Sellers Tile recently installed a new backsplash in my kitchen. My overall experience was excellent. Design consultant, Piper, rescued me from indecision about the look I wanted for my kitchen. With her help, I was able to make a tile selection during our meeting. Tile was ordered and installation was completed to perfection a week later. Many thanks to Piper, and to Tucker for working with me on a special installation request, and to Evelin and Sal for beautiful installation. I highly recommend Sellers Tile.

Just finished kitchen new quartz countertops and tile backsplash by Sellers.. Must say, very pleased with work, staff and installers very friendly and accommodating. Everybody was on a schedule and arrived promptly, countertop installers, backsplash installers, plumbers to install new sink, microwave re-install, all with no hick-ups. Amazing, would recommend Sellers Tile to anyone.

Justin Sellers and staff were great to work with during our bathroom remodel. Justin was always available via text answering any question very promptly. The total gut job took 4 weeks with someone always at the project each working day. His advice was very helpful in finishing the project the correct way. After seeing all that goes into the project I would not try to save dollars going with anyone else. The zero clearance entry to the shower looks great which was one of the recommendations from Justin.

Sellers Tile just finished installing the backsplash in my kitchen. They did a fantastic job! Tucker met with me to help me choose tile/grout color at their showroom, and then had the tile ordered and backsplash installed within a week or two. Definitely recommend!

Working with the whole Sellers Tile crew was a great experience. We did a complete remodel of our master bath, which included tearing out lots of poorly done moldy tile, removing a bathtub, and expanding the glass shower. Look at the before and after pictures!Justin was our manager and he was very responsive whenever we had a question and easy to work with. He was flexible with the plan and had some helpful suggestions on how to save money while not cutting corners.Last but not least, they came in just under our final estimate. Also, they do not ask for any deposit or money up front, you only pay the full balance once you are satisfied. Sellers is a well established company that has been around for decades so they have many strong references.I would definitely work with them again on any kitchen or bath project!Edit, July 2018: Did another small project with Justin, this one a double sided fireplace. We ripped out the old hearth and tile and put in new mosaic and funky hexagon pattern. Once again it turned out great! Sellers is my go-to place for any project that involves tile or stone.

We did a very extensive bathroom remodel and Sellers was recommended to us. They worked with Southeastern Tile Connection to secure our tile selections and their price was very reasonable. In particular I want to applaud Jaimie, Librado and Peyton, who were off the chart exceptional doing the actual prep and install. Rarely have I seen that kind of work ethic or that level of professionalism and courteousness from an employee rather than an owner of a company. Bravo.

We had to redo our leaky shower that was tiled incorrectly when our house was built two years ago, and Seller’s Tile made it completely painless. Tucker and the rest of the staff were so nice, professional, and knowledgeable and their work is impeccable. We will definitely use them again if we have tiling needs in the future!

I can not say enough good things about this company and their people. Our upstairs shower leaked because of faulty construction. Sellers came in and tore out the old shower and all the tile in 1/2 a day and immediately began installing the new shower and tile. They we careful to keep the house as clean as possible during the entire 2 week process. The tile work is perfect and my new/old bathroom is beautiful!

This is the second time we have used Sellers Tile. The first was to have a new granite kitchen counter top installed with the expansion of our bar and adding new cabinets above the existing, which they did a Great job with installation and very little mess. The second which they recently finished was remodeling bathroom with new tiled shower, adding a closet (where old shower was) and removal of wall in bedroom that goes to bathroom. This was also top notch work with Great co-ordination and very little mess.

Sellers Tile does beautiful work. We did a complete remodel at our beach place and Sellers did an amazing job. They tiled 2 bathrooms, laundry room floor. fireplace surround and all the back splash in our kitchen. Later we decided to tile the garage floor and again we used Sellers. We worked with Tucker Beerman and he was spot on with any info we needed. I would highly recommend Sellers Tile and would definitely use them in the future.

Sellers Tile is a professional and experienced organization with excellent craftsmen. We used their services for our bathroom and laundry areas to compliment a new hardwood floor in the kitchen. Upon removing the old flooring in the bathroom, the Sellers team discovered sub flooring in need of replacement. They also found a floor joist that had been cut through during original construction years ago. This joist defect created a sagging subfloor which in turn created a leak in the seal of the bathroom toilet. The Sellers team immediately made structural repairs to the joist, subfloor and plumbing so that the tile work could be completed on time! Their attention to detail, thoroughness and quality workmanship saved us from a big repair bill down the road!If you ask local Wilmington builders and contractors who the best tile company is most will say Sellers. We went to Sellers based on their stellar reputation. We’ll certainly use them again due to their quality workmanship and reliability!

We just had our master shower completely redone. Sellers was great to work with. Everyone was extremely professional. They did what they said they would, when they said they would . We are very happy with our new shower and plan on using them again soon to redo our kitchen.

I had two bad experiences with tile installers doing hurricane repair. Both installers had been recommended but one did a poor job and the other never returned to finish. I wish I had started with Sellers Tile from the beginning. Justin and his employees saved my sanity and my bathrooms. The bathrooms look perfect and I couldn’t have asked for better communication throughout the process. The installers were courteous, professional and cleaned up every day before they left. They were on time and worked diligently. I highly recommend starting with Sellers. It is also nice to know that if I have ever had an issue, they will be around to contact. I just finished a master bath renovation with Sellers. The bath turned out beautifully (especially the actual tile work), but even more important was the service that we got. Sellers has terrific employees. Justin was easy to work with and a good communicator. The carpenter, tile guys, plumber, etc all did great work and kept the workspace super neat and tidy at all times. Highly recommend!

Sellers Tile is by far the best granite company I have worked with in Wilmington and they treat small jobs with the same care and service as the large high end ones. I had hurricane damage and did a kitchen cabinet retrofit to stay within my budget. My granite slabs needed to be fitted to the new configuration and Sellers was the only company I called that was willing to try and do this. When we found out I could not use the granite pieces I had, Sellers gave me a great deal on a granite remnant piece. Their template and installation crews were very helpful and professional and did a fabulous job in my kitchen. Kristen went to great lengths to help me and was very patient with me through the process. I highly recommend using Sellers Tile!

These guys were awesome. Went out of their way to work us into their schedule. They did a repair job for me on an installation that was falling apart. Original installers were not responding and it is just as well because Sellers guys did an incredible job!! It looks way better than original work. They were very detail oriented and were so clean. I didn’t even have to clean up at all behind them! Will definitely be calling them again!

When we met with Justin Sellers we felt he added so much value from a design perspective and many of his suggestions became a part of the final product. Justin is a great coordinator and communicator, always on top of any concerns or questions. Through many renovations to our older home, I have never worked with a more professional, courteous, highly skilled, or accommodating company than Sellers! In desperation mode after another granite company accidentally broke our slabs the day before our scheduled installation, I was lucky enough to locate the same beautiful granite at Sellers (a clean, well-organized yard). They were able to come to our home the next day to template two vanities and a bar top, and they installed the granite one week later! Unheard of service!! Management and workers alike are amazing. They did an incredible job for a reasonable price and I am happy to recommend them as an OUTSTANDING company!

Justin and the guys at Sellers Tile did an excellent job remodeling our guest bathroom. They took care of everything, and were a pleasure to work with! Justin kept us up to date on each phase of the process. We had used them in the past to do a shower pan repair in the master bathroom and was very pleased then as well. We had to undergo a major shower redo because of a leak. Justin and his team did an excellent job. They showed up when expected, worked hard, and always cleaned up nicely at the end of each day. We were very pleased with the work and highly recommend them.

What a horrible place! Only giving the one star because I could not post otherwise. I had used them for granite of our kitchen which turn out nice. So when we moved and the movers damaged a marble pedestal I called Sellers to see if they could repair it. Joe Sellers said yes. He picked up the pedestal and then never did the work. I called and left him messages which he never returned. I talked to his father and to several other people who work there. After several weeks I was told Joe couldnt give me a date when the repair could be done. Then he said it would be repaired in a couple of weeks. A couple of weeks go by and he still did not do the work. We are talking about two small marble squares to be glued together and glued to the base of the pedestal. I told his office I wanted the pedestal back fixed or not. I was reassured it would be done finished or not and returned to the movers by the following Monday. When I called Tuesday it was still not done. I was told Joe didnt know when he could get to it even though I was told it would be repaired or returned by the day before. Joe called me the next day to tell me he was too busy and had no idea when he could to fix my pedestal for which he had for over a month. I asked him to return my pedestal and asked how can you take something for repair and not be able to give a date for it to be repaired? He then called me a D*** for not understanding and that I could f***ing pick the pedestal up myself if I wanted it. This is no way to treat a customer, especially a customer who spent considerable money with them.

We recently renovated a home in NTB, NC and used Sellers for 3 bathrooms and a contemporary granite fireplace. Their work is exceptional. The materials we chose are very intricate and delicate and their team are not installers, they are artists. In addition, the entire team are friendly, helpful and extremely considerate.Justin was proactive in not only delivering the service and materials on time, but was very involved with every aspect of the design and installation work. Our builder, Maebilt, was very pleased with the team and also gives a five star review! I would not use any other firm for future work.

Poor Business Handling!! Disappointing Management!!I’ve been working on Bald Head Island for the past 20 years and have sent a Ton of homeowners to Sellers to get Countertops. I’ve never had to pay for any tops!!! The owners take care of the materials.They pic and choose what they like,I only had to install one job in witch the owner said it was paid!!The countertops were cut 1” short in the back and on the side! I still made it work by pulling it away from the walls 3/4” and hiding the gap with the wall splash so Justin @ Sellers didn’t have to cut new tops!!!!After completing that job I had an other small top for a sink I needed cut and the homeowner called to prepay for the sink top and the manager Justin in charge of the orders decided that it wasn’t a big enough order for him!!!!So I had the owner get it done at another shop with no questions asked!! Great Work!!No hard feelings with the manager(Justin)!! I just think it wasn’t professional and Disrespectful after sitting with the order and later turned it down when I could’ve had another company do it on time!!!Best RegardsEli Cortes owner of All Angles Construction.

I just had Sellers Tile finish a kitchen backsplash in my new home. I couldn’t be happier with the quality of workmanship and the professionalism that they put forth. They were polite and pointed out some inconsistencies in the drywall and the stove hood so there would be no surprises, luckily it didn’t make a difference. Sellers also did our quartz countertops which also came out perfect. Of all the jobs done in building a new home these two were the least stressful. I would highly recommend them for either jobs, you will not be disappointed.

We did a total remodel of our master bathroom. From the gutting to the finish product things done in time frame outlined.The quality of all work done, by the craftsmen used, was excellent.Also, they would not accept payment until the total remodel was done to our satisfaction.

We were so pleased with the entire staff at Sellars Tile from the time we selected the granite til the time they sealed the back splash. They came in and measured for our new granite counter top and less than a week later they had it installed. Even after they completed the back splash they made sure that everything was as we expected and that we were completely satisfied with their work. We picked out a piece of marble, brought in the top of an old buffet and a sink several months ago. We knew that ours was not a high priority job but we had no idea that they just would not do the work. Today we picked up our top and our sink. They never made our countertop. They never gave us a reason why they weren’t working on our piece and when we went to pick up our items, the woman saw us come in and ran to the back, we assume that was because she did not want to answer any questions about how they could have just never gotten around to our job.

I highly recommend Sellers Tile Company. I recently hired this family owned business to help me with my bathroom floor and shower tile and my kitchen backsplash. Over the course of nearly 3 months I communicated with, often times likely bugging my primary contact and each time I was reminded of exactly why these guys can charge a premium, not only get it but leave a lasting positive impression on the client. The attention to detail in the tile work was far and away the tightest lined, sharpest attention to detail I have personally and/or professionally ever seen. For a very long time I had been a Lowes/Home Depot shopper for tile. But once I discovered SE Tile Connection, Sharon Henderson, the owner, and the most beautiful (yet affordable) tiles I will not ever be able to go back to a general stock store. My first time in SE Tile, we picked out the backsplash tile for our renovated kitchen in Olde Point. It is beautiful. Then, when we were renovating a home for our girls, Sharon helped us to pick out the perfect tile, affordable, for the kitchen floor. We have since tiled the rentals back splash and now started in our primary home-we laid our floor tile and back splash for an updated kitchen -still in process but very pleased with their help and unique offerings.

I recently went to southeastern tile to find bathroom tile for a new house I was building after shopping around at other supply houses I found the staff at Southeastern to be extremely helpful and they worked well with me on price I will definitely be coming back
