The thing I like most about the dollar store is, there is nothing more costly than 100 pennies. I get all my favorite candies, sodas, and other necessities for a buck each. I am always happy when my favorite guy is working the register. He always seems happy and is always friendly. Break into your piggy bank and treat yourself to your favorite candy. You will feel better.

The 2 ladies working at the Monkey Junction store were really nice and helpful tonight. It was right before closing at 10pm and I was grabbing last minute things for my daughters birthday tomorrow morning. The cashier helped me with a couple balloons and offered to fill anything I didnt see that was already inflated. Im leaving a review because it was a nice friendly experience. It could have easily been 2 angry people that were ready to leave. Quite refreshing for them to be so nice!!

Say goodbye to the last true Dollar store. Not a particularly great time for a corporation to increase prices, but this hits doubly hard as many who shop there have limited resources when not in the middle of the pandemic.The store is clean and shelves in order.The employees are knowledgeable about item locations. If you still cant find an item, they will walk with you to show you.The Cashiers and Asst manager have always been friendly and helpful. Even when the store is packed.I like that there is a diversity in the ages of those who work here.It is evident that those who work there take pride in their store.Con: There are not enough shopping carts to handle the number of customers who shop here.I appreciate that this location is open until 10pm.I do not understand why the Corporation hasnt chosen to put a cart corral in the parking lot of all of their store locations.As the companys policy is to fill up bags with as many items as possible, the chances that customers will get hurt by trying to carry their purchases to the vehicles increases exponentially.If customers do manage to get a cart safely to their cars, they leave them scattered around the parking lot. At night, the carts are extremely difficult to see by drivers; especially as the store is a part of a much larger shopping area.

The customer service is great. Clean and friendly and love that everything is $1.

Associates are always very friendly when I go to the dollar tree at monkey junction and the store is always fully stocked.

They had everything we needed and more, and since everythings a dollar, its free from the inflated prices you normally run into on vacation islands like these. Definitely the place to go to get those small things you might have forgotten!

Floors are very dirty. Boxes in aisles. Merchandise on the floor for overstock instead of in the stockroom. Retail is a fast-paced business but keeping your franchise clean is very important.

I mean, I had a good time, it always has lots of stuff in it where you go whoa, I didnt know they had that here Employees on the floor where focused on tasks and girl at register was very nice. Not really clean but like, its a dollar tree and its Christmas season right now so what do you expect.

Favorite Dollar store, everything is a dollar. Its NOT Nordstrom, its the Dollar Tree. They have craft items, flowers, school supplies, pet supplies, greeting cards, breads, grocery items, freezer section with ice cream, frozen veggies, mini pizzas. Eggs, some juice and box of milk. Id rather run in here to grab an item than Walmart! Convenient. Was great when I needed extra wine glasses!

This place has to be a Marage... they have everything from tiki torches to chef knives. Most of us dont get our house hold supplies imported. In the real world we are taking care of our 2.5 kids as well as house, car, and cellphone bills the size of a car note... so its a relief when you go in there and come out and still have money. Lets stop keeping up with the Jones and start giving ourselves a head start on our future.

Do not shop here if you need access to a restroom, they have a Out of Order sign up but it works just fine. I shopped there last night and had to use it so I went back there and it worked just fine. Today I stopped by after work to grab a few Halloween items and drank a large tea previously on the way and had to use it so bad . I went back there and it was locked. I asked an associate to use it and she said sorry its out of order. When I told her I used it last night she got very loud and excitable and said if you want to use it ask a manager. Mean while I need to use it very very urgently. I didnt say anything else about it and the associate that previously got nasty with me brought the SHIFT supervisor (Not a manager) over to me and pointed me out infront of the whole store. I asked her could I use the bathroom and suprise suprise same answer. Its out of order. I said I used it last night. Then she got real pale and stuttering and said well you cant use it with all the stock back there. The same stock that is always back there when they used to offer a bathroom open to the public. I actually had to squat down and cross my legs and wait for it to pass. Very inconsiderate associates and shift leader HANNAH working today. Could care less how bad you have to go or helping another human being out. The restroom is for the associates only and as far as they care you can wet your pants. I will be contacting corporate.

On the shopping trip at Dollar Tree was amazing found everything I was looking for and going back tomorrow.

I work nearbthis location, some of the bedt customer service in the area, always stocked up as well.

Its okay but it was a long line and the employees seem to have a bad attitude. Like they didnt want to work. Im sure there are plenty of people who would love to have that job.

You can find more than you actually think! From baking utensils, pet food, car cleaning supplies to outdoor decorations, gardening items, greeting cards, not to mention you can buy EVERYTHING to create a four course meal at the last minute to feed however many people necessary!!!!

Dollar Tree is great for a lot of things have things that you wouldnt even imagine to be in there for a dollar that you pay more elsewhere.

I was just at the store i arrived the same time a white couple probably the same age early sixties.There were no carts i had already checked the parking lot, there were none to be found.The cashier wad aggressively trying to find a cart for the couple and made a statement in that regard for all to hear in the front region, she never acknowledge that i too was looking, which made me feel slighted. I am a teacher who had to stop teaching due to being hit by a car pedestrian..(sustain back injury).Now im concern due to her lack customer service towards me, never acknowledging me and my needs.If im honest not one of them did. Im hoping that is was due to their lack of customer svc.skill and not because I was a Black female. Now your demographic in that store is very broad,and frequently being used which your sales indicate . I hope that all customers are valued.

Not as many options as the one on S. College Rd., but it is a great option when in the Monkey Junction area.
