Nice mix of entertainment related products, I especially liked their anime collectibles section.

My experience here was great. Emily provided excellent customer service and assisted me in my purchase. Not only was what I purchased on sale but it was even cheaper than the sale price. You guys get 5 stars!

This should be the POP bobblehead store. Throw a bobblehead and you will hit a bobblehead. More bobbleheads than music but still unique in its value of gifts that are you can say off the beaten track. Visit the store everytime I am in the mall and most times leave with something. I still love F.Y.E. .

Having another great sale as always. Buy 2 tv series at regular price and get the 3rd one for $1. Their used movies and music are like new, i have never bought one that had any problems.

Lousy customer service and the Knot See ( like my spelling?) Behind the counter failed to give us the advertised price! Looking forward to this left wing garbage pit closing down! The facial mask cult is why were losing America!

Good for novelty things like DVD. They do have some retro CDs there. Ok collection of funky pops.

The store itself was fine. FYE is now mainly focused on pop culture items that have questionable quality. The staff were not present when trying to check out and that took some time. Could be more focused on customers.

Nice merchandise. Sale prices are good. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THE LOYALTY PROGRAM!! They start charging a monthly fee if you made your purchase with a credit card. Then it is hard to cancel. What a scam!!!

The customer service was horrible. They didnt ask me if I needed any help and the guy working there seemed so depressed! Barely made any eye contact. Made me feel like I shouldnt even had been there.

Nice place to get DVDs and CDs from. They also have many genres to choose from. They have gifts and other accessories as well. Come check them out.

Pretty cool stuff at this store. Comic book & video game action figures,t-shirts, dvds, and cds. Great place to browse or to find a gift for a collector or super fan.

Great deals 2 fine old shows and anime. Also if any new movies r out I go there and I can find them easily.

My husband loves this place! You can always find discounted CDs, and movies here.

Fun store

A pleasant surprise I found an FYE store open in Delaware. Since all of the Fye stores are closed in New York, I had a blast finding music. Had all types of stuff from movies, games, headphones, Cds, albums. It was a pleasure to shop. With everything online, I still want to see what I buy physically.

Its a fun little throwback to simpler times. Fun to reminisce about cds and dvds while looking for classic gold. Nice staff too.

The fact this store still exists is endearing I personally hope this store last s my lifetime I love super heros and music and this place supports those things really well and I dont just write nice review s Im the real deal

Overpriced but it carries the collectibles my significant other likes.

Had a massive order mix up, but the friendly reps were able to get me the product I ordered, and I appreciate it!

Even though most of what i listen to is digital i still thought it was a cool place. Still sells lota of CDs as well as toys, gifts, collectibles, etc. Definitely worth taking a walk through!

Love the half off clearance prices sometimes you can find some good stuff for a great value

Lots of music movies and the largest selection of Funko I have ever seen. If you want movie related stuff,t-shirts posters, cereal and what ever you will most likely find it here. Prices are a little expensive unless what you want is on clearance.

Searching their CDs, everything was mixed, hard to find anything I was specifically looking for. I dont think anyone has tried to organize the CDs for months. There were more used CDs than new, and maybe thats the new trend, but it would be a miracle to go in that store and find anything you were looking for music wise.

The staff at my fye have always been great, helping me find alot of the gifts I want for my friends and decor for my own home. Plus as a parent of small children they always have a great selection of 80s & 90s cartoons so me and the kids can watch some great shows

Since the age of the CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray is no longer, theyve supplemented heavily with a pretty wide variety of other stuff here - think Hot Topic and/or Spencers Gifts meets the snack & merchandise shelves by the registers at Blockbuster. Yeah. Feeling nostalgic yet? Just go - peruse to your hearts content and maybe youll even splurge on a $19.99 Blu-ray copy of Jason Takes Manhattan (see those 4 stars? Thats because some of the prices at FYE show they havent quite faced the music yet - pun intended).

Great place for used cds and movies.

This store is within a mall. There is ample parking either in the front or back of the small. The FYE store has a lot of selections. You can get DVDs, records even, Blu-ray and CDs. The staff is helpful and there are other knickknacks to get. Lastly, this store is kud friendly and there are a lot of family movies there too.

Only place around with an ok dvd, CD and collectable selection. Still way over priced but the only gig in town.

Classic music store. They have thousands of new and used music albums, DVDs and collectables. I still buy CDs and they are getting increasingly hard to get. This place has them. Large space and lots to see.

The guy was a total jerk. He didnt say a word when we asked questions and purchased an item. He kept sighing whenever doing anything having to do with helping a customer. The price for the item I bought was several dollars cheaper at another store. There really is no need to shop at this location.

Dont know if its understaffed or just people who dont want to work. Cashier was no where to be found. If anyone tells you the Backstage pass vip will automatically cancel after the trial period is over..theyre lying. They say whatever they need to to benefit themselves. This store just needs to close down already.

The guy at the cash registers has a nasty attitude, never coming back gave them 1 star bc one girl actually came and helped me out, she notice when the guy got mad because I was asking him about a Harry Potter figure . If ppl don’t like their job, then F* quit .
