There is a drastic difference in the service after 6pm at Costco. I always use the self checkout and the day team is helpful, friendly and thankful.The night team at self checkout is unfriendly, snappy when they have to help and just chatty with each other.I have Never been greeted and receive no response back when I say hi to them. (I say hi to everyone)I guess they are doing us a favor by showing up for work.

With the new self check out, it seems employees are forgetting to uphold the good customer service that Costco normally has been known for. Self checkout may get through the line faster but I suggest management work on customer service too. Dont lose your unique position in the market.

I was looking for bounty dryer sheets that were on sale. I was told if we have them they are in isle 336. Only had Kirkland. Was looking for Dove platinum detergrnt was told you dont carry that anymore. Also looking for grits, couldnt find. Gave up and checked out what I did find. Wish you carried Del Monte fresh cut peas. You carry Del Monte beans..why not peas.

$1.50 hot dog plus a fountain drink. They just switch to sippy cups, so no more straws. Vanilla ice cream is $1.99. Delicious

Place is a zoo of panic buying in of endless junkI went in shopping for a laptop for work and the guy at the door seemed indifferent to offering me a way to wipe my cart clean.When I casually mentioned the growing need to keep ourselves safe he reminded me of all the immigrants spreading Covid here.My 2500$ Mac book was purchased at Best Buy15 minutes later

I find Costco ok. It is so busy I get stressed shopping there. They frequently run out of products you like and you never know if they will ever carry them again. The people working there are great and friendly.

We do probably 90% of our household shopping at Costco from close to eyeglasses to sell phones to fruit and vegetables. Well they always keep me guessing by moving inventory around, the staff is very loyal and helpful.

Costco is a very dependable place to purchase products, for many reasons. A couple would be the quality and the second, Costco will always stand behind their sale if you keep your receipt or use your Costco card. I have switched from Miller Vision where I have purchased my prescription eye glasses for many years, to Costco due to better service! And much quicker turn around time in getting my glasses. Costco does accept most insurances which makes it a plus.

Great place to shop they have so many different items,my wife and me love to walk around and look at the many things they have.

Very disappointed with Costco went from Sams Club to Costco for not having enough options to shop for especially when they convinced me to get a credit card from Citi Bank which first of all they don’t value there customers and very unprofessional staff. Also a rip off for not telling there customers correct information. I had to close the account because they was charging interest charged standard for not paying the full balance. I can understand paying late and there a late fee or missing a month payment but come on REALLY you going to out a interest charge on my card because I need to pay the full balance. I always pay on time always pay before my due date always pay more then the minimum. This is a scam and Citi bank don’t care they just want there money. They even told me Costco didn’t even know about telling there customers to pay the full balance. If that was the case I would never he got a credit card with them. They it back fire on them saying Costo was miss inform and should he told there customers. Citi bank never even try to work with me. Supervisor was rude and unprofessional. I am going to have to close my Costco account as well for not getting the correct information on the credit card. Also a week after getting a credit card they was giving free stuff if you sign up and I never got anything. As much as I spent never even got a reward which Costco forgot to mention you only get that reward once a year. Also you can’t even get through customers service to get traveling deal with the credit card never once reach customer service to help me with hotel and rental. Very disappointed and very upset with Costco and Citi

First time going and last time going. Walked in with my family and was refused entry. Told the lady, hey this is our first time here, can we look around, maybe get a membership? Lady says, um no, there’s like no day pass or anything. I can only let in people with memberships. Then just looked past me. Un real.

Our #1 choice many times for groceries and gasoline. Wish they sold bagels one sleeve at a time, and wish they had window washing equipment at the gas pumps. VERY DISAPPOINTED THEY STOPPED SELLING PROPANE!! They could also use express lanes for quick checkout with few items.They were the best for shopping during the pandemic.

The RUDEST staff in the pharmacy. When asking for patience and grace as this was my first prescription pickup, the tech got extremely rude and defensive instead of accepting that she was out of tone; she immediately made a scene calling a “manager” who laughed in my face and refused to help me. I will never visit this warehouse again and will advise all of my family and friends to avoid this store at all costs.

I really dont like this specific Costco bc they are hostile to my service pup-in-training. But Im a longtime member. I refuse to be intimidated. Everytime in this store Im confronted by staff who demand this 12lb pup is put on the floor...the most harmful place for her to be bc nobody can see her and shes afraid of those monster-sized noisy new Costco carts. Were working on her fear. Federal law says no restrictions on ADA dogs. But I try to be amenable. I carry her in my arms resting on top of the cart. Not inside the cart where she cant stand anyway bc her paws are too small. This visit, my debate with an Asst Mgr ended with him complaining her hair was touching the cart. I just walked away. This dog is 10x cleaner than everyone who uses the restroom and dont wash their hands afterwards. No other Costco, grocery, other store, or hotel has shown ESA hostility. Just this one! Sams, Walmart, HT, Whole Foods, love what I do. Meanwhile, 3-stars bc I really like Costco. Shop there all the time. But I really dont like this store. Training a service dog is more important than a local Oh-no!

Visited on a Sunday afternoon and had a really pleasant experience. Employees were friendly and helpful. Even customer service was quick and easy and done with a smile. Well be making regular visits for sure. We purchased a new chair, hose, and entry mats for the house.

Sams club was my only experience with club shopping before receiving a Costco card from my fiance, and it was great. The staff is super friendly and willing to help. The quality of house brands called Kirkland is top notch, in some cases better than brand name. I bought a Bluetooth speaker, a large one and liked it so much I went back to get another. The electronic prices are super reasonable. I remain impressed by the big orange store.

Being from Idaho where we have 3 huge Costcos, i was pleasantly suprised that this smaller store still had everything we needed for our trip home.

No liquor at this one. Plenty of wine and beer. Great prices. Busy but efficient checkout.

Cant deny there are some nice staff members and good deals here, but just the same, there are some unfriendly staff working at this location...ESPECIALLY in the loss prevention department.Guy gets paid to watch video feeds of an empty store as its closing, observe other employees take a flat cart we left, clearly put aside and alone for no more than 5 minutes, still watching as we have to reload cart...after another staff member takes cart and unloads everything.Then loss prevention wizard waits til last customer is paid for and out of store so his job is done, but in passing sarcastically asks if we need help loading an item that weighs 10lbs, PARDON?As Buzz would say, To Infinity - an beyond!

Its like they let all the old people out of some holding place and they all just sort of ambled sluggishly toward the Costco, converging from every corner of the Cape Fear to fill the warehouse with masses of slow moving people pushing grossly oversized carts. The cart pushers stop pushing every once in a while for no apparent reason -- maybe they forgot where they were for a moment? -- but always when someone is right behind them. Nobody has ever considered moving to the side of the aisle when they stop and slow is the only speed they know when they are moving.Every time I go to this place I question why I even have a membership. Yes, I save some kind of money. Not a lot. Just enough. But enough to go through this every time? I dont know, man.

I am gathering names and getting information on Costco to represent myself against Costco for breaking HIPAA law and their transgression of The Americans With Disabilities Act.They do not accommodate curbside, delivery, or drive through pharmacy. They not only asked me what my disability is but disregarded my medical exemption. (that is written in the executive order legislation by N.C. Gov. Roy Cooper)They proceeded to Blacklist me from their services WITHOUT NOTICE and left me 100s miles from home without access to life saving medicine.

I had a membership a few years ago but didnt go as often to make it worth my money. So now my daughter and I went for a membership together so we can share and it will be worth the cost. Some things you can find for a better deal, but if you dont have room to store things or arent able to eat the food before it spoils, then it wouldnt be cost beneficial. Hope this helps.

I order four pizzas in the morning and they only have two when I went to pick them up at night and they said it was the weather like those were the only two pizzas they make the whole day! Not happy just don’t trust in the pizza people if you have a party and think you got everything controlled!

We love COSTCO! We were able to find the perfect 4K HDTV for our home at lower price than anywhere else with free delivery. We also got great deals on prime rib and pork chops. High quality meats at great prices as well as free cleaning for my beautiful wifes hearing aids. Well worth the cost of our membership

Their stance on allowing pets to come in with you with the store is too strict. If your service pet is missing their vest because its being clean they wont allow your pet in.

Shout out to Wende at the front desk for the worst Costco experiences ever. Not only is she a textbook Karen, but she was flustered over issuing a new card. After being completely rude to my family, she proceeded to bad mouth her crew. Unprofessional. Last but not least, I ordered a pizza to go, and witnessed the employee go straight from mopping to handling my pizza, which I immediately trashed.

I love shopping at Costco most of the time.However these last few days have been trying. Costco needs to go back to limiting the number of people in the store. there was barely room enough to move around and most of the aisles and people were so close to one another It was hard to shop. Frankly I felt unsafe and decided not to come back The next day when I was in need of something else. Thank you for taking this into consideration

I signed up for a membership online and when I went for the first time yesterday I was pleasantly surprised with how awesome the team working was. Door greeter was friendly, Greg the return clerk helped me get set up and was so informative. The cashiers were on fire and were racing to see who could ring faster. The associate that checked my receipt remembered me eating pizza outside and jokingly asked if it was good. Props to the team and Store Manager for leading a team so full of energy. They all really made my day!

COSTCO IS DISNEYLAND FOR FOOD. This place is poppin. I love Costco. Plus their rotisserie chicken is only like 4 bucks for a GIANT chicken vs like 5-7 bucks elsewhere for a small chicken.

This has been my regular Costco for the last 4 years. The aisles on either side seem large enough going through the middle can be rather hairy. Most people have not had a problem respecting their neighbors and wearing a mask inside where the space is shared with many people in the age of covid.
