Wouldve given 1 star, but the sales rep is outstanding. Less than 50 hours on my tractor and needed the hydraulic fluid replaced. That was due to the cap being cross threaded (which cracked) by the shop which allowed water in the reservoir. Took 3 days to complete!! Amidst more than normal snow fall, plus I have a 1000 driveway with a major incline. They did come out and pick it up at least... I used the tractor to plow the driveway that day the returned it. Next day, go to move the tractor and theres fluid all over the ground. I discovered that the new hydraulic filter they installed was leaking. I took it off and fixed the seal and put it back on. But by this time, all the fluid was gone. Being an HST, that means it wont move. It did have just enough to move it up to the top of the hill so they could service it easier. But it barely made it up. I call to schedule a service. I felt like I was a nuisance to them, and it showed. Come the following morning, they came out and added more fluid and replaced the filter. Following morning (this morning), I start it so I can finally plow my driveway, within seconds theres another huge puddle of fluid on the ground. I couldnt figure out if they actually replaced the filter or not, but BY HAND I tightened it almost a full turn!! So they either replaced it and didnt tighten it all the way, or they took the old one off and put it back on. Either way, it wasnt near tight enough. Its obvious the tractor was never started or else they wouldve seen the leak. The worst part is I told them to leave me extra fluid because I wanted to be safe than sorry. They didnt do that either... So here I am, a week without a tractor with well above average snow fall. Not to mention i had other driveways to plow (paid) that Ive lost, possibly for good... All because someone doesnt know how to install a filter or cap. And to top it off.... Theyre closed on the weekends!! So I have to wait until Monday to rectify a simple hydraulic fluid service and again, cant plow my driveway and missed out on some revenue.

I was on the search for a case toy tractor that my 3 year old had to have for his birthday which was in 2 days I called Stefanie to check availability. She was out of stock but did not stop there she not only located one for me she provided me with a phone number. Stefanie has definitely saved the day and my boys birthday. That’s true customer service. I highly recommend Bane-Welker for the customer service and the people like Stefani that work there.

Not a very good experience with the Wilmington store. Had my mower for a weekFor service called said they had to order a part ( ok ) finally 3days later it was done l thought got it home not be greased coolent leave lowCalled chris said he would send guy out first thing in the morning 1 PM still not here!!!!Very very unhappy with service !!On a 500 dollar service!!??

My husband got his boots here but in less than a year the heel came off. We had them over the 30 days to return but he only wore them about 3 times.. just double check clothing and shoes... got my Hedge clippers here and love them!

I cant tell you how much I depend upon Bane-Welker to keep my Kubota tractor in shape for the cutting season. Angie in the service department is super helpful with any questions I may have. Whenever I have a problem with my tractor, its always fixed the first time. Ive been doing business with them for about 8 years (before and after they were bought) and highly recommend them.

Worst Company ever!!! Sent my mower to get fixed took 2 weeks to get the part in. Just got it back today. There was no way it should have taken 2 weeks. Cost almost 350 for just a solenoid. The guy that delivered it was an IDIOT. Blew past my house as fast as he could had to call him to tell him to turn around and when he did he almost passed me again he had to slam on the brakes and the trailer went side ways. NEVER Again will i ever buy anything or have anything fixed here again.
