Had a low battery alarm go off the other day. Received a call while the alarm was activated. I silences the alarm and set up a service call to replace the battery. A technician came out that same day and replaced the battery and tested the system. Great quick service.

I finally updated my security system. The tech, Jeremiah, came in very professional (introduced himself, removed his shoes and set up a workstation to perform his installation), installed my system, cleaned up and went over everything with me. I had other quotes from other companies which were much lower on pricing for the new system, but was not able to deliver the immigrated system I need it with my present security system. If you need a new security system or company, take a look at Security Instruments. They did a good job by me.

Although they werent the cheapest company, i chose them because they monitor their own product. The men that came out were clean and professional. I am a person who lives alone and I needed this service and they met my expectations.
