If I could give Rugs HQ a negative rating I would. This online company displayed the worst customer service I have ever had. They are not helpful and do not take the proper measures to fix customer issues. I called and talked to multiple people, even supervisors who promised me a refund, many calls back, assurance and I was not given any of that. Upon receiving our rug (which looked nothing like the picture) I called Rugs HQ initially to sort this out and potentially swap for another rug. I was disgusted by supervisor Penelopes assistance and gave up only requesting for the rug to be returned. I was told I would receive my return label within 3-5 days….it is going on 3 weeks now and I have been calling at least 3-4 times a week. I finally got in contact with another supervisor who told me I would have a refund on a specific date. It is now one week passed that date and I have yet to receive my refund, the shipping label, OR a call back from Rugs HQ. Almost a full month and this is not resolved, it has become my part time job to stay on top of these people. Stay away from this company! You can get these same rugs elsewhere. Going through this company is not worth the hassle.

I was absolutely blown away by the quality of the Surya Rug I ordered! I was a bit hesitant initially because I never ordered a Rug Online before. I was not sure the colors would match my living room. At any rate, I cant say enough about the level of my satisfaction with this purchase....absolutely gorgeous! They customer support rep was also helpful and assured me the color are what they are on the photo on their site. Will purchase again for my other room!

The order was placed on Oct. 9th and stayed in the processing status for weeks. I finally called and was told the order was backordered by the manufacturer and that I would have to commit to one available or the order would be cancelled. I did commit and we finally got the rug on Dec. 9th. The rug was too large and we returned it. There was a lot of confusion about how to return the rug and whether or not we got the correct FedEx label. After agreeing to pay the return shipping out of my refund, the rug was picked up and I have a delivery confirmation for Dec. 23rd. It is now 11 days later and still not communication on the refund. You can never get anyone on the phone and they do not answer emails. I was told that their help emails dont link to their system so they dont even know they are there. This company sucks you in by offering a $25 discount if you like them on facebook. This is when you place the order and dont really know how they conduct their business. Trust me, it is not worth the $25 to deal with them.
