Eric is an absolute joy every time I see him! He seems to truly love his job, and he does everything very thoroughly including check my shoes match and check my cash is real. Its honestly so sweet to see someone who actually does their job and seems to like to do it. I shop here A LOT (obviously I know your employees by name, which is embarrassing) but I love that guy! He makes shopping a delight.

Big and clean. The cashier was polite. My only down fall was the lack.of sizes on what shoe I was going to look at. We still purchased something else but in a different color.

Best store ever! Beautiful selections of boots even though its late in the season. The cashier in the front was so sweet and even help us get an extra $5 off! When we were looking at kids shoes, the lady in the back was very helpful.

I have always been a huge fan of shoe carnival its my go to spot for shoes of all kinds from heels to sandals work shoes and play shoes they have wonderful kids and mens selection as well and the prices for the family are amazing I love the bogo half off specials which they have very frequently and now that I am a signed up member I get even more great deals I couldnt imagine this store not being in town and I love the staff they are always friendly and willing to help no matter how busy they are..Ive even went into the store with ten minutes before they close and they are still very friendly and helpful..as always I highly recommend shoe carnival for your shoe needs at a very affordable price

Went with my man to get him a pair of shoes for work. He found a pair in his size but not the ones he wanted because there wasnt many to choose from in his size, 12W. There are a lot of men with BIG WIDE feet, I guess. The pair he needed only had one pair, and of course was not his size. I found me a cute pair for Winter on sale and was tickled with them.

Clean store, friendly staff, and good selection of shoes. During the holidays I was able to find my son and husband work and play shoes and today we went back and got some for me! I was able to get sneakers and boat shoes today, both of which happened to be marked down (one on sale and one clearance priced).

They have many different types of shoes and they have many different sizes, with good prices but I think that they should put more different types of shoes and more colors if possible and try to stay up to date with things that come out, if possible.

Very nice friendly associates, very helpful will shop there again and again and even refer others too such a great environment and frienly people who actually take the time to make sure you get whatever u need and want!!!!

I love pocketbooks and shoes. I can find any style and price range that I want there. I have walked out of there with four pair of shoes on several occasions. They always have good sales running all the time!

Typical boy here not knowing what he’s looking for or what looks decent. Luckily For me Emilee was working and totally guided me on what would look good, where to look, as well as in my price range. Definitely big kudos. Who needs mom when you have Emilee!

Good selection of all different types of shoes. Also, if you go on to the shoe carnival website and look at the deals/coupons, you can normally find a discount on shoes that youre looking for. Good place. Friendly staff.

Had shoes to fit my elderly Moms small foot. She had looked many stores before with no luck. Very helpful employees.

None of the employees except one were wearing mask and it did not feel safe for my lady I care for or me.

They do have competitive prices, if you include the sale prices, but I went in today to shop for Merrill boots, only to be told This store has never carried Merrill, some stores do, or you can find them online. If some do, they all should, and if I wanted to shop online, why would I be standing in the store?

This is always where I go to buy foot wear. Almost the entire store is buy one pair of shoes and get half off the second pair.

In regards to shopping for mens shoes I was very disappointed with the selection available for guys. There was no clear arrangement or section to clearly display mens shoes and what little I could find was not very appealing at all. Whike the store was clean and had a nice selection for women I would not recommend this store if you are a guy looking for new shoes
