Matt with Boats Unlimited is a fantastic person to work with. My wife and I visited four or five dealerships during our search. The representatives in each were professional. Matt, however, stands out from the rest. He took the time with us during the sales process and has gone out of the way to manage the transaction after the sale. He is a great guy...that wouldnt be working for anything other than the best company. We love our Sea Hunt!

I recently took delivery of a new boat from Boats Unlimited in Wilmington. I love the boat and I cant say enough about the purchase experience. I made an initial inquiry online and was immediately contacted by Matt Mabe. Matt listened to my needs and guided me towards ordering a new boat that would suit my needs better than the one I found in their inventory. Hey folks, I just wanted to give a shout out to Chris at Boats Unlimited in Wilmington, NC. I have been dealing with him and he and the guys there are flat out honest and very upstanding. I would highly recommend calling them it your looking for a boat. What these guys did for me was truly something special.

I have had my 19.5 Scout in for minor repairs several times. The staff has always been very helpful and informative. Everything has worked well after service. They can be hard to get an appointment with because theyre so busy. Larry (service manager) is a wealth of information.

From the Sales staff to the service department these guys have been wonderful to work with. Their attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile has made my experience truly exceptional. I highly recommend them to anyone who is in the market for a boat!

We bought a brand new 2020 Sea Hunt Gamefish 25’ and we could not be happier with the customer service and speed that everything went through. It was fast and the workers are like family very helpful!

BEST OF THE BEST MATT IS THE MAN WITHOUT A DOUT

Just spent 35 minutes in their showroom. I came to buy a Scout Boat. After the first 15 minutes a person asked me if I was being helped. After I told him no he said he would get Jeff(Not positive of name) to help me. I stood around for another 20 minutes before leaving. No one else was in the lot or showroom and this is on a Monday afternoon so not sure of the excuse. I just wrote Scout Boats because I do not want to spend $40K with a dealer who has no service. I am hoping Scout will put me in front of a dealer who cares enough to acknowledge their customers. Wasnt going to write the review but saw others had the same issue so thought it was prudent to do so. Hopefully the owner will read these reviews and save his business.

Great place great boats great people, very helpful, and very knowledgeable

Literally walked in, climbed on the boats, and walked around for a solid 15 minutes before seeing anyone. It was strange that they didnt have anyone on the showroom floor considering the selection of boats they had on hand.

Fantastic staff that have been providing committed customer service during the sales process and after! Thank you!

Called to see if they had a part and the employee was very rude. Had a part number and he acted like he didnt want to help.

Great place to buy a boat

I bought a boat from the Durham store years ago and I have used the Greensboro, and Wilmington locations for parts and service. They are expensive for parts and service (no more so than other boat stores but I got a great deal on the boat I bought.
