Beautiful store, excellent choices & a smart & friendly staff. A cut above store!

My review is for Belgian flax linen sheets purchased through the catalogue. These sheets were purchased in September 2018. They are less than 3 years old, used on a bed in a second home til December 2020 so not used full time. They are threadbare and won’t stand another washing. I contacted PB and was told 30 days for returns as any defects should show up by then. They offered me 15% off another sheet! I do not recommend their linen sheets and their standing behind their product is nonexistent.

The associate was wonderful. Pottery Barn has been disappointing this year. No product. Even online. So sad.

A few items on after holiday sale but selection is few items. Nice lamps in stock.

Very Good: After I had ordered a bunch of items from an associate in the store but instead incorrect items sent to my house, I brought it back to the store for problem-solving. Calvin Who is one of the managers was able to straighten it out he did take an interest in the situation and didn’t get very good service the store is very clean and nice and a lot of great items. I was very pleased to walk out with the items I needed without having them to be re-ordered because they found them in their stock room. Can’t give a 5 because I had to make an extra visit to store.

Terrible Service- 28 min on hold no answer at 800 number customer service. Calvin at Mayfaire Store hasn’t called back after a full day after he said he’d look it up and call me back. Paid $315 at store for towels that were out of stock. Then 4 days later a half- opened sample rug swatch came in mail- not our 12 towels. Next day I tried to get help- Attn Company: We shop here for a higher level of service and quality products, that is what we pay more. Instead it feels like you should be paying me to solve your issues.

Ordered a bedroom set 9/10/2020 with an original delivery date of 11/1/2020. Its now 12/13/2020, my items have been back ordered 4x and the money has already been taken from my account. Customer service is awful and keeps giving me the run around. Everyone I speak too gives me a different number to call and waste more of my time. For a large business their conduct is unprofessional and quite honestly shady. Cross your fingers my items actually arrive. Now my delivery date is 1/8/2021. Atrocious

A wonderful place to find that extra something as a gift or for yourself for your home. Great prices and extremely helpful staff

Was not greeted when I entered and all their items are absurdly over priced. Dont get me wrong this is a very modern and up to date store with wonderful items, but it is extremely expensive. If you are looking for a night stand from here you will spend a couple hundred bucs easily. Their silver wear sets are a $200.00 - $300.00 which is nuts to me. I would not recommend shopping here unless you are pocketing big money. Otherwise, try somewhere else, you can easily find similar items through Wayfaire, or even at the local malls for a reasonable price.

A little pricey but I will say there stuff is definitely dope. Great location and very friendly customer service.

We like pottery barn, very nice selection and products. Convenient location in Mayfaire. Helpful employees. The desk and accessories we purchased years ago have held up very well.4 stars is for how expensive they are. Their stuff is overly expensive in my opinion.

Ive been in this location twice, and both times I felt like they blew me off. My husband and I were ready to drop 5 grand on a leather couch, but because of the customer service we ended up leaving and never ordered.

We love pottery barn but Ricky is the only one we deal with. He is an amazing assistant manager and very customer oriented. Hes the reason we bought from them.

If you want customer service do not go to this location. All I wanted was a $500 gift card, but yet I kept getting passed from one register to another. Not one would ring me up. Ended up leaving and will get the newlyweds something else.

They need to seriously fire every customer service worker in that store. Customer service is awful here. I will only be doing business online and my other household needs will be elsewhere. Never again will I step foot in this store. No welcome, no assistance with finding anything... if I could give a zero rating I would.

I love Pottery Barn and think all employees that work at this store here in Wilmington are all so very nice and helpful. I love shopping here !!!

Very Disappointed. We have bought a ton of stuff from this store and recently ordered a Manhattan leather sofa at considerable expense. We ordered from here because we were told that the leather sofa was made in the US. We had identified a similar item that was manufactured by Mastercraft right here in North Carolina. We contacted the delivery folks from Pottery Barn who informed us that the sofa was in transit but had been shipped from overseas. We were bummed. First, though we respect others that buy form over seas, we can afford to buy American Made and try to as much as possible. Secondly, we had expected to have the sofa in about 12 weeks since it was being made right here in North Carolina:. We needed it to arrive for a major college graduation event at our new home. As it stands right now, we will have a large number of guests and no sofa to sit in. Im pissed.

I LOVE Pottery Barn but this location in Wilmington is A) Small B) Staffed with sub par personnel. I suggest going in with an idea of what already.
