I can literally NEVER get through to anyone. I usually get hung up on or the times they do answer they are hardly ANY help. On hold for 45 minutes? Do better man. You could tell me to eff off and Id appreciate that more than not hearing from anyone.
I was at Urgent Care yesterday afternoon. Office staff sent my prescriptions to Walgreens. I figure I could get them faster. That was a big mistake.They didnt do them yesterday. I called at 8 am this morning and they said they were just working at getting them ready. I sent my husband at 9:30 am and they told him they would start getting it ready but it would be anotber 45 minutes. My husband had to leave to go back to work. I called the pharmacy at 1pm and they told me they only had 1 of them ready. I told them this was ridiculous. I called doctor and asked them to send my prescriptions to a different pharmacy.
I was there to add money to a paypal card and Grant was amazing. Never disappointed at this store. EVERYONE is always so friendly and helpful. My favore store. Thank you Walgreens!!!!!
Heavyset young white pharmacist is a rude, slow, ineffective employee. You do NOT need to verify the name, address, phone number, and DOB on every customer when there is a 30 minute line. Find the balance in customer service. DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY!
This store is always bright and clean and the staff on the floor and in the pharmacy are always helpful and polite. I have been going to this store for 10 years now and always a great experience. The pharmacy staff are always helpful and knowledgeable.
Always have prescriptions ready on time and good advice
I went here not too long ago, me and my sister were searching for squishmallows because we collect them. I am happy with what I found tho. Although as I was checking out (keep in mind I was buying a stuffed animal and some chocolate for my mom) I was asked what my age was. Obviously I didn’t really think much of it but I found it very rude, I was literally just buying a stuffed animal and some chocolate. They’re employees need to be taught manners towards customers.
I called twice. I waited for more than 10 minutes each time to speak to a pharmacist. When my turn came after being number 4 my call was never answered. My call was dropped

Pharmacy is awful. Do not go there... Save yourself the trouble. Will not notify you of changes or let you know there policies before hand. And from looking at the reveiws, im not the only one...

Everyone in the pharmacy seems stressed and they seem to be under staffed.
I do not recommend using this pharmacy! I called in for a prescription refill for my cat 6 days ago. They force you to use their automated refill system on the phone. The automated person told me my prescription would be ready the following day by 11am. I did not go to pick it up until this morning (6 days later), at which point they told me it had no refills and wasnt refillable. I asked why they hadnt called me or the the vet letting us know and they said I needed to call and ask the vet to fax in a new prescription. WHICH I DID, RIGHT THEN. The vet even called me to confirm that they faxed over a new prescription. After a few hours I called the pharmacy to confirm my prescription was ready and they said it was not, that the vet left their provider number off of the prescription. I asked why they hadnt tried to call me or the vet (again) and they said they were swamped, only had one pharmacist and one tech working, and hadnt gotten to it yet, and by the time I called them, the vet was closed. Its a Saturday, my cat is now out of medicine, and the vet doesnt open until Monday. When I expressed my frustration to the pharmacist about being told by their automated person that my prescription would be ready the following day after I called in the refill, he made very clear that the automated system was separate from the actual pharmacy and they werent responsible for what the automated system told me. WHAT?!? This is poor customer service at its finest and I will be transferring my prescription elsewhere once I contact the vet Monday morning. Super disappointing.
I’ve given the pharmacy staff five actual chances to be pleasant, prompt, helpful, anything. I went to the Pharmacy store directly beside it and they were prompt and lovely on the first try. Just saying.
The pharmacist at this location is extremely rude. I have had more than one experience with her where she has been extremely unprofessional, will interrupt and talk over you when you are simply trying to ask a question and will give a very rude and condescending answer. I have moved all of my medications away from this pharmacy and will never deal with her again. There is no excuse for this. Everyone has a bad day now and then, she seems to have all bad days. If I am giving respect, I expect respect in return.
I am a loyal Walgreens customer and have found almost all of our local stores to have 5 star employees including management. This store can be difficult to drive from during peak traffic hours but is easily noticed from traffic and there is ample parking. I took a half star away because I often have to request some regular products to be reordered here when other stores restock them each week. Also Ive seen a staff member give customers a hard time for not understanding the coupon policy and I felt badly each time because it can be difficult to understand some of the rules. I would never formally complain though and always try to compliment any staff at any retailer who are polite.Everyone should have to work service industry and customer service at some point so we can all learn how to treat one another and act appropriately to others :)

Best Store I have ever worked at, all the employees are great. Pharmacy is spectacular and very efficient.
Truly appalling customer service at this Walgreens--one would think with a CVS located just across the street that service would be better, but sadly this isnt the case. From half empty shelves, to very rude employees quick to rush customers out. Safe to say, I wont be returning to this location.

This is officially the worst Walgreens location in Wilmington, dont be fooled by the innocuous location, its a wonder that this store even stays in business with the way they treat customers.It seems from other reviews that Im not the only one who has had problems here, with the employees unwilling to answer even the most basic questions, the gouged prices (which the CVS demolishes), and the lack of customer service if you encounter their rude employees. Will not be visiting this location ever again.
They have the best pharmacist there also the best pharmacy staff.

The person working the pharmacy counter was noticeably annoyed that I needed my prescription within an hour and a half. She eventually told me to go back to the CVS where I originally had it sent to. Poor customer service.
