Shopped for groceries at Market Basket. Easy to find without navigation. Found everything we were looking for. Didnt notice any empty shelves. Market Basket is more affordable than other supermarkets in the area. Well illuminated parking lot. Masks are encouraged but not required.

Its Market Basket what can I say best grocery stores in New England. excellent produce, excellent Meats prices are better than youll find anywhere even though its crazy cuz everything is going up every day but still the best prices I can find, not short on supplies either, plenty of paper goods and meats in stock 👍👍👍

The store is clean and organized. The employees for the most part are friendly and helpful. The prices are the best around in my opinion. Some of their stores are cleaner than others. The older ones could use a little sprucing up, but the new ones are great.

Place was clean and bright. Maybe Im an old soul... maybe I just like to greet people. I was walking around for lunch and I had more customers than employees acknowledge me and say hi.When at the express cash out line the cashier didnt even recognize we moved up... he tried to give me the bag of groceries.I would have given 5 stars if even one employee said hello.Maybe I should have given 3 stars... they are still in the people business.

Usually have good things to say. Today 8/27 at 11:45am, I got a 50 year old woman giving chicken wings and an attitude. My wife did not deserve it.

Ive known this store and many of the employees 2001. This is an absolutely top notch place to shop. Countless are the times Ive asked where a specific thing is and the folks on the floor outwardly prefer to take you to the product. Personable would be an understatement. Variety, freshness and of course the super low prices on lobster are, again, top notch.

Always well stocked and pricing is very competitive.

Clean bright easy to get in and out of with well running fast gas machines. Store employees are friendly and easy to communicate with. Only drawback is store doesnt have much for food or snacks to choose from. Much more variety at 7/11 across the street. Wish they would correct that. Since I would prefer to go here.

Always a great place to shop although lately a lot of products are not there that use to be.

A few issues. What bubblehead puts a price sticker over the bar code on a bottle that will be brought back to put through the recycle machine. Speaking of the recycle machines, theirs is the worst. Constantly break down. I have an issue every single time I bring bottles back. I am also tired of the things you cant get anymore. Cant even get light ice cream.

Very well stock a lot of employees working so lines go fast.

Was with my brother. We heard they had a great steak and cheese subs. So we hit the place. They were awesome!!

I go to this place to only buy cold sandwiches and they are always like ALWAYS! Wet and 1 or 2 days away from expiration date. Turkey, Italian, beef or whatever are always wet.It appears that the cooling system is really broken and workers dont really care about it.Tewksbury Market Basket is far better than this one. 1900 Main St, Tewksbury, MA 01876.

Good selection. Customers are insane and rude and cant follow simple instructions on how to follow the directional arrows for the aisles. And people need to cover all their face holes with the masks they have partially on their faces.

This is one of the better Market Baskets in the area. However, they usually get a little stingy with their returns, so make sure you bring your posse and best b*+$& face you can bring to the table. We love it when the seafood goes on sale for reasonable prices. The deli has great-tasting cheeses and meats. The pasta is great here too. And the butcher is great with a lot of choice in meats. Its amazing how theyre capable of packing and moving so much food.

I know this particular store like the back of my hand!Everything they sell here is perfect!Make sure to snatch a rotisserie chicken before theyre all gone!Markets kitchen sells great little meals, perfect for taking to work for lunch!They also have bags of gourmet cookies that are the bees knees, the ones made by themselves, near Markets Kitchen!The deli is just superb, and is worth the wait, if there is any line that is!Best place to go food shopping-period, or at least in my opinion.

By far the best place to go for groceries! And I have been to many grocery stores...none of them matched Market Basket is quality or price.I was in another store the same day and after picking a few produce items, got really disgusted with the quality and abandoned my cart, headed to MB and found the same produce at 60% cost and better quality.These folks are not kidding when they say More for your dollar! They live it too.

Its my store and will continue to be, BUT! The folks at the customer service window never smile or provide a warm greeting, as well as they cater to employees before customers. I would say the prices and selection of items are very good for a grocery store, but the employees always seem to be unhappy or distracted.My particular problem with this store is that the baggers never bag anything well, and I always end up re-bagging afterwards.

My previous characterizatgion stands. Decent prices, and well organized. Sometimes items are hard to find. Sometimes people are hard to find. When you do the person sometimes will take you tho the location.It was a busy day, so the cashier lines were a little long. However, this was not fatal.Have been going to this place and have every to return. The work crew are generally very good and helpful.The paper bags seem thinner and more likely to break by the time you get home thats the way it seems to meI will continue going there given the costs and the limitations of their competitors

Great market in the heart of a great living area. The staff are super friendly and very helpful. Every employee seems to know where most things are. Outstanding! The grill is great! for under $10.00 you can get a fresh made steak n cheese sandwich with peppers, mushrooms and bacon! I often get some groceries here when I visit my buddy that lives near. There is no Market Basket in Boston proper so I enjoy my visits even more so.

The best of the best.

The prices are lower at the Market Basket stores than the other grocery stores. The main exception to this seems to be items that asian stores sell. Fortunately there are lots of those around here.What products any individual store carries beyond the most typical stuff varies a lot. It is customized to the tastes of the neighborhood the store is in.There are some strange cases of what is sold where. There are Hispanic foods available at the Bridge Street Lowell store that are not at the Fletcher street store that is generally well stocked with Hispanic items.

The best market basket in the area. Plenty of space and a bakery as well.

Alot friendlier than the woburn store, lots of parking and no long lines.

Best prices. Best customer service. This location is rarely over crowded. The staff is always asking if you need help to your car with your bags. Why would you ever go to Stop and shop where they are doing you favor to check out your over priced items?

My wife loves coming here because the prices are great and its not as busy as other Market Baskets.

Shopped at market basket for years. Never has a manager on the floor ever said hello. They do not have the courtesy to even look you in the eye. Are they trained that way. All other staff on the floor act the same way. Terrible customer service. Btw. I cannot stand the checkout person saying have a good one. Can you explain what a good one is? Cant they say have a good day. Other grocery chains have customer service that make you feel good. You should change the culture.

MB has a great mini kitchen for fast sandwiches, subs, paninis,chicken, fries, etc. You can even find some Chinese appetizers and sushi. There home made soup collection is pretty good too. Deli selections are always fresh! I like the friendly cashiers and baggers there too!

This is one of the larger newer Market Baskets. I can almost always find what Im looking for. They have an excellent selection of frozen gluten-free breads.

Easy and convenient grocery shopping with friendly store associates. Offers a variety of prepared meals as well. The sushi is pretty good too. They will make it fresh to order

Love Market Basket in Wilmington, but please tell the baggers to stop putting pies in sideways!!! Common sense tells you a pie should be bagged flat, preferably in a plastic bag. I have brought home still warm pies that the filling had all fallen out of the crust into the bag!!! What a mess!!! Then I have to go back to the store. Usually I notice how they are bagging, but times I have missed it. Teach them to bag pies flat!!!!! You say this to kids and they look at you like you have two heads!!!! Pies must be bagged flat!!!!!

Good prices and this location is well run. MB has improved their fresh produce over the years. I do all my primary food shopping here, only going elsewhere for specialty items.

Love the Wilmington Market Basket and would have given 5 stars but disappointed in the baggers at this location. Not only do I bring my own bags which some are for refrigerated items and separate my groceries to be rung in, but the baggers not only put the refrigerated stuff in the regular bags but today, packed my pie with stuff on it and put one loaf of bread in a refrigerated bag. This occurs everytime I go. Can you kindly train all the baggers to learn the appropriate way to bag and how to bag perishables.

I hear there are ghosts there (this item sort of made the news, google wilmington market basket ghost to get the background).joking aside... produce isnt always available or freshest. but thats a minor issue compared to how much more $ you save elsewhere. id venture to say you might shave at least 10-15% off your grocery bills at MB vs. any other stores.so glad the business politics from a few years ago did not close MB chain down permanently.

As with all Market Baskets, they have great prices on food (especially compared to Shaws and Stop and Shop). This store has a bigger selection than most local market baskets, including more hot food, and lines that are actually manageable. Unlike the large Market Basket in Burlington, theres usually plenty of parking available.

Another great trip to Market Basket. Seafood is super fresh and excellent quality. Love the prices compared to other stores in the area!
