Journeys staff has always been kind and helpful. Wonderful selection in all genders and unisex too. Love this store.

Juan was so kind and helpful!!! Juan was extremely patient, taking the insoles out of several pairs of shoes to make room for my orthopedic insoles and making helpful suggestions when the shoes that I tried on didnt fit or werent comfortable. I ended up buying a can of shoe sealant and a pack of socks on top of a pair of shoes because he was so wonderful and didnt try to push any products on me, he simply suggested ones that MADE SENSE with my original intennded purchase. That was by far the best experience Ive had at Journeys and I would gladly wait for Juan to finish with another customer in order to have to pleasure of his expertise. Thanks Juan!!!

Just an FYI called Why we no longer will ever shop at Jouneys again buyer beware.Elijah Parkman bought some Doc Martens. On the way home I noticed they were 2 very different boots (one was shiny was was textured and had 2 different insides with 2 completely different style numbers) my son is not one for details and had been wanting these boots for a while.Called Journeys and got the manager Jen who said she would have to physically see the boots and then SHE would decide.Jay brought them back (very inconveniently) and the manager tried to say they looked different because he had worn them, not to.mwntion one was a size 9 and one a size 10. They dont sell the shiny boot.She is lucky Jay was there.Jay very calmly and matter of fact you led her to see that she was wrong and would give the money backShe then said they are on sale but I will give you back the full amount wait??? Why didnt he get the sale price ??So even though she gave the money back she tried not to.Jay explained the salesman had not been helpful at all. She said I have had problems with him and now I have an inventory issue and an employee issueUm, honey how does that make it my problem??So just a little buyer beware!!Another FYI.. I found the same boots for $80 (journeys was $165 supposed to be on sale for $135) online straight from Doc Marten with Amazon prime free 2 day shipping and free no questions asked returns if need be.

Never been to a journeys before but after my experince today Ill defintley be going back. Staff was extremely cool. Especially my man will who was very helpful Highly recommend!

We came in to return a pair of Vans and they wouldnt refund only exchange and it had only been 15 days and you have 30 days. We would of returned sooner but we live 1 and half hours away so we waited till next doctor appt. We bought 4 pair on our first visit and then not to be refunded on a pair was not right. We will shop at another location for now on.
