Very happy with the sales and service experience. Bought a Echo trimmer and had my Honda trimmer serviced and extremely satisfied with both. John and the crew will take care of you like a big box store cant and/or wont. I highly recommend Wilmington Lawn & Leisure.

Well,I took my little mower in for repairs there,twice.The first time after two weeks wait,I got it home and it died halfway through cutting my lawn.So back in the shop it goes,two weeks later.Its ready again,ran fine at the shop.I got it home put it away,tried to use it the very next day.Wouldnt even start this time.Sooo I call them back up and the lady I spoke with was very rude and told me if I didnt like it to take it somewhere else.I will never step foot in Wilmington Lawn& Leisure again.Thanks for shafting me out of almost $450.00 too!

THIS COMPANY IS TOPS IN MY BOOK!!! My girlfriend and I were in the market for a tractor. We got quotes from several companies, did extensive research and a spent a long time comparing equipment, companies and service. We decided on Wilmington Lawn and Leisure and we are so glad we did. Jason fit us with the tractor we needed for our property and worked it out to get us the best deal possible. No over selling, no pushiness, just sincere concern for us and our needs. They delivered (yes, I said delivered) the tractor to us on time as promised and even spent time with us, on our property, to make certain we knew and understood all of the features of the equipment and the implements before they left. It didnt stop there though. They reached out a couple of days later to ask if we had any questions and if we were enjoying our new toy...uh, I mean tractor! Every time Ive called them, I either received a prompt return call or spoke with someone. I never feel hanging. Its great to know that a company exists that has concern for their customers. I will recommend them to everyone I know.

Was in the market for my first zero-turn mower. I checked around at a few places and decided to stop in even though I believed John Deere would be out of my price range.Jason met me shortly after I walked in the door, and patiently listened to my needs and pointed in the right direction. They happened to have a pre-owned unit perfect for my needs at a price I couldnt say no to.Jason cares about what you need. He called to update about small repair items and to setup quick delivery.Stop in, you wont be disappointed.

Had a problem with my John Deere mower they came and picked it up and had it fixed the next day.Great service right? It took 3 days since its been fixed to deliver it back. What good is good service without follow up. Very frustrating when management has no control.
Took my Honda generator in for repair today. Service gent looked at it and had it running in 5 minutes. Same type problem I had a year ago when I took it to the Honda place on market. Kept it a month..charged $250 and it still didnt work. Bring your business here. They know their stuff. Thanks for your honesty and expertise

Would not use this company if my life depended it. Its all great when they sell you the mower but once you take it in for service because your brand new mower with 12 hrs on it is messing up you better expect to wait a month with rude representatives who dont really care because they already made the sale. If it is warranty work you are put in the back of the line because they are not getting paid for it. I had to pick my mower up last week and take it to someone who wants my business.The guy I took it to had it fixed 2 days later, now thats service. I would rather pay for the warranty work than deal with these A** holes again. I will never send anyone to them and If I here someone is thinking of going to them I will strongly urge them to go elsewhere. It really stinks that Wilmington Lawn and Leisure is giving John Deere a bad name.

Terrible. They are unable to give you a day or time to pick up your tractor-just that your In Line. They charge a pick up fee(other places do not) Finally they called 10 days later and we already had our tractor picked up and repaired under warranty with Southeaster Farm Whitesville. Jimmy.

I ONLY asked for my blades sharpened, pulleys lubed and belts inspected... i never asked you to replace the wheels on the deck. I was going to do that myself since i have a set at home. Next time, ask first!
