I am ABSOLUTLELY recommending “THE COUNTERTOP SHOP” to everyone seeking a total renovation or simple upgrade to their kitchen. First you will be engaging with Tom, the owner, April and Scott who are the most skilled, professional and friendly people you’d only hope you would find when searching for an outfit to do your work. My house was built in 1920. My kitchen had few cabinets for storage. It was HIDEOUS and this had to change but I had no clue how to start a kitchen reno or how to find a reputable remodeling company in my area. I had gone to other renovation businesses previously but was not impressed with their customer service. The Countertop Shop was recommended to me and the day I walked into their office was the day my renovated kitchen dream began to take shape. Not knowing how to start coordinating the trades, (electrician, plumber, flooring, painter), Tom took the time to write down every trade I needed, in the order I needed them to come in. Tom and Scot came in, ripped out the old and installed my new cabinets and counters as scheduled. Everyday they ended their work, my kitchen area was cleaned up. Tom is a precision craftsmen and his cabinetry and countertop work are stellar. His and April’s expert advice throughout this entire process was critical to me and I will forever be grateful to them, as well as Scott, for the most beautiful kitchen ever. I can’t say enough great things about The Countertop Shop. My initial conversations with April were so helpful. She answered all of the many questions I had and was so friendly and kind.I am absolutely thrilled with my kitchen counters. To say Tom is a master craftsman is an understatement. His work is impeccable. I am so happy with the way the counters look - it’s like having an entirely new kitchen. Tom takes great pride In his work and it shows. When we started planning for our kitchen, we knew from the beginning that we wanted Shiloh cabinets. The default was The Countertop Shop, as it was the only dealer in town to offer Shiloh cabinets. Lucky for us, the default option turned out to be the best purchasing and customer service experience we have ever had! It was a real pleasure to go through the planning process with April, Tom, and Dion. They are each very customer service oriented – responding to questions very quickly, they do what they say they will do and they deliver even more than promised. They had patience, kindness, respect and incredible talent and knowledge of kitchen cabinets and layouts. Their experience and passion for what they do and their attentiveness to detail is reflected in their work. I honestly wish I could work with them for every single future purchase we would ever make in life! Our kitchen is gorgeous, thanks to them. Tom and April run the kind of small business that you can dream of these days! They are helpful, responsive, have great prices and are very communicative along the way. They arranged all our cabinets faster than anyone else and also got us additional accessories we needed later in a timely basis. There was an issue with the installation of the granite countertop and they took care of it without any hesitation or excuse.I would highly recommend them for any cabinet or countertop project over any big box store - you will not regret it.

My new kitchen is a dream. The.Craftsmanship is impeccable, right down to every last detail. Everyone at the countertop shop was extremely helpful. They made the experience of the renovation very smooth. The whole process was exceptional. It is way more than I ever expected it to be. Absolutely beautiful. Everyone that walks in has too take a deep breath because it is truly breathtaking. They left my house everyday clean and organized. I cannot say enough about the whole experience. The countertop shop helped us every step of the way. Communication was always good (always getting back to us within 24 hours, most of the time within 1 hour). My cabinets were fit perfectly along with the beautiful countertop that they helped us pick. Dion was awesome to talk to and very personable. Highly recommend.

We bought our cabinets and counter with The counter top shop but had our contractor install. Our salesman was very personable and gave us many drawings of designs. He came out quite a few times to meet and take measurements. On our final design he came to check measurements again. When the contractor installed there was a measurement mistake. Some cabinets had to be removed and and needed to rework the design to fit properly. I was pretty upset with the mistake but the countertop shop worked it out with my contractor to fix the design at no extra cost to me. The granite counter is great. We are happy with the final product and mistakes happen.

Found on google and they were EXTREMELY HELPFUL with virtually designing my kitchen during the pandemic. Dionn was very kind and patient with me being so indecisive. My cabinets were delivered on time and exceeding my expectations. I tell everyone I know about them.

Tom and his father from The Counter Top Shop were awesome and a true pleasure to work with. We worked together twice in the past 2 months for custom Corian counter tops in two of our bathrooms. We are beyond happy, they turned out even better than we imagined. They are gorgeous. Tom was very clear in what he was going to be doing in his estimate and did exactly what he said he was going to from making the template, the countertop itself and the installation. Everything was done on the dates that he promised, he left the job site immaculate. We were impressed and very happy, we’d definitely recommend them to anyone and look forward to working with them again

We originally signed on with a big Kitchen Cabinet Company who would only do some of the work. Needed to find a contractor to do the bulk of the work. Boy did we luck out. Tom and his team were a God send. Only regret we have is we didnt find The Countertop Shop first. If youre redoing the kitchen call The Countertop Shop - Knowledgeable, Friendly, Professional and On time.
