The service here is fantastic. We purchased bikes from them in March. I decided to trade my bike and get another one because I wanted a different style. They were more than accommodating to me. They took their time explaining the bikes I was interested in and seemed genuinely interested in helping me find the right bike. Always helpful! Today Brandon was super helpful. We were interested in an electric bike. He listened to where we were going to ride, why we wanted an electric bike and brought out the different options that met our needs. He taught us how to ride, knew all the answers to our questions, and let us figure out which bike we wanted. Soooo helpful!! I had researched bikes online and felt overwhelmed by the options. He helped rule out or move bikes into play based on what we were telling him. Can’t wait to get my bike. 😀

Had a bike I had not ridden in years- tires kind of flat. Thought I needed new tires. Took it by, said let’s pump them up first- no issue. They are the real deal! Very honest and great service! Did need a new seat which I gladly purchased.

My husband and I have bought 2 bikes from TWD over last few years and we always have them serviced at TWD. This bike shop is the best! The staff is consistently great at helping with bike selection specifically suited to your interests - without any sales pressure. The service department is top notch. Best Bike shop in town by far. I bought my Jamis Earth Cruiser there a year ago. I continue to go there for all my repair needs. Not only do they have fair prices, they also have excellent service. More often than not, they will repair your bicycle on the spot. Some of the other shops in town take 2 weeks, dont waste time or money. Our repair tech today, Nick was excellent, helpful and very informative. Keep up the great work.

These guys are the best! Always super friendly and fast service! I bought my bike in May 2020. Got a LOT of miles on my little beach cruiser in the past year. Recently had some issues with some clicking noise, so I took it in today and of course it wasn’t making the noise... but they took it in anyways. They knew exactly what was happening and fixed it right away. Also gave it some TLC! I really have nothing but amazing things to say about this place and their staff!

Not only was I not called when my bike was finished, the work wasnt completed correctly. Why on earth would someone replace the front fork but not align the stem? If I wanted my bicycle put back together by an amateur I could have done it without the two-week wait time for a lot less hassle, since it would have cost me less to go out and buy the tools I needed to do it myself. I also asked for a general inspection to be done on the bike since the front fork was being replaced, and since it wasnt on the invoice and the handlebars were crooked, I have to assume it just wasnt done. Between that and the phone etiquette of a few of the employees, I wont be coming back here.

Fantastic people! Came into town with a bent rear rim, walked in the back door, they threw it on a rack and fixed it in about 10 min; less than estimate. Wonderful service. Ill be back.

Changed inner tube on my bycicle inside of 10 minutes. $14.00, no problem!

I dropped off a Super73 S2 to have the brakes reattached tuned, and bled after a powdercoating job. They also balanced the rear tire/tube for me. The price I thought was a bit high at first glance but the job came in under the estimate and was done professionally and perfectly. Charlie did a great job and explained everything when I picked up the bike today, he also did a nice job of bagging my extra parts and attaching them to the handlebars. The level of service is 5 stars, and I couldnt complain - I drive down from Raleigh and visit often so using them as a repair shop is doable and worth it. They are the only dealer for Super73 in NC and thankful that they are because many states dont have dealers.I would recommend Two Wheeler Dealer for any bike related repairs.

I decided to go on a cross-country trip a while ago and have slowly been piecing the journey together over time. I have been to TWD probably 10 times in the past three months, sometimes with just questions. I have exclusively been met with all the assets quality service entails in a way that goes beyond the rote demonstration of being good at a job, like one may see in a waiter that knows all the right stuff to say but the interaction isn’t necessarily human or down to earth. I’m not even saying that such a waiter experience in a restaurant setting is unpleasant. It’s just transactional.What they got going on at TWD extends beyond simply being good at something. That business and the people working there are so down to help human beings who could benefit from their services, experience, and wisdom. I know it sounds over the top but they’re really holding it to a gold-standard of professionalism. I want to thank Two Wheeler dealer for years of above and beyond service. I also want to apologizeto Austin and Cameron (?) because I was the difficult customer this last purchase, and they still happily gave great service when I was proof the customer isnt always right. The new bike is for my middle schooler and having a middle schooler can be challenging and I accused them of putting together the wrong color bike when in fact (I later learned ) it was correct (I now know coral isnt blue) Not to mention I ended up taking a completely different bike all together. I think Ive bought about five bikes from two Wheeler and cant wait for the next one. Sorry to be difficult and Thanks Austin and Cameron(?). The new bike is great, she loves it and the color.

I stopped here today hoping to find the elusive perfect beach cruiser after months of waiting due to COVID. I got lucky and they had several in stock and I even got to choose between several colors. I had a anniversary beach day planned the next day and they were nice enough to put together the bike for me in a few hours, even got one for my boyfriend while there last minute! My Wife and I haven’t road bikes since we were kids so we were nervous about getting new ones for Some extra exercise. We found two wheeler dealer on google and decided to make the drive to see what options they had. Upon arrival we discovered they were taking very good precautions for covid (thank you for that alone!) and also discovered due to covid there had been supply issues on bikes. However, we had the privilege of speaking with Scott (our sales guy) who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about bikes and he had us going away feeling confident with what has turned out to be the perfect bikes for us, the Electra cruiser 7. We will definitely be going back to two wheeler dealer in the future and we highly recommend them to anyone.

The nicest staff ever. They are extremely knowledgeable of not just the bikes, but every item in the store in seems. They never pressure you into a sale and will actually hold items just so you can think the purchase over. Two wheeler dealer is the best!

I bought a bike in May (5 months ago) while everyone was getting used to the new mask and social distancing guidelines. I waited over an hour for a sales rep to help me but it was quickly apparent that the reason things were running slowly is because the employees were actually helping the overwhelming number of customers instead of just relieving them of their cash. While it was frustrating it was also worth it to know that I had left with the bike that worked best for me.I hope they continue to do a booming business but I also hope things are running more smoothly and are a little better organized. Well see soon when I bring my bike in for a tune up.

Had a very excellent experience here. Went to a different bike shop first, and they said there was nothing they could do to help me. I needed a new inner tube, and they said it was impossible to order inner tubes because of the pandemic, and I could try find something on Amazon but would probably be impossible. They told me what size inner tube I needed....but turns out they actually gave me the wrong information. I tried out Two Wheeler Dealer next, and they had the CORRECT size inner tube for me and installed it within 15 minutes. They also respected social distancing and wore masks (the other place did not). I will always be going to Two Wheeler in the future!

Everyone I came into contact with was so friendly and helpful. I’m new in town and use my bike regularly for short destinations, but don’t a whole lot about the maintenance of my bike yet. Regardless, the staff was very friendly for the quick fix my bike needed!

Built my first bicycle and decided to take it to the shop to make sure I did it right. Awesome hospitality and amazing help. Definitely recommend anyone with a bike to come here. Seemed like the workers were there because they are passionate about cycling not just because it was work. Great experience.

They are so helpful and did a quick check of my bike problem and told me what it was. Nothing serious and I could bring it back because fortunately they are so busy it would take them a week to get to my bike. I am so glad that they are busy in business! I also witnessed several of the employees helping people with quick fixes and they didnt even charge them. We bought a bike trainer from them yesterday. The help and professionalism was incredible from both Terri and Misty. I called today to get an extra wheel skewer . They did not have a new skewer in stock but Terri looked and found a used one that will work perfectly. Terri went above and beyond what I would have expected. Two Wheeler Dealer definitely has a customer for life!!

Everyone was great and super helpful. I was helped some by Paige and a lot by Brandon. What I liked the most is they deterred me away from the bike I liked because of its color and spend multiple days with me getting me the bike I love for the way it feels and rides. I couldnt be happier with the bike I ended up getting in the end. Listen to their advice, they know what they are doing.

I have been to Two Wheeler several times trying to find the perfect mountain bike for me, and they have been SO patient, knowledgeable, respectful and helpful the whole way through. There is a bike shortage because of COVID and a lot of the ones I want are sold out, but they haven’t given up finding me the perfect bike despite how busy they are. My determination to find the right bike has taken so much of their time but I haven’t once felt like a bother. I’d give 6 stars if I could!

Guy in the back is very rude (blond hair), not a good explainer or listening if you are new to biking and have questions try your best to avoid the guy in the back. Cuts you off and makes you seem like you should already know how to do stuff to your bike, Besides him all other staff members are great!

They have never tried to cheat me out of a good deal, and often find exactly what I am looking for at a fair price. I was shopping for a bicycle for my 9 year old daughter. I called to ask what was available and what was the process of buying due to COVID. I explained I was looking for a 24 inch bike and was told they would bring the bikes out from the store for her to see. I was told I needed to be checked in by the sales team by 4:30. I arrived and checked in at 4:05 and I again stated what size and style bike she wanted. At 4:50 a woman came to help us. For the 3rd time I stated what she wanted. At that point she told me they did not have any new 24 inch bikes. I know the waiting process is out of their control, but I drove 40 miles and wasted 2 hours to buy something they didnt have. There were multiple opportunities to tell me that. I went here on a recommendation but I will not do the same. Now looking for a location for bike purchases for my 5 children.

I struggled to get a simple build done at another LBS for weeks, and when I picked it up it was in bad shape. Took it to Two Wheeler this morning. This is our new go-to for all our bicycle needs. Our sales rep, Austin, was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Because of COVID, we were not able to browse the inventory and had to do our business under a tent in the parking lot. We drove an hour and a half to see what they had, then saw that we couldnt actually get to the merchandise, HOWEVER, there were plenty of people there to ask the right questions to get you exactly what you needed. My husband called the day before and mentioned a particular bike he was interested in. We got there and found out that bc he mentioned he would be driving from out of town, they built the bike the night before in the event that my husband actually showed up. My husband was able to ride that bike around in the parking lot and get the feel of it because of someones willingness to take it out of the box and get it built just in case that guy from out of town showed. Props, Two Wheeler Dealer! We WILL be back.

Went there to get parts for training wheels for my grandsons hand me down bicycle. Called first and spoke to a very nice man who said bring the part in and he will see if he can find something comparable. Went there and the courteous staff directed me to this man who remembered me from phone. He found the parts in a bin and GAVE them to me. I hope I dont get him in trouble.
