Ive been ripped off by this place twice now. First was a tire balance they charged me for but didnt do. I noticed old weights on the wheel when I was changing a flat. Second time my girl spent almost $750 on new tires and they didnt change the valve stems but charged me $32 for them. I took the car to the Pulaski Hwy store cause 2 tires were losing air. They told me they couldnt get the stems but told me the part number and told I could get them from Amazon and then they would install them. I will NEVER use this location again and give them a chance to rip me off again!!!!!

I know a fair amount about cars, and will intentionally play dumb when I bring my vehicles into a new shop to see if they are trying to get over on me (which is often the case). None of that here. Mandi took care of me. She is absolutely terrific, make sure you hold onto her!

Took my vehicle for some new shoes and even though I need other work done to suspension (which they are good at letting me know what needs fixed) it runs so much better. Thank you for such good service, keep up the excellent service 👏

I came in recently to get my car’s air conditioning checked. It hasn’t been working for a long time and I was worried it couldn’t be fixed. The shop looked at it quickly and diagnosed it. They were able to fix it promptly and I am very pleased with my experience. I will always recommend this NTB to anyone that has car troubles!

I like the convenience of NTB and the knowledgeable staff. Their prices are comparable to other similar businesses Ive used. The only downside for tire service is that I often dont get a call when Im promised one, letting me know my tire or car is ready for pick up and I have to follow up myself. Thats a minor issue that isnt necessarily even an issue.

I made an appointment at 5:30pm, a woman walks in and said she has a flat and she can hear the “hissing” (air coming out) and they took her in immediately…while I sit here…they took my car in at 6:21pm. Finally done.

Really disappointed in my experience. I brought my tire to be patched and was told it couldn’t be patched due to a previous plug so I agreed to buy a new tire. I requested my old tire back and was told that it couldn’t be located. Nobody ever called me to tell me my car was ready. I had to call and ask myself. The fact that my tire couldn’t be located so soon after it had been replaced was very odd to me. They also gave me a quote that was $60 more than other tire shops, so while they matched it, be sure to do your research ahead of time

The work done here is good. Ive used this location for years.Be prepared to leave the vehicle as an oil change can have you waiting well over 2.5 hrs. Thats WITH an appointment. No walk-ins. Alignment, a man there said he was there over 4hrs. Hopefully will be back to pre Covid staff levels soon.

This place is known for taking hours to do minor service. I’m positive most of the 5 star google reviews are bots. They left grease hand prints on my car and adhesive on $900 tires I just bought. Do yourself a favor and go to Tire Rack or Just Tires. Do not go to this Kirkwood Highway location. This is a 1-2 star company and thats the service you’ll get.

When you setup appointment online and pick your tire. Then you show up and your told we dont have your tire. What was the purpose. So why do they ask you for tire then dont have it.Have to rethink my next tire purchases. NTB Tires but we dont have your tire.

I went for oil change on toyota 4runner 2016. It took them 1 hour and 25 mins to change oil and filter?!!? (78000 miles) After that we noticed some noise on higher rpms. I checked fan, belts, look all around and couldnt find anything. I bought a creeper and went down to find out that we are missing two plastic rivets for plastic cover and one bolt on right side from oil filter cover, and also leakage from drain bolt. Cant believe that this can happen..... I will never come back here and I dont recommend this service to anyone!

Popular place so plan to wait a bit. As with any business, some days are slower and some are faster. If you want to help them move things along, don’t be a pain of a customer. My service was delayed because of another customer ahead of me, not workers. Still got my 4 tires installed in about hour and a half (which was the time estimate given to me when I arrived) From the time my car was on the lift to them bringing it out to me was about 40 mins.Staff was friendly and service was well done. Price is okay. Waiting area is fine.

The store manager and people here are incredible. Went in with a much higher price from Goodyear walked out saving about $250 on the same tires Plus a lifetime care with flat repair how do you beat that thanks guys you got a customer for life

I came in to this location with a mechanical issue that unfortunately was not resolved at an unaffiliated shop I had previously visited, if anything worsened my issue. Due to my past experience I was hesitant to deal with the sales persons at the counter. I asked to speak to the manager so I could personally explain my experiences and concern with my vehicle. The sales person told me the manager was installing brakes on a vehicle at that time, most would be frustrated with a manager not being immediately available but it actually impressed me that a store manager was in the shop turning wrenches side by side with his own employees. I was patient and waited to speak to the manager Chad. He was extremely understanding and courteous, he spoke to me personally instead of passing the buck and had pulled my vehicle in and inspected himself. He explained to me what was causing the issue that I described to him in detail, so I could actually understand what was happening instead of rattling off parts, labor and cost which I also much appreciated. We came to a conclusion of what my vehicle needed, the repairs were completed within the same day, and I was extremely thankful of the nature Chad handled his business. I 100% plan on coming back in the future my maintenance work. Chad has wonderful managerial and mechanical skills and he was a great move for NTB! Thank you!!

Kirkwood HWY, NTB, Delaware- Beware the pros and the cons. 🤔 had an appointment this past Saturday 1-12-19 at 12:30. The vehicle was taken in properly and then I waited for the tires to be Placed on. It was a special buy 3 get 1 free. prior to the tires being taking off, the woman from the service counter comes back after we discussed a $464 purchase is now up to $2,522.27. She stated I needed front brakes,struts, idler arm etc. I mention to her that I just needed to tires put on and Ill get the rest maybe later. She mentioned that I would need new Tpms sensors because theyre corroded and will break when they take them off. As she mentions this I look past her at my vehicles in the air on the lift and the tires are not even removed yet. So I said no just put my tires on with the old sensors and Ill be on my way, well the tires got put on, I received my billing and I started to drive home, my low tire pressure warning lights were on, they should have came off after driving 20 miles per hour and they did not. So I called the next morning and spoke with her she said bring it in and they would recalibrate or reroute the computer. Tuesday afternoon about 3 I returned they took the keys for the vehicle and took it in the service bay. Then a service tech comes out and talks to someone in the office and they come out and tell me I only have two sensors thats why the lights are on. After discussing it with them, not knowing that the two sensors on the driver side front and back were not there, I asked her if they broke why not inform me. So they took my info and said the manager would be in later and would call before coming back again. So today Thursday 1-17-19 no call, i called and spoke Donna the manager on site, she said they would not replace the sensors because I declined it before. not knowing that they were bad or broken when tire were put on. I stated to her that on my receipt that 4 sensors was serviced and the four tires were disposed of, when actuality only two sensors were serviced and 3 tires disposed because I kept one as a spare. She said it was a mistake. It was for me going there never again. So now my resource was to call corporate which I did and they did pick up. they talk to the store manager and then she told me it was a big problem with their communication and at her position she could not Grant the new sensors instead she waved all the service fees under except the price of tires.They will mail me a check. Thanks to corparate they resolved some of the issues, but still no sensor, and light is on...oh well, live and learn. Not going there any more.

Wow! This location is straight savage! They never fail to make things happen! Labor Day weekend (and most holiday sale events) are always chaotic, messy, and flat out Non stop busy! However these guys get it all done and specially handled service extremely well this weekend..Chad walked me through my service with no issues, and took care of me so I could get make a tight travel schedule I had, which is hard to do on this holiday. He had customers in and out with speed and just kept the day flowing smooth. Justin was also extremely helpful and dealt with some frustrated people in the lobby very professionally, it’s hard to do especially with the COVID chaos and holiday madness going on and many attitudes coming through the door!! I stopped in about a week ago to get a new set of tires and get my brakes checked. Nathan was very helpful and got me situated quickly. He found me a great deal as well! It was busy so I expected a long wait but it wasn’t that bad. They’re taking very good precaution for Covid-19 and I appreciate that. Showed up on time at 730 a.m. for an oil change. Didnt get car back for 1 HR 22 min. Staff was courteous and professional, but took way too long with no notice that it would take that long.

I got four new truck tires put on.. I had a1 pm appointment.. they finished at 3 pm cant see how come it takes so long to put four tires on a truck. They will never pass for a nascar crew. Just to put 4 tires on the race will be over.

I called this location because my check engine light came on. The NTB teammate Alalura answered the phone and she was polite and professional. Also, she remember me from some time last year. I was greeted by Nathan and Jose, they checked on me while my car was being worked on. All in all the team is solid and I will be there again!

I went here Saturday Dec 12, 2020 Not only did I have a long wait drop off at 1:08pm, never recieved any updates on my vehicle keep coming back instead of receiving a phone call like it was stated than the office offered a free merchandise but charged me for it in the end, was going to cancel service but they stated they did the alignment how when I still had my old tires on my vehicle so I had no choice to continue their service, What alignment did they do because my car keeps going to the left, doesnt stay straight for awhile car seems uneven, Had to come back on Sunday because they had to reset my car and this gentleman was rude, telling me why didnt I make an appointment, its a two jour or more wait, I was done.. I come here and refer customers from the hospital my coworkers and patients from this day forward im taking my service else where.. Stop taking advantage of your customers who prove services and business to keep you in service....

Really disappointed in my service appointment. At noon, I booked an oil change appointment @ 530pm using the online system. Arrived at 440pm and expected to wait for my scheduled appointment They didnt start work on the vehicle until 630pm, and didnt finish until 720pm. No member of the service team offered an explanation or an apology for the wait. When I inquired, I was told that the online system is not a reliable method to schedule a service appointment. Blaming your own technology for your poor performance is weak sauce....

I work in Wilmington and had a almost flat tire when I left work... long story short after stopping at two places that couldn’t help me NTB did! They were super busy but at least gave me a new tire to replace the busted one! Since I was alone and had a 40 min drive home I was super appreciative! This place def takes a no star got tires from them noticed car starting to shake real bad so I took it to dealer they installed the tire backwards 🤦🏻‍♂️

This place was horrible their sign said they were going to open up at 9a.m. They didnt open until 10a.m. Myself and another customer had 9a.m. appointments. The lady at the front desk was.told what I need and gave me a quote for a job of $80. She didnt even look at my car. I said that fine if thats without looking at my car. Next thing a guy whom I guess was an another customer service rep or mechanic came out and told me $180 another than 2 minutes later he jumped it up to $300. All this for a tire bolt.? I took my $$ and business else where and paid $50. NEVER AGAIN. 1 star because I had to.

Dealt with Jose ( Jose! Hooray!) who made the sale and then saved the sale--he calmed my mind when I was stranded in Elsmere with a dead battery and suggested I get my insurance company to tow the car ( saved me $$!) and then he advised me what I might be facing as far as repairs (Needs a new alternator!! Yikes! $$$). While I was waiting for the tow truck, I was thinking perhaps I should just get the car towed to my regular repair guys, but Jose was SO nice when I called to let them know the tow truck could not get me there before they closed, he saved the sale and I decided to let NTB do the work. A day after, I am still waiting for my car to be finished (and had another additional issue to deal with during taking the engine apart to do the repairs, with ADDITIONAL costs added in) but management worked with me on the cost surprises. Kudos to Justin, (the manager) also, but this review is specifically about Jose- in sales! Great guy, good communication, good at keeping in touch, prevented surprises, and did his best to sugar coat the bad news, made himself available to handle my issues, and stayed on top of the situation. He deserves a raise as Im sure he impresses many more people than take the time to say so. I give Jose 5 stars!!!

Tires was a great price but then said I needed brakes all around and rotors. Then I asked why would I need rotors all around sales tech said the front could wait for now, but the rear was a must. Quoted $900.00 just for rear. Which would have been a RIP OFF. My car had a recall for airbags to to dealer asked to check my brakes. Back brakes only no rotor $240.00 total. So becareful dont trust them get a second opinion. Truly sad if my wife would have taken the car in we would have been robed for over $600.00😞😞😞😞😞😞😞😞😞😞😞😞😞😞

I called for a tire repair, they put me on hold for a while (I understand, they are busy). They came back in explaining they are dealing with a line of customers and could they call me back. I waited about half an hour and then found another place and have gotten my tire fixed before they ever called me back.

Jose was a big help, we needed help with a battery. Jose was able to help troubleshoot other possibilities, bi big help, his commitment is commendable.

What a terribly run establishment. As others have said in their reviews the appointment times mean nothing. I had an appointment for 2:30 today, for an oil change and tire rotation and showed up around 2:20 to do paperwork etc beforehand. The tech that checked me in said it shouldnt be a long wait as there was only one car in front of me. I walked down to Limestone BBQ to grab a bite and came back expecting my car to be done. At 3:15 my car hadnt even made it into the garage. After waiting patiently for them to finish my car I saw my car leave the garage around 4:15. The employees in the front area were doing busy work like prepping paper floor mats and taking out the trash....eventually I asked if my car was ready and the technician said Oh, yeah it looks like it is.If you are going in for what you hope is a quick visit just avoid. Even if you have to spend a few more bucks to go to Jiffy lube or something it will be worth it.If I were to go again I would definitely make an early appointment and drop the car. If your appointment is for 9 AM or so it may actually be ready for you in the evening for pick up.

I had a great experience using NTB to fix my TPMS sensors. I had previously made an appointment and my car was being worked on within two minutes of arriving for my scheduled time. Jose was incredibly kind and helpful and took care of my car in a very quick manner. I will definitely be headed back to NTB in the future!

Needed a battery replacement and a patch on my tire and they did it very well and respectfully, would reccomend.

One hundred percent terrible. Dropped my car off to get new tires. I receive a call not much later in the day that i need a new ignition switch. Either someone tried to steal my car or it was broken by a dishonest employee. Beware.NTB contacted me after i posted this and denied it ever happened.

Came in with an emergency flat fix. Every though they were overbooked, Juan Ayllon and the NTB team fit me in. They were extremely courteous and made sure that they could even work with what I could financially handle. Thank you all again, and I will be back!

Customer service person was knowledgeable and courteous. But two hours waiting for fix of a minor slow leak in new tire which was under warranty from purchasing four new there last year. Need to drop off car and come back unless time doesnt matter to you.

I had a very good experience at the NTB store on Kirkwood Hwy. They were very busy however I had my car serviced in a good time. The employees there were very nice and kept me informed. I will take my car there whenever it needs to be worked on.

I have been to this location numerous times and the service has been outstanding. The ladies up front have given some of the best service I have had. The wait time is normal for a service shop...but the service has been A1...I want to send a thank you to the management team as well as the salesmen (women) up front...I will continue to recommend this location to my family and friends...whatever they have going on with them new team, keep it up!!

Had an appointment at 5:30 and when I went there they told me that I would have to leave my car because they couldnt do it today. He told me it would take them about 1hour and half per side just to put brakes on.I said huh, why is it taking that long to do that... then they wanted to charge me time and a half because thats what they do when you bring your own parts. Thats bs if you ask me. A whole waste of time. So I ended up leaving and going somewhere better and cheaper.

My radiator started to leak I went in with no appointment the staff was awesome they made me feel welcome and confident that my issue would be taken care of in a timely manner I am glad I choose to go there for my repairs I will be back, and thank you to my service advisor amber I had a great experience with you.

They have no idea what they are talking about. I have oil on my spark plugs and they informed me I need to replace the coil pack. I went to a different mechanic and they said I havent enough mileage on it to need a coil pack.

(Edit/follow up: Following whats written below, I returned to NTB to have the alignment issue fixed. The manager, Chad, had seen what I wrote and wanted to recover the situation. Despite any negative experiences, Ive always seen Chad working his hardest to manage his team and make sure customers leave happy. In addition, I should mention the attendants Ive interacted with have most often been very pleasant.With that said, while I was there waiting I read that tire pressure checks are included in the alignment program I purchased. When I left the car still pulled slightly to the right if I went over 50mph, albeit significantly less than when I brought it in today.)I went in for a tire change (I needed three tires, I had gotten the fourth when an old tire blew out this winter) and alignment the day before my car inspection (I have a three year alignment plan with them for $180, because an individual alignment costs $90). I returned to pick it up right before close and when I left the car was pulling hard to the right, so I turned around and explained they had performed my alignment wrong. They said their technicians had left and to return within the next couple mornings to have it fixed. I was frustrated over the mistake, though I understood they were closed and the attendant was sincere, making it feel like I would be a priority when I came back.I couldn’t come back the next morning because that’s when my inspection was (which I would have failed by the way, if I hadn’t explained NTBs mistake garnering the inspectors sympathy).So I came back to NTB this morning and explained my situation. I was told I could wait over two hours or make an appointment tomorrow. I didn’t argue; I didn’t come back to make everyone else wait an extra half hour for me to be served first.On my way home my check tire pressure light came on. The tires I’d purchased this week AND the tire purchased in January were all 8 psi over my cars recommendation. Ill take the blame for not checking my tire pressure frequently enough to notice the tire bought in the winter was overinflated, maybe it’s not NTBs responsibility to adjust my tire pressure upon installation, though it should be their responsibility to educate their customers to the fact they may need to adjust the pressure.I adjusted my tire pressure. Car still pulls to the right hard when I go over 35mph.

Dropped my car off to get 4 new tires, 4 new TPMS sensors, & an alignment. Everything was great until one of the TPMS sensors came on. I went back & they reset the sensors. I drove to work the next morning & the tire pressure light came back. I went back & they reset the sensor & said everything was fine & it shouldn’t come back on. I went through this back & forth process with the tire pressure light at least 4 times. One of the workers said they told the supervisor the sensor was probably faulty & needed to be replaced, but who listens to employees? I had to call corporate & be told I needed to take my car to the dealership or a certified mechanic to get them to write out that it was the sensor & not the car’s computer setting it off. Finally got fixed after that. The employees were great & genuine about helping except Alura. Whenever I dealt with her she was rude and had an attitude. She called me to tell me what they did to fix the issue & I didn’t hear part of what she said so I asked her to repeat herself & she started talking to me like I was a child or dumb.

No bad experience before and had been getting tires in this location. However, at this time, brought my car in quoted for tire replacement again. There is still 10K miles of warranty on the 4 tires on my car. The representative kept saying I only had the tire rotation done at its location twice and he is not going to honor the warranty. I told him I did the rotation myself in the past two oil changes, because every time I brought the car in for tire rotation, they said the tires needed to be replaced and refused to do the rotation. So I left and came back the other day. Here came another representative, he did not care about my warranty, just said if I want to have the buy-3-get-1-free deal, he could not combine the warranty with the promotion. I gave up and went to another NTB, where I got both my warranty discount and the promotion deal. I am not coming back to this store. They are not consistent or professional.

I called in to try to get a quote on some new tires and was asked to hold. After I was left on hold for about 30 minutes, I decided to hang up and try again. I was again asked if I would hold, to which I replied that I had already been holding for half an hour, ans I asked how much longer it would be. The individual told me that he did not know and that he was busy helping customers. I asked if I could speak to a manager and he again put me on hold. After another 20 minutes on hold I again hung up and called back. I was told the manager was helping customers and they did not know how long the wait would be so I asked if they would call me back ASAP since I had already been waiting an hour, which he replied that he would. I then waited an additional hour an a half with no call so I tried to call back again, but this time no one answered the phone. I understand that someone needs to help customers in the store but you cant just leave people on the phone all day. You need to have enough people so that you can handle both people in the store and people on the phone. 2.5+ hours to get a quote on tires is ridiculous, and I still have not been helped.
