The customer service I got at the register was amazing. I had a coupon that wouldnt go through in the system because it had been folded in a wallet for over a year. Tosha didnt stop until she made it work. I really appreciated her efforts. The coupon was the type given out to people every year for 15.00 for a Turkey or whatever..from butterball. She was really excellent and went above and beyond to make it work for me. Thank you Tosha and I hope you get to see this. Your awesome and clearly care about your customers.

Very good deals. Good selection. The generic sodas are actually hidden gems. They taste exactly like the brand name kind, but cheaper. Meat is great and super inexpensive and the veggies and fruits are good quality. I would give a higher rating if there werent so many patrons with poorly behaved children around though.

Service is good. It was round closing so it was a in and out process. Over hall i recommend it to go do grocery shopping.

They have a new cashier named Sierra, I hope she is on the fast track to management. Ive never seen anyone so efficient with the sales process and professionally polite and courteous with the customers.

The sale person named Phil was very informative about the products that I was going to get. .At the end I purchased A few more things. I wish more sales people were just as professional and humble as Phil. Thanks again Phil by the way the Chicken Was DAM GOOD. ....MRS CRAWFORD

Why do we have to pay to use the carts and buy grocery bags from a place we shop at

If you are ok with off brand items then Save-a-lot is great for shopping. (I stopped in there to buy fresh yams at .39 cents a pound, the produce looked pretty fresh) Its a small grocery store that carries a lot of items, nothing out of the ordinary. You can find some name brand items there. This store is NOT Extremely cheap, you will save but remember most things are the store brand, which arent bad. I would compare it to shopping at a Ross store as opposed to Macys. Its usually tidy, the employees at the one in Wilmington dont usually allow you to use their restroom so I have no idea what it looks like. The employees themselves get the job done. No one is usually rude n occasionally they will have a cheerful greeting but they do their job quickly n efficiently. You do have to either bring your own bags, use boxes from the store or purchase their bags.

The best prices Ive found so far. Now they dont have a big variety to select from, but if you there for basic needs you they got it. Manager is very nice and helpful, cashier also very friendly, all and all its my go to for everything kinda store, and they disserve 5 🌟

Hay all you people save alot cant aford shopping carts, I went shopping and they had no shopping cart I even asked at the security guard, I even asked if the security guy he said no they dont have... .

The prices are fantastic but doesnt have the same products each time I go. Sometimes they have big tortillas but other times they only have small ones..among other things as well.

Cheap and not busy. If you dont being your in bags you can buy them for 10c each. Their produce is way better than Food Lion.

Save-A-Lot has wonderful deals, to the buyer be aware! Some of their meats to the naked eye appear to be spoiled, rank, yellowish or browning. I couldnt believe they dont follow the Americans with Disabilities Act- thus no handicap parking! How did they get away with this? (Location, Location) Wilmington DE, Lancaster AV, Oh my, I spoke to an employee, Im not going to insult readers with the response however Im filing a complaint as we speak! If you see something wrong speak up✌

Good place to grocery shop and friendly staffing

I liked it because of their prices are low the only problem you only find one or two lines only and you have to wait in line too long and shopping cart gets lock in some location and you don’t hardly find Spanish product and if you do a little on the expensive size.

This store is my favorite place for discounts, you can get anything in this place, your better than Fresh Grocer or whatever the name is since they changed it.

Shelves are always stocked. Store stays clean and organized. Cant beat the prices on most stuff here either. Great stop on my way home.

Love this store their meats is fresh and its by far the lowest prices in the area. Two things woulda made this store the best, first offer shopping bags like most stores, and 2nd i wish that they add this van service for folks at the end of their shopping.

Short staffed tonight, but i was still able to get help when needed. Not many carts available and a few items were out of stock, but prices are good.

Not sure if it was a managers personal decision or a corporate decision, but to be asking customer to pay for a cart during a GLOBAL pandemic is really beyond me never seen anything like this in my life a sad shame.
