Extremely talented and compassionate. Andrew, a GREAT Technician, really cares, and followed up with me weeks later to help me. His colleague Drew in parts woke up at 6 AM to check on some deliveries and to get me tracking numbers. I strongly recommend these people!

Non responsive to calls. It seems as if they ignore you in hopes that you will go away. Did an engine survey for me and missed a major problem. Couldnt fix the problem after numerous attempts. Supposedly is a Volvo specialist.Nothing special about specialized mechanics. Definitely look elsewhere for service. Worst service experience Ive ever encountered.

These guys are absolutely amazing. I was coming through town on Good Friday in most places are closed and I called and left a message. Within minutes Chris called me back and took the time to call again more dealer and ask him why my alarms are going off. He then called me back and gave me the exact problem which was not a big issue at all but could’ve been a huge issue had I not known it. Within an hour I was back on my way. Had he not help me I’d likely would’ve been stranded there until Monday or Tuesday Paying dock fees and lodging. Chris went the extra mile! Without him my trip would’ve been way more difficult. You don’t find folks like this as much as you used to. If I am ever in the area and in need of repair these are the guys that I will go to. I highly recommend them!!

Wasted several weeks for a call back to set up service time. When I called back they said they were on a job and would call back. Again never did.Addendum: Same day as this review they called apologetically and set a date for service, so I upgrade to a four.....
