Terrible service and the food was cold. I ordered a toasted bagel with cream cheese along with a hot sandwich and waited nearly an hour. The bagel was toasted but was ice cold because it sat on the counter for half an hour while the hot sandwich was prepared.

I really do like the food here but my issues lies with the customer service and them actually listening to your order. I was there about four days ago and I had my service animal with me, I was immediately told no dogs by the manager guy even after telling him that my dog is a service animal. He then proceeds to get an attitude with me and two other friends that were with me.My second time ordering from there they just plainly did not get my order right. I really wish that my experience could have been better because the food is actually pretty good and they have a lot of options.

The Show Off is a beast of a sandwich, not to be underestimated. This thing packs a punch. The combination of a fresh bagel and wonderfully prepared delicious ingredients makes this sandwich one of my top favorites. Easily one of the biggest portion size ratio for a sandwich of this size. The bagel held up, with the 2-3 pounds of food on it.

I visit this store a couple of times a week. It is so nice to see how well everyone works together. They are well organized and deliver fresh, good quality food without a long wait. Polite and friendly atmosphere.

Horrible service. Had to wait nearly an hour for 2 bagels. No organization behind the counter and they prioritize doordash orders over people physically in the shop.

Allsom bagels, if you go early the bagels will not be there till the white van arrives out front. Bagels are made at the other store.

Mixed feelings here, the food is great and service is quick, but potential mask issues. I went in without a mask (the mandate was lifted and no sign on the door stating masks were required), I ordered and paid, then I was asked to put on a mask. I politely declined and waited off to the side out of respect and adhere to social distancing. None of the staff were wearing their mask over their noses, let alone their mouths. Not sure why I was asked if no one else was doing it.

Best bagel place I know. Love their bagel sandwiches and coffe. Just check your order before you go and make sure it is what you ordered.

This is what my whole wheat everything with lox cream cheese looked like. I double checked just to confirm thats what I indeed got. They said thats just what the lox spread looks like. Not a scintilla of lox to be seen or tasted in the spread nor of fiber to be found in the bagel. Had I ordered a regular everything with plain cream cheese, this would have tasted great, but this was rather disappointing. I order this combination at lots of different places around - Manhattan bagels, Eisntein bros, Newark deli and bagels, etc - and theyre all far and away better.

My experience here has been nothing but great. The workers are pleasant, and the bagels are always fresh and delicious. I definitely recommend this place to all my bagel lovers!!

Good bagels and good service but they are always so busy that I dont go back. Be ready to wait or call ahead so the wait is shorter.

Love these bagels and the coffee is delicious! I try to get a different bagel every time I go and I’m never disappointed. All the different cream cheeses are also amazing and I like that you can buy some to go. Customer service has been great every time I have been there.

I come here all the time and usually it is good food, but the customer service is terrible. They either leave the phone off the hook so you can not call or they answer and leave you on hold for over 10 min while taking several peoples orders and then continues to laugh and talk to employees. If you want to have such terrible phone customer service then maybe not let the customer hear everything over the phone while on hold. Very upset about this experience. When I told them my experience she just said she forgot with no apology. Shows how little they care.Every day since, I have called with no luck as they leave the phone off the hook. As much as I love their food, I will take my business elsewhere as they do not care about fixing the situation or reprimanding the multiple workers that do not care about answering the phone or providing good customer service. Very upset with how this was handled and continues to be handled. Hopefully the other locations are better.

Customer service is lacking at this location. Every time I entered this establishment nobody is attentive to the customers and it usually takes a quite a bit of time before I get any help. I have experienced this very time I go there. The only reason they get 3 stars is because the food is good .

Ive only been to the one in Pike Creek Shopping Center and they are awesome! Ive been there three times now. They have great customer service and the food is amazing! This is my new favorite place!

The worst. I go to the one in Chestnut Shopping Center wait for 5 mins and no one takes my order as they are too busy taking phone orders so I’m told to hold on as I watch them take at minimum 5 phone orders, in the meantime I am standing in front of them....makes no sense. I then come to one in Pike Creek the girl as the cashier just stares and I have to ask her if she’s ready for me.....no how can I help you just stares as if I’m supposed to know she ready to take my order then I find out they have no eggs. How can you not have eggs when that is one of the main items on your menu? This company definitely needs some practice on customer service.

I love coming to this place !! Amazing crew working, helping each other out. Every time I come I get my order fast. You can tell they love there job ! Thank you for amazing customer service and amazing food made well !

I work for doordash. When I went to pick up the order for the customer the store was very busy. So I expected to wait a few minutes, however I had to wait 22 minutes. The customer was getting annoyed, and I had to tell them that they hadnt started his order yet. Finally I got his order after the customers that came in after me were served, and I told the lady behind the counter they should do doordash orders first since theyve been ordered before the customers coming in. The lady behind the counter just ignored me so my suggestion wasnt even taken. She didnt even say she was sorry for the wait.

Absolutely love this place! The staff os super friendly and helpful, always delicious food and the order is always right. Great prices and awesome selection.

I’ve been here twice and both times the girl at the register has been very rude. The second time I went she also gave me the wrong bagel and I repeated myself twice.

Tried to call in an order and was asked to hold on a minute. After ten minutes of hearing everyone place their orders was just hung up on.

I really liked this place when they first opened but sadly, I’m not sure that I can return. I’ve asked for bagel sandwiches without egg every time. In the beginning, I had no problem getting the right sandwich. But the last four times, the sandwich has had egg on it. I’ve tried explaining it to the cashier, the cook, etc. They even repeat it back to me and apologize but never change. I tried giving them second chances but looks like it doesn’t help.

Great little place. Staff is very sweet and I swear they can make almost anything on a bagel! Cheesesteak bagels, BLT bagels, good ole bacon and egg or fancy omelettes (less carbs!) Definitely do not miss!

The egg bagel with egg, cheese, and sausage was good. Service was quick. They have a nice assortment of bagels to choose from.

Normally love this place, I come here frequently and order the exact same thing. Well on 3/8 I call in at 11:20am and place my normal order, everythings good and Im given an order #. I show up at 11:55am to pick up the order and the girl says “we dont have that order” and “their out of cheddar bagels now”....might be a small ordeal, but still not very professional and I wasnt even offered an apology for the screw-up. I see the shops always busy, however being so busy that you cant correctly process phone orders means you shouldnt take them. Js.

Fast, friendly service...bagels are really good and you get a lot for your money...I highly recommend the Marco Polo(smoked salmon, tomato, onion, capers, and cream cheese)
