Returned call quickly, texted him photo of shower, told me the glass door wouldnt work on my current glass block wall configuration and what I would need to do. I made the changes, he came the next day for estimate, glass took a week and a half to get in, they installed the next day. Very professional in all aspects, great at communicating with the customer. Outstanding results! An even, perfectly measured, placed and installed high quality shower door and panel. Got custom glass shelves installed as well. Have since noticed a number of other similar shower doors installed by others NOT Tidewater that are crooked, have too much space between panels and inferior hardware. So happy I found Tidewater for such excellent service and custom fitted shower door and panel with hardware.

Chris is extremely responsive and very detailed in his work. Tidewater is now supplying my third shower enclosure. The first enclosure was a more complicated steam shower and they did a beautiful job. After a few steam showers, the door had shifted slightly, and Chris guys were out the next day to make some minor adjustments. If you need a shower enclosure, you should get a price from Chris.

I highly recommend these guys for your shower install. Chris came out today after we had questions after the install which he measured with a laser.
