Outstanding Customer Service!!! I didn’t catch their names but the 2 people, a man and woman, working in the evening of Sept. 11th really take care of their customers. They both went out of their way to make sure my needs were taken care of. Not often u find that level of customer service in this day and age. 5 STARS!!!! Highly Recommend!

John Roberts always helps me as much as he can. I enjoy shopping at Pawn South, but he makes the experience so much more than just going in a pawnshop. I’m always thrilled with the deals and the information on the products. I use to go to Dick’s, but not after dealing with John. We make it a point to shop Pawn South always now.

Ive been dealing with Pawn South since they opened their location on oleander/dawson. More recently Ive been going to the location on Carolina Beach and had the same outstanding customer service. Today I came in for a loan and when I went back to my car to get something, I noticed my tire was flat 😔🥺 Dominique one of the associates looked at my tire and said youre going to need a little more than what you asked to get another tire. But thats not all yall the store manager Dayle changed my flat and put my spare on 😁🤗now it doesnt get any better than that. ..Im a single mother and when I run low on cash its my go to spot until payday.. so if you wanna get the Good Treatment and get the most on items for a loan please go there. They also have the best deals in town on jewelry, tools,guns and everything in there..

Ive went to multiple pawn shops and kept getting low balled I needed $200 for a unit and uhaul I came into pawn south on Carolina Beach Rd and Dayle was at the counter and over heard my conversation on the phone about being in a hard spot and he asked me how much I needed and he made it happen! This Pawn South is a very good Pawn Shop. The staff is friendly and very helpful with buying and selling of items. They don’t make it uncomfortable at all and are very fair with their pricing, buying or selling. Definitely recommend going here over the other pawn shops in the area.
