Quick service and super personable. I called the day before Christmas Eve and they had someone at my house the day after Christmas. He was like a door ninja- went straight to work, replaced the broken springs- AND took time to lube everything and even tighten the belt. They just didn’t fix the problem, they made it quieter and more level. Crawford goes beyond the call of duty. Don’t hesitate, call them. Seriously.

I highly recommend them, here at Cargo District we used them for one of the most beautiful garage door installs for our OUTPØST location, which houses BESPØKE Coffee and Alcove Beer Garden.The technicians were very polite and were able to get the work done fast! Crawford was also able to offer great post-installation work. Our door lost its initial programming and wasn’t able to stay closed, they came out very quickly and resolved this issue.I highly recommend this company and wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Got a quote on a garage door install. Payed the deposit to order the door. Representative informed me it would take approximately 3 weeks to get the door and they could immediately schedule to have it installed. 4 weeks later, no door or no call from the business. I called to check on the door Andy the lady who answered the phone was very unprofessional. I asked to speak to my salesman and she stated she was on the phone and would have her call me back. Well, that didn’t happen. I had to call back and the salesman acted very distant. Not professional at all.

Crawford Door Systems is a top notch garage door repair and garage maintenance business. Recently, we were having a problem with our garage door with one of the main springs broken. Jamie, a repair tech with Crawford Doors called us in advance the day before our appointment and asked us for details on what was going on and he researched to bring the exact part required to fix the door spring. He called again the morning of the appointment and said he was on the way. He provided super friendly, courteous and professional service, which was what we have consistently experience with the entire Crawford team from the office staff to a tech we dealt with previously. Highly recommend this super company for their fast, professional and responsive service. You cant get better than Crawford Doors in Wilmington.

A spring broke on our double garage door over the weekend. Crawford returned our call promptly and offered emergency service, which we didn’t need. They showed up first thing Monday morning and repaired. Jamie was very professional and courteous. This will be our “go-to” company for any future garage door needs.

Last night our garage door stopped working. My husband remembered the name of the company that came out to service the garage door at his work right after Florence. Crawford garage doors were called at 8am this morning and because it was just a spring they were able to squeeze him in this morning at 10am. This was the fastest service I have ever received from any company. I know it was a quick or easy fix but I am so greatful for this turn around time as we use our garage door for everything! I will always use them going forward!!

Been dealing with Crawford Doors for a many years with some commercial and residential. All I can say is these guys knows there business! Had a slight problem with a new install last summer, I called and they had (Bill Preo) out here the very next day! Absolutely the best service guy! He was very knowledgeable! Hurricane shutters... Have been waiting since mid October for Crawford to come and get three of my hurricane shutters rolled back up. They came down fine but wont roll back up. Waiting 6 months now and no clue when or if they will come !!!

Called about an intermittent issue. Told they were booked and it would be a week before they could get to me. When setting up the appointment I said I had to be gone from 1-3:30, no problem we can do it as the last appointment. Day of the appointment I get a call that they will be there between 1 & 3. I called back and said I wont be there. The response was leave them access. No, I want to be there for this. Then we have to reschedule, no ability to work with us on a half hour difference. Woman kept saying I dont know who set up your appointment. Seems that is not the issue here the issue is client service and letting people on both sides know the schedule before telling you that you have an appointment.

I have used Crawford door for years and have never been disappointed in their service and professionalism. Recently my garage door got off track and we could not roll it down with the opener or manually. I called at 7:30 am the next morning, they were there by mid-day and fixed the door pretty quickly, so that my home was safe and secure.

I have had multiple repairs done on my roll up doors on both of my box trucks. On both occasions Roger handled my situation quickly and professionally. I highly recommend them.

Garage door would not operate so we called Crawford Doors, the company that installed the doors and had serviced them.The woman who took my call told me I would have to wait a week for service. This meant leaving the door open for that time.We called another company and they were out the next day. I had to replace all of the equipment inside the garage before the door would function. They showed me all the parts that were inadequate and should have been replaced. Sloppy work was the cause of our problems. This was an expensive cost to incur and never should have happened.

We had a really good experience with crawford. Our garage had a few anamolies and was not an in and out job. Dan helped get our door installed and was extremely helpful and professional. He had good customer service skills and pays attention to detail!

I called this business early in the day requesting service for my garage door. It came off of the hinge and will not close. Being able to close my garage door is very important because it is how i secure one of the entries into my house. Without Being able to close it, it basically leaves my door open to anyone. My husband is deployed so i am alone.. Today is the only day I am able to have someone come until the next several days due to my job. I explained this to them very clearly and they said they could have someone come this afternoon. I had another business return my call, offering to come to my home within 45 mins. I told them no thanks, that I already had someone coming. So Id thought... Long story short no one showed. No one called to tell me no one was coming. Nothing. Total waste of my time (that I have very little of). These people are clearly completely unreliable, unprofessional and have no consideration. I guess all I can do is hope and pray no one tries to break into my house in the mean time. Thanks for nothing.

Very poor judgement, came to my business to look at a door of theirs the cables snapped on Over time from wear and tear with I have pictures of other units doing same-thing. They called the owner of the building and told them that we cut the cables no way they broke like they did. Pour judgement call if you ask me when 3 people saw it happen and more heard it. Not sure why they would even make a statement like that doesn’t make any sense you can clearly see the cables are frayed.

They stand behind their product. I couldnt be happier with this company.

Ok I am only writting this review for a warranty issues.Our door in the shop stopped working about 3.5 weeks ago. They were quick on getting to the shop to check the door out. Motor was burned up. We have been rolling the door up by hand and the sprocket is small so it takes about 15 min to roll up the door. seems like the gears could have been a little bit bigger. It is now 3 weeks and 2 days since they came out. The motor is ordered so I am told. This is a very common comercial door. So when did they order it? When did the warranty claim go through. Just overall bad experience

My sister just called to find out about getting a quote for her garage door. The lady who answered the phone was very short with her. She told my sister what they would need to give her a quote and then hung up while my sister was talking. Surely not a way to get new business.
