Love this place! What a great selection. And the employees are awesome! Mary at the reception desk is so helpful, and shes always working so hard. Whatever theyre paying her, they should double. Sam was also very helpful in putting my order together. Will definitely be coming back for my next project.

Be careful as some of the sales people are not as knowledgeable on the products. We were told there was bullnose for the matte tile we selected only to find out when the tile was getting ready to be installed that the bull nose only comes in a gloss finish and is smaller (2x8) than the 13x13 tile selected. The size of the bullnose could have been dealt with but the finish difference is a problem. They were however accommodating and we were able to return the tile and pick a different one fairly quickly hence the 3 star rating.

I wish I could give this store a zero star. Terrible customer service. I recently visited their location in Newport DE for the first time and could not get anyone to help me at all. All of the employees were more interested in standing around and talking amongst each other and were definitely not interested in helping anyone. I drove and hour and a half and was floored at the lack of customer service. Would not recommend them for anything.

Great experience at the tile market. Made an appointment with Fran Consiglio and she was right on time. Helped me with some designs and quickly drew up a quote for tile and materials. She even put up with me for two weeks while I made several changes to the order. I even got some face time with a Schluter installer who answered all of my questions. All in all, excellent service from everyone I dealt with there, but particularly Fran. Thanks folks!!

I cant say enough good things about this place. The team goes above and beyond for the customers. I worked with Gretel, Sydney and Ashley. Everyone else is super nice too. Sydney has a great taste for design and knew exactly what I was looking for. She was also extremely organized and she was always on top of all orders (and our order was BIG and complicated). And Gretel was always there and helped with all aspect of design and ordering. Highly recommended!

Great showroom, spectacular tile selections, awesome customer service!

Good customer service is fixing the problem. Hats off to Anthony that explained how tile sometimes has imperfections. I’m pleased with him correcting the problem and will always return to Tile Market for my future purchases.

Sydney was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Unfortunately I never received my quote after calling to find out if it was completed. Its been 2 weeks and I still have not received a quote.

The Tile Market of Delaware has always given us the best service! The staff in the showroom have always welcomed our clients and helped them make their selections. The Stone Shop gives us excellent service when it comes to countertop template and installation.

Order has not been placed so this review is subject to change. However, picking out flooring and accent tile was a breeze with help from Erin. The selection is as beautiful as the displays are. I am hoping that there will be no glitches moving forward! I see a five star review in the future if all goes well.Lets go to 5 stars after 2 completed positive experiences.

Just had my countertops installed and cant say enough good things about this place. Joe Powers is the best!!!! The installers were so polite and considerate of my home and my family! I will recommend this place for any kitchen or bath products! Gonna to go back for tile and bathrooms. Highly recommended!

Nothing compares to the selection and service at Tile Market. The owners take great care to keep up with current trends and keep a tremendous inventory of well priced options in tile and countertop materials. Lots of great displays to help in creating your room. Staff are very easy to work with and know their stuff. They take great care of contractors like us and homeowners alike.

What a great selection of everything tile, stone, quartz and granite. Our sales associate, Erin, was extremely helpful and patient, spending over two hours helping us through the selection process. I definitely recommend this place.

From the minute I walked in the showroom I knew I was in the right place. The service received was exceptional !!! The showroom had a large variety and beautifully displayed. Working with Amanda and Sue (in Middletown) was great, they are both knowledgeable as well as a pleasure to work with. Then went to the Wilmington showroom where Devon helped me pick my stone and Ashley reserved it for me.Nick came to do the template and he was awesome. Then was finally install day, Bob and Kyle showed up with our countertop and installation was quick, easy and clean !We couldnt be happier with our decision, give them a call you wont be disappointed.
