This week, I had two bad experiences with Jeff in the service department. He wanted to charge me $600 to replace the four tire pressure sensors. NTB replaced just the valve stems for $100. Today I went back because I could not remove the antitheft bolt from the passenger side wheels. I asked if one of the guys could loosen it and replace with a standard bolt. He got very belligerent and told me I would have to come back in 6 days. I told him it was a safety issue in the event my daughter had a flat tire. Maintain being belligerent.In contrast, the younger service representative inside the door immediately on the right is very pleasant and very helpful as is the gentleman in the parts department as well as the woman cashier. I tend to believe it is isolated to Jeff, Who I am I’ve been told by two employees at the facility has a history of being unhelpful and rude.
I scheduled an appointment 3 weeks prior to the actual date of the vehicle being looked at. Was the first person there at 6:45am. The shop opened at 7:30am. They said leave the key so we can look at it. Well the whole day went by and they didnt look at it because they were busy fixing other vehicles.Why schedule an appointment? The next day came and they didnt look at it again. So we just had to pick up the vehicle and take it somewhere else. The positive side is a least they werent going to try to charge for it. Smh
Went there for years to purchase and get vehicle’s serviced but the past few years have had bad experiences since a new owner has taken over. Service is spotty at best.. latest incident…had a tire that was losing air, told there was a nail but they repaired it. A week later, had to take back in, tire was losing air still.. was told “nothing wrong with it”. A week later, the same… low tire pressure but once again told nothing is wrong. I asked to have tire replaced but they said it was fine. The next morning, tire is completely flat.. vehicle had to be towed to a different shop, where it was for three days because they couldn’t get to it.. my husband and I were totally inconvenienced because of BCP’s incompetence…not to mention the safety issue of driving. Going forward.. I will not return for service or a sale.

This dealer doesnt even deserve a single star. I have been calling this dealer several days and every time ( I mean it), it goes to the voice mail and they hardly come back and call. I even once got a call back and I told them my requirements and they said they will get back but never got back. I called several times after that but all in vain. Sales department is the worst that I have ever seen. I do not recommend this dealer to anyone.
I took delivery of our 2018 Ram 1500 Crew Cab Laramie. It is a CPO and amazing. The pricing is competitive within 500 miles.The staff was friendly, professional and very helpful. No overselling, no hassle test drive and kept the process inviting and fun.The negotiations were respectful and reasonable. In October 2020 I experienced an unexpected issue with my vehicle. I called the manufacturer because it was out of warranty to see if they can help. The manufacturer covered all of the parts (around $3000) and I covered labor (around $2000). Brandywine scheduled an appointment and my service advisor kept me up-to-date via email (as I requested). Brandywine got my vehicle in earlier (about 4 days sooner) than my appointment and rebuilt half my engine in about 4 business days.This is not the first time Ive had a positive experience with Brandywine and I suspect it wont be the last.Thank you for all your hard work, keeping promises, and quality work performed. And thank you Chrysler for covering my out-of-warranty vehicle under warranty. It means a lot and will keep me as a loyal customer.
Salesman Vince did a great job taking me out of a rough situation and making it a great one. with not giving him much to work with, he thought of every possibility of making sure I left without stress about future car issues and money in my pocket. although spent a tad more than i wanted, i got a great deal.

Went in to the dealership last night 7/31 found a car i loved and numbers weren’t looking too good, he called me last night and told me to come in this morning 8/1 because he wanted to make something work. Sure enough, he and Chris were able to find me a number i was comfortable with paying. George is very personable and is not just a salesman, he truly cares. I cannot say enough good things about him, i will definitely be going back to him in the future, and you should too!
The buying process making the deal was wonderful. It’s after that trying to get my tags that is still the issue. The title clerk does not do her job and has an attitude when you call her on it. I have never had an issue like this ever with any dealer I have been to. She is condescending and rude when you try to get a resolution and blames everyone else while rudely pointing out she has apologized (again condescendingly) from the start. I was able to fix an issue that took her 3 months in a matter of 10 minutes. Go to another dealer and have them dealer trade if this place has a vehicle you want.
The buying experience was not unpleasant compared to the average car buying process. They gave my Jeep a full tank of gas, which was nice. After I left the parking lot is where buyers remorse kicked in. The first time driving my Jeep at night I noticed that I had a headlight out. The headlights are very expensive for a Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit and hard to replace, and any decent used car dealership wouldnt leave their customer with this problem. Also I was never mailed my license plate and I now I have to go drive a half hour to get it.
My granddaughters car was totaled when I was hit by a non attentive driver while parked in the street. This was the car that I gave her to help her get through college and now shes left with nothing. I took her in to see Vince and the rest of the wonderful guys that work at Brandywine. They found her a great used car that not only fit in her budget but made her smile again! And for that I am very grateful!

On the 10th of February 2021, our mom, North of 80 years of age informed our family that she was demeaned, shouted at, chastised, disrespected and harrased by the service manager named, Bill Brown. We acknowledge and understand that his day may have been taxing. However, he, and no one else in this business Will ever have licence to talk to a senior this way. We will be following up on this matter. He talked to her as if she stole something. Does not this country hold seniors in high regard any longer.? Not rhetorically asked.

Terrible customer service! Once I arrived I was left standing in the service department. No one asked if I needed any assistance until 5 minutes after standing there. All workers notice me,however, did not take the initiative to assist me. I have never experienced such rude behavior like this from previous service dealers. I will never come back here!

I have recently financed a 2014 Toyota 4runner with this dealership, since July of last year, and as of today I have still not have yet received plates nor confirmation of vehicle being addressed under my name. I have constantly called to get a hold of my plates and since then has been a run around, like if I was buying a toy car from Walmart. My process on that day has great until once you step out the door its a total joke left to right. I stongly dont recommend this dealership. By law plates take 30-45 days to be processed with DMV and should be received to buyer, its now 7 months in and Im on my third temp plates. Patients is key but theres no communication whatsoever, I have no choice but will have lawyers envolved.
I am very concerned about the Manager (Bob) that wouldnt put on a mask while I was there today. He acted hostile when I asked him why he wasnt wearing one and proceeded to walk around me and stare at me as if he was trying to intimidate me. He said, I dont have to wear one. I asked to speak to the owner of the dealership but I have not heard from anyone. I wish I had never purchased my Jeep from here. Had it been known to me at the time that this dealership doesnt consider my public safety or anyone elses a priority by simply doing the right thing and requiring employees to wear masks - I would have never, ever gone there. Ill make sure my experience is known so others dont potentially get ill from visiting that dealership. Human life means nothing here.

Went here because they had a truck I was interested in. My salesman was great but the sale manager was incredibly unwilling to work in the slightest bit. Granted I went on the first of the month so they had zero pressure to close a sale or maybe they previously had a low profit month. Regardless, that shouldn’t be taken out on the customer. If you want to be told you have to pay msrp and there is nothing more they can do, go here. Otherwise stay far far away.

Was out of town away from my dealership in VA. They diagnosed the problem and had my car done within hours. Even with a busy shop and not being sure if they could even look at my car.
I took my 2020 Jeep wrangler with 200 miles to Brandywine Jeep for steering wandering problem since there were a technical service bulletin (TSB) about steering control gear. TSB is a not a recall however it states to replace steering control gear when customer experiences steering wandering. They told me it was normal for a jeep even before they take it out for a test drive. I took it to other Jeep dealer and they took a test drive then replaced steering control gear, now it drives perfect.

Absolute worst experience. I did not even set foot in the dealership and this is the worst customer service I have ever received. Khalil Anthony is disrespectful and not willing to work with you. All i asked was for an out the door price and I kept getting a run around answer. This dealership really needs work with their customer service. And then Khalil proceeded to block my number. I went there for an oil change and tire rotation, my appointment was scheduled for 8am, JR helped me check in at 8 and I was out by 9, mask, socially distancing and friendly staff, JR was extremely friendly and personable..they also discovered my back brake light bulb was burned out, so they replaced it for me...Always A1 service here
Cannot say enough good things about our experience getting a certified Jeep for my wife at this dealership. Our sales person Keith E was a genuinely good guy and was never pushy, gave us space to talk and decide, and we never got the “scumbag car salesmen” vibe from him or anyone else at this dealership. Open and transparent with all numbers and didn’t try to hide or pretend we were getting a deal while ripping us off like another large Jeep dealership in the area did to us the day before. Process was very smooth and took care of everything we needed to do to pay off our trade and get the new car registered in another state. We’ve been to a lot of dealerships in our journeys and this is a good one.

THey dont work w/ extended warranty companies properly. Charge 4 hours labor for a single spark plug and coil pack. Ive done these once, ever, and it took me an hour. They wonder why the warranty company wont pay the total hours they ask for. Cant trust this dealers service department.
I wouldnt shop for a car at this place if I were you I emailed them to ask for their price via an eprice button on the website and it was a gimmick to get my Information, they would not discount the vehicle at all which is their right just as it is our right as buyers to go elsewhere which I would definitely do If I were you unless you want to give them more of your hard earned money. just another greedy dealership tried to charge me sticker price with no discount at all. gross
Very pleased and thankful that a friend who works at another local dealership recommended that I try Brandywine for my Jeep repair. From my initial phone call, then calling to move my appointment due to my job, to visiting the shop.. I was actually impressed and please with every aspect of customer service. I’m a long time Jeep owner & sadly I haven’t found a Jeep Dealer around that even has staff who answer the phone politely. Sometimes that is all you need when you’re frustrated about your vehicle. However, every person I came in contact with, especially my shuttle driver was so pleasant and helpful. Thank you Brandywine! Highly recommend this place!

Driving from Pennsylvania to Virginia, our 2018 Jeep started acting up on I95, with one warning light after another going on. As we got off at the closest exit, the engine died and we coasted into a lot. The AAA tow truck driver recommended we take it to Brandywine Dealership. From the moment we got there, we knew we were in good hands. The friendliness, the empathy and the desire to really help us was immediate with JR in the service department and a tech whose name I should have gotten. It wasnt the alternator which they checked within minutes of us getting there, even though all their bays were full. So, figuring it was electrical, they drove us to a rental car agency. Just before we were ready to sign, JR called and said the tech is pretty sure we had a bad battery. They picked us back up and with 30 minutes, they had replaced it and we were on the road again. The kindness and efficiency of everyone there was something we hadnt seen in a car dealership for at least 40 years. These people are treasures. They really care about their clients. Saying they are so nice seems trite but they are just that - good, honest, caring people. I wish we were locals. I would take my care there for service all the time. Thank you to JR, to the wonderful tech who was so helpful, to the Tri State Towing guy who took us to the right place, to the good guy that drove us back and forth to the rental car place and to all of Brandywine service. You all are gems. You made a harrowing experience on the road into a grateful experience for us.

They lie about the things they are sellingI purchased my 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee in Feb. Anthony, the salesman, was great. Everything went pretty smoothly, until I went back to see Aaron Dial, the finance guy, to sign all the paperwork.Once with Aaron, he presented me with several items, upsells. One particular item was marked as a gas savings device. He said it would save me up to 5mpg. I quickly calculated that this would save me money over the life of the vehicle, even if it only saved me 2mpg.I drove my SUV for 2 weeks and got an average of 17.7mpg. Then the device was installed. I noticed immediately that the average mpg dropped to 15.5. But I drove the SUV for 2 weeks to see if it would rebound. It did not. In fact, it dropped to 15.1.I returned to talk to Aaron, to get this resolved. I am flexible. Either take the part off and refund my money, or compensate me for the costs. He refused and even tried to blame my driving habits, suggesting that I changed my driving habits to cause this. He also suggested that the engine needed a breaking in time. These are just lies.I talked to Steve Boyd, the dealership General Manager and Owner, yesterday, to see how I could get this issue resolved. He gave me the exact same spin, saying that it was my driving habits which caused the drop in fuel mileage and that I am a liar.Looking at the box for the part, it says its a high performance part and does not say anything about fuel savings. Going to the part manufacturers website, they specifically say that they do NOT guarantee any fuel savings. This dealership clearly lies. I love my vehicle. I just dont trust this dealership and will never purchase from them again.I did not have any problem with their parts or service staff. I would give each of them 3 or 4 stars, but the finance guy and the owner deserve negative stars.

Overall experience was acceptable, The sales consultant was very personable, and knowledgeable about new features. I believe we received a good deal. For a used vehicle it had everything I desired except the hood decal. I really wanted the decal on top of the hood, manager denied my request.... still bought the jeep, and gave only a 4 star rating.
If I could provide zero stars I would. Complete liars and overly money hungry. After charging me $100 for testing, this dealership informed me I needed $800 in work for a new battery and some various sensors. I knew this was clearly incorrect information and took my Jeep for additional testing and what do you know, my battery is completely fine. Thanks for your disservice and robbery.

Our salesperson Adrienne was so easy to work with. She actually came in to work on her day off to help us get the car we wanted. Her enthusiasm and can-do attitude made purchasing our Jeep Laredo a pleasant experience. Adrienne had the Jeep detailed and paperwork ready in a matter of hours and we drove off the lot that evening very satisfied. Any questions I had later on about electronics or buttons on the car, she answered me immediately. We are officially a Jeep family now!
I would leave zero stars if I could. This establishment is a joke, and will take advantage of anyone they can. If you are a first time car buyer, this definitely is a place to avoid. I wouldn’t so much as get an oil change here. The customer service is awful. I called and left my name and number and no one ever called me back, I had to go there. Once I got there they “couldn’t” find record of the paper work I filed with the finance person 7 weeks earlier. I thought I got everything figured out. I was assured I’d receive something in the mail In 2 weeks, yet now it’s been 5. I will tell everyone I know to stay far away from this corrupt sorry excuse for a business.

Tldr:- Service Dept terrible at scheduling, communication and securingvehicles (Locking doors).- Parts Dept no effort in helping you purchase the parts you need.If your time is valuable dont waste it here.Scheduled an appointment weeks in advanced, dropped off my vehicle as soon as the doors opened (7:30AM). Maintenance to be done: AC Check/Recharge, Oil change.The Service Department had the vehicle for 9 hours so I called to check on the status of my vehicle. No one was available so I left my number and waited 1 hour; no call back. I called again an hour later, was informed my vehicle had not been touched since it was dropped off.Due to my limited scheduling availability I had to pick up my vehicle as it is needed the following day.When going to pick up my vehicle my doors were unlocked (its a jeep with broken electronic locks so this is a manual effort. The glove box was left open and my center console items had been shuffled around. I have not found anything to be missing but time will surely tell.
Drove from PA to brandywine to look at a specific jeep. Within the first 2 minutes of walking around the lot, Nico came out and greeted my girlfriend and I. I told him what I was looking for and he knew exactly where to go. We grabbed the keys and checked out and drove the jeep. Nico worked with me 100% to get a deal that I was comfortable with! He was extremely professional, charismatic, and very engaging in getting to know me! I dont think I could have asked for a better experience than I got last week. Great experience buying a new car. All of the staff involved were courteous and knowledgeable. Finance arrangements were made quickly at better rates than my credit union. Buying a car can sometimes be a dreaded process, but they made it easy!
These guys are a bunch of crooks. My last 2 Jeeps were purchased from Newark Jeep, but I happened to be in this dealership cause they were offering a free oil change after an appraisal. They had a fully loaded 2015 Summit in the showroom for $48K, which is a pretty decent deal for a sticker price of $55K (probably about 2% below invoice) if youre going to keep the vehicle for a long time. Anyway, the payment on this thing for 72 months should have been around $700. They came back with a whopping $850 per month AFTER PUTTING $1500 CASH into the deal. This means they added another $10K to the price. The $1500 money down negated the extra value they were giving me on the trade in, so taxes, title, and other fees would have to amount to $10K? Either that or they used an interest rate of 10% when my current loan is less than 2%. Not to mention, they would not even give me any numbers for my appraisal or otherwise until I test drove the car. They use the same old slimy tactics everyone has come to hate with car dealers. Ill be buying from Newark from now on. Stay away from these guys unless you want to get ripped off. Speaking of which, the service department wanted to charge me over $100 to put in a $2 sensor. Newark quoted me $50. Crooks all around...

I called to check on a jeep I found online and 24 hours later drove away very happy with the purchase. Overall my best experience there was with the salesman named Nico who genuinely cares about customers needs and concerns. Service department is great and friendly also, and made me feel at ease and allowed me to bring my jeep back for a check up.

I went to Brandywine Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram to simply look at cars and not talk to anyone because I didnt want to be bothered into buying anything. However, I met Nico who showed me the exact car I was looking for and took time to explain all of the features of the car when I was only window shopping. The next day I came back and bought the car from Nico and the experience was the same. If you want to have a relaxing and friendly car buying experience, buy from Nico! The rest of the staff there is great as well!
Bought my Jeep here and maintained it through the service dept. Got a decent deal on my car and would buy there again. They are very upfront about service costs and dont seem to pressure or mislead you when taking it in like so many other dealers I have encountered

I have been a customer of Brandywine Chrysler for at least 12 years. Their Service Department is aces. They have always called me right after they have assessed the repairs needed on my cars. When possible, Im given a choice as to what I want taken care of at that visit, and what can wait.The Service Reps are always pleasant and courteous. I find them to be honest and forthcoming with the information about your repairs. I have been to other Dodge dealers and they would not listen to my concerns and they were far from honest. My last three purchases were from BCFD on Kirkwood Highway and my next NEW purchase will definitely be made there. Theres nothing like honesty when talking auto repairs.
We came in today, 4/29/2017. to lease new Jeeps. We spoke to Keith and recieved outstanding service. Not only did he help us into new Jeeps, he engaged and made our children smile and laugh. This dealership overall is outstanding. Id recommend it to anyone
Nico was absolutely excellent in all aspects. He was personable a quickly able to diagnose my needs and wants as a buyer. This was the best buying experience I ever had and I will be seeing Nico when the time comes to buy again.

Will never do business with them! We have bought many cars and trucks over the years from this dealership and today we had a deal to purchase a used car, salesman gave us the price minus our trade in and was told the car was ours and gave us the $ so we could get our check from our credit union the next day. We had a deal! We started the paperwork with our license and insurance but no sooner did we leave the dealership then we got phone calls and text from them saying that another person was in there buying the car and that there is nothing we can do.. no loyalty to what was a very loyal family that have bought more than 20 cars/trucks from this dealership over the years, never again! Very SHADY dealership!

Service department thinks its ok to charge 4 times the value for a part and 3 hours for a 1 hour job. They took 3 days to replace this part and offer no loaner vehicles so enjoy renting a car because they took 3 days to replace a 1 hour job. To make things worse they serviced this particular part not 2 months prior to it failing. I Will not be returning and simply cannot recommend this place to anyone.

Vince was awesome to work with while going through the process of buying a car! He made the experiance as easy as possible and enjoyable. It was like working with a friend (not your typical car salesman). The warranty guy was awesome too! The service department man was extremely helpful, he went out of his way to help me fill out insurance questions (that I had no idea the answer too). It was a great experience in a comfortable atmosphere. Everybody was so nice and friendly. This is the second vehicle I have purchased here and I would not go anywhere else after dealing with BCP!

I had a problem with some service done at this location. They responded to my google post with a prompt phone call and an offer to rectify the situation. I appreciate how quickly they responded. No one can give perfect service. So, how they respond to a problem is very important to me. I would recommend them as a service organization for your vehicle.
I went in for an airbag recall and ended up with a car that wont start. WHEN giving back my car I was told that I would have to hit my starter with a pole to start it. But I didnt have to ever do that prior. Now they wont fix the problem they created for free
