The retail associate was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous. I wish I remembered her name!! She had red curly hair. It was obvious she knew her products and where to find items in the store. My only complaint is she needed more help. She was assisting 3 customers, answering phones, and attempting to listen to a training conference call. Salon centric really needs to staff at minimum 2 people to the store at all times, especially when a conference call is scheduled for staff. This lady was amazing in all areas, and in a situation where many would become overwhelmed, she kept her cool and managed all tasks at hand with speed and efficiency while maintaining premier customer service. Bravo lady in red!! 👏👏👏

Love, love, love this location! Jess is the best! She has so much positive energy that she just brightens the entire store! The best part was the samples I got. I loved them so much that I went back and purchased the full size versions. I will never shop anywhere else.

I had a wonderful time with the young lady working. She was helpful to everyone even though she was alone in the store she was on top of the situation. Spent too much money but had a blast with her and the other customers too. Thanks again and everyone should go to this store. The one I went to was on College RD. Not this store.

Warning!!! This store has never been stocked up since I moved to Wilmington 3 years ago...Unreliable and a disappointment ever time I go. 8 out of 10 times they are out of at least 25%-50% of the items needed. Online/phone orders are hit or miss as well. You either don’t get what you need because they are out of it or you get something completely different than what you actually ordered. Oleander store could use some help.
