What an awesome company! This was our second time using Floor Concepts. Billy was extremely easy and comfortable to talk to. He was very knowledgeable and down to earth. We told him what we were interested in and he made it happen. The three installers (Ariel, Carlos & Ray) used their expertise and decades of knowledge. It was obvious their craftsmanship was superb. I had my basement floors redone/changed from carpet to vinyl and they could not have turned out better. Great store with an amazing friendly team and the price was lower than the other 4 quotes I received. There were a couple of issues found after ripping up the carpet which they fixed and took time to do it correctly. Highly recommend!

These folks are so patient and helpful. It literally took us months to pick out a carpet for my master bedroom/loft area. They kept encouraging us to take home samples and answered endless questions. We eventually picked a patterned carpet and their installer painstakingly matched the pattern lines between two different rooms and the closet. Good prices. They also do wood and vinyl. If you are looking for a good local family owned flooring store, you cant go wrong choosing these folks.

Billy was great to work with. He gave me a few options for carpet and kept the cost very reasonable. The installer team was very friendly and did a great job.

Dealing with FLOOR CONCEPTS was a pleasure frombeginning to end. We were greeted by the owner and shownseveral different flooring options for our kitchen.We were able to take a few samples of flooring home to helpus decide which flooring would go best for us.When the men came to install the flooring, they were veryefficient and worked well together.We love our new kitchen floor!

I went to Flooring Concepts five mins before closing for a piece of replacement padding. Bill took great care of me, he provided excellent service & great advice. I loved every second of our conversation, it was extremely helpful & I will be back.

We had an AMAZING experience with Floor Concepts, Inc.! I had originally set out to go to another local flooring store that was closed when they were supposed to be open. While driving home I remembered a friend told me about Floor Concepts, Inc. I took a chance and stopped in, while walking in I noticed the hours on the door and realized that they had just closed. They told us to come right in and spent over an hour with us. Bill and Shawn were both excellent and very knowledgeable. We took home 10 samples that night. I returned 8 the next day and took home 13 more plus spent another hour in the store searching the samples looking for the prefect Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring for my home. They were extremely helpful and great to work with. I finally found our perfect flooring in the final 13 samples I took home, we ordered what we needed and it was local from NJ and we had it in about a week. We installed the flooring ourselves this weekend and it looks FANTASTIC!! This was a great experience and I look forward to doing business with them again!!

My wife and I purchased carpet and kitchen flooring recently from Floor Concepts. We had an excellent experience working with Bruce, Larry, Carlos and Nick throughout the entire process. The store is very nice inside and they have are many flooring/carpeting options. We were able to take home good size swatches to help in making our decision. The install went beautifully. We are very happy and would highly recommend Floor Concepts!

In a single order, they sold us a mixed batch of flooring without warning. It was the same manufacturer, style, color, but half was slightly narrower. We didnt know until halfway through the install. It was so much harder to put in. I will never go back.UPDATE (in response to the question from the business owner): This order was placed by our contractor, Oz Seaton, on our behalf. He ordered one batch in Spring 2018, which was all consistently sized. He ordered a second back in Fall 2018, which was mixed with two different sized (very small difference in plank width). I discussed it at length with him, and he said he spoke with you all. I heard of no offer to help remedy the situation, other them him having to do more labor (which he did at no additional cost to us) to make it look as promised. Oz was fabulous to work with, and someone we will definitely hire again.

Staff was very nice and helpful! Their tile samples are not purchasable and they do not deal in small loads (anything less than one sheet) so you cannot buy a single tile.

Had a great experience with Floor Concepts from start to finish. Greg was patient and helpful with selecting flooring for our kitchen, powder room, pantry, utility room, and 2 bedrooms. Aerial and Carlos did a fabulous job of installing the floors and trimming them out. Thank you all for a job well done.
