick provided for me. They kept in touch via text message through a week of busy travel for me to help set up the appointment, and when the time came I was greeted at the door and everything was taken care of within an hour. I got a fair price for my vehicle with full disclosure following a full inspection and was paid promptly (within 7-10 days, which is what one should expect from an established dealership). Bryce also drove me back to my storage unit so I could pick up my other car. I am a big fan of Mazdas, and although I am not in need of one now, when I am (and I will be at some point) I will going back to this dealership first. Highly recommended for a very pleasant experience. I dont see how they could have made this process easier.

Great customer service and auto repair of my new car which stopped cooling due to a cracked coolant pipe that was leaking refrigerant unbeknownst to me. The repair was made and covered under warranty and returned to me ready to cruise in comfort on a 90 degree day😁.

In the market for a used vehicle and visited 4 different dealerships in Wilmington. From the moment we arrived at Stevenson-Hendrick Mazda we were treated like old friends. The sales person (Alex) who met us did a fabulous job understanding our needs and aligning several vehicles to test drive with no pressure or hovering to accompany. We selected a vehicle to buy, received a generous value for our 2012 trade-in (unseen), received Best pricing on the new vehicle, and all supported by an absolutely stunning automated transaction process with TJ the finance manager. Never had this fine of an experience in buying a car. The manager even allowed Alex to deliver the new vehicle to our house 45 miles away that afternoon and pick up our trade so we didnt have to make another round trip drive from home. Blown away with their efficiency, no pressure discussions and honest rapport. They are not a charity and need to make money for their workforce and shareholders in this challenging time, but the deal was fair and equitable without all the wasted time usually encountered at a dealership. No doubt next time I need a vehicle Stevenson-Hendrick will be my only stop.

Our car was towed to Mazda Sunday night after being in an accident. Both passenger side tires had been damaged. We had the car back Tuesday morning (would have been Monday eve but couldn’t pick it up because of work) with two free tires after purchasing the road hazard warranty when we bought the original ones! My experience at Stevenson Hendrick Mazda was above and beyond. I began noticing my brakes were squealing and I stopped in. I have a Wrangler and they are prone to some issues. I figured at 100,000 miles it was time for a tune up. Heather, Trey, and Nick were professional in diagnosing my Jeep. In 2019 my husband and I bought our daughter a car from Logan and the experience was amazing. He was extremely personable and helpful throughout the process, listening to what we did and didnt want for her first car. Then in 2020 we went back and bought me a new car through Logan with the same outstanding service. Then comes 2021 and our son needed his first car so Logan came through again!!! Well my car was hit and totaled so we went back to Logan and even with the market being as slim as it is, I gave him a list of wants for my new car and between him and Madison they found the car right off the boat at another dealer and swooped in to snag it for me!!! Thank goodness Madison, from Wilmington Mazda, came to my home today to help me learn how to use my new Grand Touring Reserve Mazda6 (in Snowflake White Pearl)! On Friday, September 24th, I went into the dealership because my tire pressure light came on. Upon my arrival, I was greeted by Christopher Edwards who was very nice and professional. He confirmed who I was and I proceeded to inform him of my reasons for the visit. He informed me that it may be an hour or so and that everything should be able to be done today. As I waited in the lobby, Trey Sanders came to me to follow up as he was assigned my ticket. Christopher and Trey both periodically came and gave me updates along with ETAs. I left the dealership very pleased and all my concerns were handled.

DO NOT GO TO THE DEALERSHIP!! They are so rude and condescending! I got up and left because they would not give me more for my trade in, and the financial manager was very upset i wouldn’t sign for a terrible price and asked “ if my boyfriend made my financial decisions “ very disrespectful! Went The Chevy dealership and got exactly what i wanted ! DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP!

I always leave Mazda’s service department feeling good - not like I’ve just been cheated - which was the norm when servicing my vehicles in the past.

Just an absolutely fantastic experience. I brought my car in to have the center console fixed but they found a leak in my vehicle and was able to get it fixed under the lifetime warranty I had purchased. As well as get me in a rental car for two days while it was being fixed. the service was fast, professional and I 100% recommend Stevenson Mazda. Trey Sanders was phenomenal on his customer service. I was very impressed
