I went to these guys a little while back and they didnt have to help me as fast as they did, but they made allowances for me. It is the cleanest most tidy glass shop I have ever been in and I appreciate the great service I received. A great crew all around. Thanks and a shout out to Matkins.

Excellent experience all around! The mirror replacement for my broken mirror is a perfect fit. I called with measurements, was told that the work load is very busy and expected to be ready by several days later. I received a call the very next day that it was ready!

Called and asked to have three pieces of glass made. They were easy to deal with. Provided quote while on phone and then made, cut, buffed edges whatever one calls work getting it ready and pieces all worked great. Highly recommend

I own a place on Carolina Beach, its a condo complex and has very specific old sliding glass doors to the ocean front deck. Doors are no longer manufactured, so when pieces of the plastic rollers starting falling out of the jam I thought I would have to replace the whole sliding glass door. Matkins came out, they knew the type of door I had ( I told them where I was on Carolina Beach). Not only did they inspect the door, but had the parts in hand and fixed the door on that visit! Price was very fair, Wendy was very helpful on the phone. Great customer service! I highly recommend these folks!

The folks at Matkins glass surely went the extra mile for us. When the rounded glass in our antique hutch broke, they not only came out to evaluate it, they suggested a resource for finding a replacement, and there it was. We would never have located a piece of glass like that on our own. They then carefully cut the antique glass replacement down so that it fit perfectly in cabinet. Without them, our family heirloom would never have been repaired -- and at an extremely reasonable price. I highly recommend the professional, caring staff at Matkins.

I just love these guys! This is the 4th time we have used them and have always been pleased with their work. They were prompt and left the job-site neat. We just remodeled a 20 year old bathroom where they measured and installed a frame-less glass door. It looks great and works beautifully.

Ordered a piece of glass and tried to cancel the same day. They made me pay for the glass even though I did not need it. Would not recommend.

Horrible service. Called in for an estimate and took them about 3 or 4 days to come in. Then had to call them 2 days later to check on the estimate that I called for, and later got a call saying that they didnt have time to do the estimate and said sorry. Pathetic. Glad there are more glass services in Wilmington. 👍
