Welcomed me as soon as I pulled up. Took my car and began service right away. Called me out to show me what they had completed. Reset oil life sensor, washed windshield and topped off fluids. In and out in under 20 minutes. Great experience all around.

3.5 hrs for brakes....a little ridiculous especially when there was only one other car here.Just a thought when its gonna take this long you might want to tell people to come back when its done. instead of sitting and waiting for hours. i missed a doc appointment bc im waiting not knowing how long this is gonna take. then apparently waiting on a piece but dont even tell me. had to miss a doc appointment and late to work. will not b coming back.

Just sat there 15 minutes. Was only car waiting on the outside part and was never greeted. I was seen and looked at several times. Walked past several times. Not even a ‘just a minute’ wave. I highly recommend this place! Mechanics are super friendly and professional. I came here today Oct 10, for an oil change and to have a consistently low tire checked.Not only did they do what I needed, but they cleaned my windshield and vacuumed as well which I wasnt expecting...The tire ended up having another issue related to the sensor/valve stem.Throughout the process of finding the problem with my tire, I was informed of costs and why it happened. I admit I dont know much about cars, but I appreciate them asking permission prior to doing something as well as giving me some car education, ha.Also, as Ive been waiting, another customer came and thought she needed an oil change. They checked her car, said not yet and didnt charge her. Ive been to other places that will!TL:DR - GO HERE! Professional, knowledgeable, friendly and extremely helpful!

The folks here are genuinely good people. Such a friendly greeting on the phone; all employees too! I needed to get my transmission flushed and an oil change. There was a leaking hose on the auxiliary cooler and I asked them to fix that too. I needed an inspection, but the check engine light was on. So they pulled the code (air sensor), reset the OBD and said to drive a bit and it should stay cleared; bring it back for a passing inspection! Great people. Although i did notice theres still a leak so I need to swing back in tomorrow. I have no doubt theyll do great work again! Going here from now on for all my service!!! Highly recommended.

A bit pricey but they did all the services and didnt try upselling me. I was 90% pleased with my experience and the other 10% might be my personal issues.

They greeted me at the car quickly and the service was fast . However, most of the technicians were standing around vehicles with open windows smoking/vaping. They were very friendly, but I was turned off by their lack of professionalism and cleanliness.

I was in today and as usual these guys are great.. fast and very polite.. but I stated clearly when asked what service I was there to get that I wanted basic oil change and inspection.. but I was charged over 90 bucks 39.99 then 19.99 on a oil service that usually cost around 35.00..plus the inspection.. dont know what happened today but I usually take all my cars here but idk how honest this was.. makes me feel some type of way..

Went today for an oil change and tire rotation. As I was leaving they wanted to make me aware of a cracked center cap on my rims. This is something if they noticed taking it off, dosent that seem like the time to make me aware of the issue? No they waited until i was leaving to let me know. The time before this they broke off a lug on my rims by not using the torque wrench, and i had an oil leak from the plug, the time before this they just broke off a lug. Get it together. They used to change the oil in all of our work trucks, we will not be back.

These guys are hard workers and treat you fairly. Doesnt matter how busy they are,I dont think I have ever waited more than 45 minutes from start to finish. When you run a business like I do these guys are a blessing. Oil change and tire rotation at dealership usually a 2 hr affair with an appointment.

Wonderful service! Brandon was wonderful, very friendly and knowledgeable! When he was finished he showed me everything that had done to the engine and pulled out the dipstick to show me the oil! I will definitely be back and I recommend you try them too!

Got in line to get my oil changed today at 747 am, the worker came out and moved my car and pulled another car into the bay, I was waiting before this car pulled in . There was no explanation so I left and called the office manager Rhonda who stated she had worked there for 5 years and she did not know why they moved me out of line . I will add that Rhonda did call me back and offer and explanation that the manager on duty did not handle this well and she would let the owners know about it ! We take 5 family cars there, not ever again ! I was leaving to go out of town and am very disappointed that their customer service was so awful after years of using them . Ended up at prolube who were very professional and timely. Lost a 5 customers in less than 5 minutes, good job BSI!!!!

I went to BSI for a second opinion on my tires, which had “failed” inspection by a big name auto service company. They looked at my tires for free, confirmed there was nothing wrong with them, and informed me on the process for correcting the inspection. Everyone was so friendly and nice and the service was very quick and efficient!

I really like it here. They get ya in and out as fast as they can. No wasting half your day like at Blacks.

Oil change service cost more than when I have gone elsewhere, but the service was very fast and extremely friendly. The mechanic even brought me to my car before finishing up to show me what he had done and personally walked me through everything. Ive never had an experience like that just for an oil change. In my opinion it is worth the small price difference and I will definitely be back.

Change engine oil light came on so i took my car down to BSI. After checking the oil, the attendant called me over to show me that the oil was still clean. Informed me that i could wait another 2000 miles for the oil change and reset the light for me. Its rare to get honesty like that these days. Will be back in the future!

Was vacationing in Carolina Beach for the week and noticed a puddle of oil on the carport of our rental. So I took it here on Monday and explained my issue of my 2013 VW CC. Within 10 minutes the guy came over and said he fixed the issue of the drain plug O-ring that I forgot to replace when I changed the oil before leaving. He also topped off my oil level and didnt charge me a dime. Now thats what I call service at its finest. His only suggestion was next time Im vacationing to bring it in for a oil change, which I plan to do. Thanks again BSI Auto Service, great job.

Came in on a Saturday at around 8:30 had a emission and safety inspection, tire rotation, plugged a tire, and full service oil change and was ready in 30 minutes . They had lots of staff on duty which was great and the receptionist inside was super friendly . Also the most affordable place I’ve been to and they seem very honest . Will definitely be going here again for routine maintenance
