Ryan is a great guy and knows boats. He is a true American and does all types of repairs from New Boat Sales to engine, cosmetics, fiberglass, canvas, and upholstery. They even offer hurricane haul out. I would trust Ryan for any boat repair or service! Keep up the good work.

I brought my boat here for measurements to have a bow cushion made. Weeks went by and I didnt hear from them. I called and was told they had to send the sewing machine in for repairs and it would only be a couple more weeks (probably BS). When I called back, the phone was down and still is. Ive emailed multiple times and no response. Completely unreliable. Will NEVER go back.

Not only do they disobey COVID 19 restrictions and guidelines, they also make false promises. No one wears a mask. I understand working in the heat on boats not wearing a mask is fine. But when you’re talking to customers put on a mask! Worst experience at a mechanic shop in my entire life. My issues go beyond Covid concerns. If you want to get sick and upset that your boat still isn’t fixed after you’re over charged then go here!

Boat owners beware, these guys are slimey. They wanted me to buy a motor with unknown hours, poor quality, and over 30 years old because I had two bad carburetors. Which is absolutely heinous. Dont go to them, youll regret it

All around horrible experience. Ryan will give you every excuse in the book for as to why your boat sat there for 2 months and it’s still not fixed. He then will overcharge you for things that were never done. Save yourself and your boat do not come here.

Not happy with the service, still having issues with my boat, it has never been the same since they worked on it. The first time they worked on it they charged me several hundred dollars and I went to put it in the water it would not get on plane or go over 2000 RPM. I brought it back to them only for them to claim that they found other issues with the boat and then charged me again. Each time it took several weeks to get the boat back, I found zip ties holding carburetor linkages together. The first guy I talked to said they put a new carburetor on it, then when I talked to the owner he said they put a used carburetor on it. When I disputed the $800 bill he claimed it was for other work that had to be done in the process, they never called with an estimate for anything just did the work and then overcharged for it. These guys are shady I would stay away.

Worst experience. I was quoted between $250-$500. Then charged $823.90 for some new wires and a bunch of things a girl doesnt understand. When the boat was picked up at their shop it had empty beer bottles and used cigarettes inside. No new wires, the battery wasnt even attached. I disputed the additional charge of $323.90 and they put together a bogus recipet Ive never seen before. I have pictures and nothing they say they did was done. Going to the better business bureau. Would give this place zero stars if I could. Stay away!

I was new to the area with an older boat and was referred to WTC. Ryan and his guys did a full tune up on the engine, restored both rear jump seats and leaning post, fabricated new canvas on my t top and lists goes on. I would highly recommend Wilmington Total Marine for their honesty, craftsmanship and professionalism. Get out there and support these guys.

Where do I start? Set an appointment to have my boat reupholstered weeks out. Delivered boat to shop the day I was suppose to and was told it would be ready by July 4th weekend. Picked up July 3rd and NOTHING was done to it. Was told I would get a call when to drop off following week and never did. Called and was told it would be another week before they could get to it. I asked for the new quote as I was told the upholstery was going to be more due to the fabric. Receptionist called back next day and told me it would be 3 more weeks (already scheduled the original appointment 6 weeks ago) and I still haven’t received the new quote. The red flag also was Ryan said he wanted to look over my engine to make sure everything is in working condition (I didn’t come there for that, I just had my 100 hour service). Don’t waste your time with this company or your money.

DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP!!! This is by far the worst customer experience I have ever dealt with. I dropped my Xpress off for some warranty work done as well as hydraulic steering and some other items. After speaking with the owner Ryan, he said I would have the boat back within a week no problem. Well a month of me calling and emailing trying to get a hold of someone I need my boat back, so I finally drove the hour to the shop to find out what was going on. To find out no work was done at all except the hydraulic steering was install which was the WRONG Unit and installed improperly. The owner Ryan gave me every excuse and lie in the book in which he contradicted himself constantly. Needing my boat, I told Ryan to order the correct unit and I would bring it back in when the parts coming so he can swap those out and complete the work he never did. He agreed and said he would give me a call when everything comes in. After a month of hearing nothing, I call Ryan and he said to bring the boat in and the would get it done before anything else.Same story boat was there for a month and no work done to it. Went down to get the boat and he and his workers where just messing around working on a motorcycle. Asked him why he never returns phone calls, why the work isnt done, where are the parts, etc. Again instead of owning up, this guy fed me every excuse and lie in the book. The owner Ryan is one of the biggest POS I have ever dealt with and looking at some of these reviews Im not the only one. I am guessing any good reviews on here are from his friends. Because of this guy I had two months of no use out of my boat, paid for a steering unit that I didnt want, and he lost all the Xpress warranty parts/paint that I brought in.Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else, even if they are backed up in work. Dont waste your time here.

Nice boats, but they are trying to command prices like better, more well named brands. Ive never heard of this brand of boats until now. I can get more boat out of a hurricane (bigger) for the same price.
