I cant say enough about the excellent service I received from beginning to end. Everyone was very nice, professional and considerate to my 3rd shift schedule. Bethany and Stephanie contacted me promptly to schedule my appointment for the estimate to install my garage and entry door and gave me consistent updates throughout the process. Darryl, the owner, showed up with Bethany the first day for the estimate. I did not expect that and it immediately gave me a secure feeling about choosing to work with this company. His price was more than fair and less than the other two estimates I received. He also remained actively involved until the job was complete. Zack showed up on time for each appointment, was kind, professional and answered any questions I had. The finished project was beautiful! He did excellent work and even added details I wasnt expecting that was nice and helpful to me. I will only use them for any future garage needs and highly recommend them to anyone.

Atlantic Doors was subcontracted by the builder to put in the garage doors. When I moved in I called to have the garage door opener and a push button entry pad installed, this was on Monday, the young lady( very nice) said the owner was not in the office and he would call me back to get me on the schedule, in the meantime she would check to see if they had the part in stock. Never received a call back. Tuesday morning I called and same girl said the owner never came into the office on Monday but he has now stepped out, but I am on the schedule for Friday, but she will again check to see if they had the opener and he would call me back. Huh! Never called. I left a voice mail Tuesday evening telling them not to come out I would go elsewhere. The girl called me Wednesday morning to say she saw a missed call from me and I explained I left a voice message. She said she didnt get it and was not sure why I was upset. She said she spoke to me twice ( only because I called her) she then informed me that they couldnt be out by me on Friday anyway! and if I chose to go with someone else that I would have the same issues. Ha! Thank God for Crawford Doors. I had dealt with them in the past when I had a home built and they are professional and do quality work. Small businesses look for the support of local residence but so many of them need to take a class in customer service. (Call Crawford Doors)

I called Atlantic Garage Doors after my garage door came apart and would not open. Not only did Darryl, the owner, show up today (which I was not expecting) he proceeded to fix the door and did not charge me for the small fix which allows me to use the doors until I can replace them and with no contract or promise that I would use him in the future. When the time comes I will, 100%, buy those doors from Atlantic Garage Doors!! Great guy and great service.

I was very pleased with the service from Atlantic Garage. They were prompt and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend them whether you need garage door service or are in the market for new garage doors. They are competitively priced and do a great job.

These people are amazing. Our overhead spring broke, they had a service man there in two days. He didnt have the correct spring, put a repair kit on so it was functional came back the following day and replaced both springs. Very timely and efficient. Katie was very pleasant to deal with over the phone. I would highly recommend. My neighbor had the same repair a year ago for about $100 dollars more by another company.

Called to get an estimate. In fact, called a couple times. They called me back to set something up and never showed. They sent me a text, saying they didnt have time to work with me. Referred me to someone else. He never called back, either. These guys might be great but Ill never know it. If you arent interested in my money, just tell me. Dont waste my time.

Extremely courteous and professional staff with exceptional pricing and quick service. They were able to order and replace my garage door in a two week time period while beating the competition pricing by hundreds of dollars.

Very disappointed with experience. Called week in advance for service, scheduled a day and waited all day, even called around 2:30, told tech was still scheduled to come; never came; no phone call; not even a call the next day to explain. Very poor professionalism and no customer focus from my experience.Update: Owner personally called, acknowledged and apologized for hiccups in communication.

...just a few words about Atlantic Garage Door...we dealt with the owner Darryl and installer Zack. They systematically diagnosed our problem and guided us through the warrantee process with LiftMaster. They communicated with us regarding arrival times ( so no waiting at home) and were very professional and courteous...they come highly recommended !

I called and spoke to Jessica. She was very kind and said she would have a quote for me today. Ill update this as the progress continues but so far Im pleased.

We bought our Clopay door from Atlantic and they did an excellent job. The installer was top notch. I had an estimate from another company for the same door at $1000 higher. Im glad I called them.

Darryl was very helpful in the selection process, even though we ended up going elsewhere due to price.
