The customer service and selection at Grainger is so great! John especially goes above and beyond for my business. We order a lot through Grainger for my place of work, so my coworkers and I have had plenty of experience with the staff by now. John always amazes us by how helpful, kind, and enthusiastic he is. I would recommend to anyone.

Not the greatest of experiences. Was in a dire need for some blast media. I went to my local branch to order some media. They quickly found what I needed, got me a price and assured me it would be here tomorrow. I told the salesperson to verify and make sure. It was essential to have it next day. I was going to drive out of town to get it if it was not going to come in next day. I was assured it would be next day around lunch and I would receive a call when it arrived. I WAS called the next day around lunch but not to tell me my order had arrived but to tell me 1/2 my order had arrived. The salesperson apologized and assured me it would be in the next day. I should not have trusted that. I have to say i did get a call when I was supposed to but unfortunately to tell me he had no clue what happened but my order did not show up again. This was extremely disappointing not to mention putting me very behind on work. I understand accidents happen. This is why I let the first day slide when I was told next day for sure. Second day was a total let down.

These guys are the best, especially since the covid-19 made them change to curbside pickup.

Went in for some wall anchors, the guy inside was extremely helpful and patient, even going as far as making multiple tripa to the back so he could show us different options that were available. Awesome employee and experience.

Horrible customer service. Called to tell me my order was ready for pickup, when I showed up they couldnt find it and told me the order didnt exist. The confirmation email and charge to my credit card say otherwise.

Horrible customer serviceOrdered a part which is a Grainger part. was told that there were none in the system but that the part would be in around 2 weeks. Got emailed confirmation, get daily marketing emails. Called 3 weeks later to check if the product was in, was told the product was there. Sent someone over to pick it up. They had shipped it back. Never was contacted by phone or email to come pick it up. Continue to get their marketing emails (spam).They explained how it was my fault that I didnt come in and check on the parts arrival earlier. Rude!

Had a broken lifetime warranty gearwrench wrench and called gearwrench themselfs to find the closest dealer to warranty the tool and they directed me to graingers. Well I went there and was told if I didn’t buy it from them and have a receipt they wouldn’t help me. Mind you gear wrench told me to go here. Ended up going to fastenal and got a no questions asked replacement. I will never shop at graingers again. And refuse to use them when we shop for items under the municipality I work for.

My parts were 30% less at Johnstone Suppy. Dropped Grainger. Lost my business
