I was greeted by a very nice and friendly associate name Tracy. He was very nice, thorough and easy to deal with. I got a call that day from another associate that my car was done. Also very nice, but I did not get his name. And then when I came to get my car, Tracy was there and went to get my car for me since it was still out back. He noticed my tires were low and then went to fill them up for me. It is that little step of going the extra mile that made my day and I would definitley recommend buick service center. I was not sure how this would go since I had had a really bad experience with your collision center this past August and they were awful. But Tracy has changed my mind, at least about the service center.

The process of buying a new vehicle from Union Park took several hours longer then expected, even so it was a decent experience. However, the follow up portion has been terrible. I have been trying to get an answer on two somewhat simple questions for over a month now. In the few responses that I did get one question is being ignored completely and now in the last few weeks communication has shut down completely. As a result I am left with expired temporary tags on my new vehicle.

I had my truck towed into Union Park GMC without an appointment on Friday 1/29/2021. Vehicle shut down while driving. I was told they might have time on Monday 2/1/2021 to run a diagnostic test on it. I told them my truck is a business vehicle with all my tools on it and I could not work without it. I asked if they could please do the do the best you can without an appointment.By Thursday 2/4, I was told all testing pointed to the timing chain and it would take 5 hrs. @ $120.00 to verify. I gave my permission to proceed. On Friday 2/5 I was told it was not the timing chain and they were following GMs guidance on how to proceed.By Mon. 2/8, I called and had to leave a message. Please call me back.After not hearing from anyone, on Tue. 2/9 I called and was told were working on it. We dont know whats wrong with it.On Thursday 2/11 I was called and notified my truck needed a new engine. $9,400.00By this time, my truck had been in the shop for 10 business days.I decided not to have the work done and sold the truck as is to a friend. I couldnt justify spending that much money on a 12 yr. old vehicle.I paid the $600.00 for the timing chain that was never replaced and towed the truck out of the shop on 2/15.I really thought the whole ordeal could have been done a lot sooner.

Purpose to buy a used car-Sam Williams-Sales Consultant, assisted from the initial visit in showroom through settlement through final pick-up. It all happened in 3 days and Sam was most courteous and efficient. I had the misfortune of blowing out a tire during the ice storm on Valentines weekend. I bought the extended warranty for my tires and due to the bad weather the company that manages my coverage was closed. I called the service department at Union and as always Dennis responded saying bring your vehicle and get a loaner and I will take care of everything when they reopen. I left work and the process was so smooth and professional I was in and out and back to work in less time than I told them I would be gone. Dennis called me daily with updates. I was going to buy a second tire so my tread wear was even and immediately he went out inspected the tires and said, Venus I cant tell you what to do but you dont need an extra tire your tread is good on the other 3 tires. Thats excellent, honest and trusted customer service. He could have easily made the tire sale, but no he showed my the integrity I expect when I take my vehicle in to Union Park service center. Every member of the staff was great, one of the service techs came out when I picked the vehicle up and reviewed all the options in my info system so I could monitor my service needs. Ms. Chyrah the admin assistant always remembers my name and goes out of her way to speak even when I dont require her assistance. Thank you everyone, I love my Union GMC family.

A bit pricey but I guess that come with owning a Buick, I’m not sure, this is my first Buick, I’ve always had Honda’s and Acura’s. But the service was excellent I have no complaints about anyone. Every person I talked to was very pleasant, patient, and understanding. Thank you all at Union Park Buick.Also I know this is Buick but I want to also give a big thanks to Union Park Honda. The lady’s over there were just a great as Buick. My 18 has her first car and it’s a Honda and the lady’s there help guide her and worked with her so good. I want to thank all of Union Park. They are bothered. They don’t get back to you at a reasonable time they won’t keep in contact and they won’t go out of there way for you. Went to another dealer got approved for the same vehicle that we were dealing on here horrible experience. Don’t bother writing back telling me your sorry and to go to one of your great Managers and your sorry I had a bad experience blah blah blah. Have a talk with your staff is all you guys can do and try to make other peoples experience better then mine! 1 bad apple can spoil the lot.

Prior to this visit, my experience with service was not at all good. There was too long a wait for appointments, I waited for months for a part and then, when it arrived, I was not called and the part went to another customer, etc., etc. This time was different. Dwane was my service tech. He was helpful, proactive, and did a great job. Before this visit, in utter frustration with Diver service, I took my car to Diver Chevrolet for oil change and the routine 10,000 check up. I will give Union Park another chance. My one probably unsolvable issue is that your waiting area for GMC customers consists of 2-3 chairs and no space. How second class I felt compared to the spacious waiting rooms for other customers. Waiting in such a confined area is certainly not an option for these days when social distancing is important.

We were so disappointed with this experience. When we dropped the vehicle off for a routine maintenance appointment, we asked for the right rear tire to be inspected since it was leaking. The service clerk said it would be done and that we would get a call if they could not repair the tire to discuss next steps. We get a call that the car is ready to pick up (voicemail). We go to pick it up and the tire issue was not addressed. We were merely told it was not repairable. We were surprised that the voicemail saying the car was ready for pick up did not let us know that the tire was not repaired. We then told the service clerk that we have a tire warranty from our dealer in Maryland, which was refused to be honored despite the fact that when we purchased the warranty we were told any Buick dealership will accept it. Moreover, no sticker was placed in the windshield indicating that the oil change was performed and listing the next time for service. We ended up taking the vehicle to a local repair shop that happily agreed to honor our warranty and has already received payment from the warranty provider (Dent Wizard). It is horrible that Union Park would not do the same. From start to finish our service was sloppy. The clerk checking us in was rude and clearly stressed out. I could never refer friends and family here.

I purchased a Buick Encore GX from here and I am in love! This was my second vehicle purchase; I had a Toyota before. The purchasing experience here was much better. Jim was my salesman and he was knowledgeable and honest. He also respected my mother’s input, and she can be quite vocal lol. Delilah the internet manager I believe, was sweet also. Lastly, Steve was in finance and again...respected the thoughts and concerns both I and my mother had. I walked away feeling like I was offered a stellar package, and had a stellar experience. My experience at Union Park GMC on 12-1-20 was not a good one. I gave the sale guy my registration for my appraisal and when he came back with the number it was extremely low(7500 lower then what it was worth). After questioning the sales man about how they got that number he left and went back to his manager. After about 5-10 minutes he came back and said they typed in the wrong year for my car( dont know how they did that when my vin number brings up all of my options and year). The point is if I didnt know how much my car was worth then they would of never said they put the wrong year in and gave me the extra 7500. This is the type of things dealerships do that give them a bad name. If you go to this dealership know what your car is worth and what you are buying. Beware!!!!!!!

I brought my mom into the dealership to see if they would be able to help with our rather crazy situation. She bought a car from another dealership and got completely ripped off. Her payments were astronomical and the second day she owned the car it was already having problems and they refused to take it back or even try to resolve the issue. The guys at Buick GMC (sales associate Kyle and manager Greg) were so helpful and got us a great deal on a brand new car and got us a payment we were more comfortable with. I can not speak more highly of this amazing group of people who work here. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a new car and will continue to be loyal customer in the future !

Unreliable. Unprofessional. The vehicle I got from there had a muffler problem. They said they would fix it. Dropped it off at the end of the week, came by to pick it up after the weekend and they didn’t even touch the muffler. When I went to pick it up, they said they did fixed but they clearly lied after I checked it myself. When they did eventually fix it, it took about a month. Then we were promise a free back up camera which took them 4 months to put it on and it wasn’t even the right camera I was suppose to get.

Dennis agreed to make a key for my car and treated me ok. Asked him to check out the headlight and he said he would. Next morning he called and said he could not fix anything else on the car and I needed to get it off his lot. Total change of attitude. This after I paid $120 for them to program a key to the car which I could have done. Still no headlight.

GMC service is terrible. Forget about an on the spot oil change lane, they don’t even make appointments for oil changes. They need you to drop off your car early in the morning and call you when it’s done. Very 1970s. Need something more than an oil change? Get ready for a “drop off appointment” 3 weeks into the future... and they care so little about whether you come, they don’t bother to send you a text or email reminder... they don’t even bother to call/text/email if you don’t show.

This dealership really has its operation totally backwards. From multiple broken promises to call you right back to constant transfers from one salesman to another -- I am essentially being treated as if Im doing these guys a favor by buying a car from them. Luckily I was able to locate a similar Sierra Denali at another dealership and the treatment was polar opposite. The guys at King GMC were super careful and attentive. If youre not window shopping and are a serious buyer, do yourself a favor and find another GMC dealership that actually cares to sell you a car.

Process of negotiating a deal was great. However they had to transfer from another dealer. Twice the car was sold right before it was sent over with the seller then saying he would not look any more. Through this process I had to call repeatedly to engage with both the seller and sales manager as I was not receiving updates.

Bought a truck in January of 2017 overlooked the window sticker where the dealer was to install a bed liner. I called back the end of April in 2018 when I noticed it and asked about it and they honored the bed liner and installed it within a weeks time.
