I spent time before going to get pre-approved for my loan. I knew the car I wanted and how much I was willing to pay. I know how much I wanted for my trade-in. Therefore we could just enjoy the purchase process.Jen was on-point on all of it. Didnt push too hard to upsell. Everyone else was also very appropriate. No hard sell for at any pint. Completion of paperwork took maybe 10 minutes.I buy a car there again.
The Hyundai service department had been good to deal with since 2011 and only recently, July 5, 2019, had a little hiccup that was missed by myself and the service advisor. I was advised that my front brake pads were getting worn and should be replaced for which i agreed to and paid for. BTW, the service coupons helped ease some of the repair bill. The mechanic noted on the auto appraisal form that all 4 tires were badly chopped??? Evidently the mechanic failed to mention it and I only noticed the comment upon reaching my destination in NJ and getting a chance to thoroughly read the report. Im puzzled as to the cause. I had the tires rotated every 6-7000 miles and had an alignment performed some 6,000 miles after the new tires were installed. They are Pirelli scorpions and have a total of 20,000+miles on them. The odd thing is, I do not have a shimmy, nor front end vibration or any other noticeable oddity with the vehicle. I only wished the mechanic would have said something as he rightfully did concerning the brake pads, so that we could have puzzled out the problem and worked on some kind of solution. Now I have a 220 mile journey back home to Maryland with some concern running through my head. (#194389)

Great before the sale; pretty terrible after. Our temporary registration almost expired because no one submitted our paperwork and no one answered our phone calls until after 2.5 weeks of calling (both me and my spouse).

He and his team were so helpful and worked hard to get me a fantastic rate for an even better looking car. Jermaine was efficient, fast and worked well with his team which exceeded my expectations. I wasted basically 4 weeks waiting to get into a car to get turned down and for these ignorant people to lower my credit score!I will never deal with Winner ever in life and will tell others about my experience! The sales person acted like she was going to get me in a vehicle basically told me to come back in 2 wks which was a joke. My past vehicle was down since the beginning of June I refuse to keep waiting and waiting!!! This dealership doesnt care about their customers all they care about is that Mighthy $ sign!!!#BuyerBeware!!!!!
Good service, I felt the price for check engine light problem they solved was $328.00 was too high, wont do that again, will check with family member or friends for advice.
They returned my car without fixing it. Progressive was very upset.
