This store is unorganized and doesn’t take care of there customers. I been a customer of champs for years and this is the first time I been to this store and will never be back again.

Getting sneakers for my son all sneaker stores are pretty much the same

Called store inquiring about return. Man answers & place me on hold. Never coming back to phone to say anything. Drive from Bear to store & was still on hold. Got there & asked was he one who placed me on hold. He said yes & that he was busy.....Unacceptable!!! Still had phone on hold 24 minutes later

Been going here for about 5 years but once the manager left I stop going I Stop by wants and of noon to grab some sneakers for my children still good place to go

You should change your God damn hours online I just drove here a half hour away to return a item I purchased yesterday to realize the Mall was closed. Jerk offs.

Terrible champs. Went in there to buy some shoes and while trying to get service what I see is one person on their phone at the register and three employees standing in a circle bottle flipping on a table and not one person helping me or any other customer.
