On 6/23 I purchased two mattresses and box springs and a king size bed frame to be delivered on 8/11. I dealt with Shayla. On 8/11 the wrong size mattresses were delivered. They were returned to the store and after speaking with Charity, new mattresses were delivered on 8/13. These mattresses did not fit the frame. My husband spoke with Chris and went down to pick up the correct frame. It was not correct. We needed two of the TXL frames and were only given one, so after speaking with Chris again we realized that the two frames together would not fit the King headboard which is what we wanted from the beginning and expressed this to Shayla. I know this is possible because we have this at our beach house. I now have two mattresses, two box springs and two bed frames that I do not want. I have reached out locally and to the corporate office asking for a refund and have had no reply to date. I have since disputed this purchase with my credit card company and will let them reach out to Mattress Warehouse. I do not recommend this company.Thank you.

Ryan answered all my questions without hesitation and showed me the mattresses I wanted to try. George and Maria delivered it. They were on time, I got a phone call 15 minutes before they arrived so I could get ready. Everything was as expected and everyone involved was really pleasant to deal with. Pricing was actually better than I could get online, so wins all around.

Bought a mattress was delivered noticed within an hour that stiches were coming out of quilting. Called and store associate basicly told me Im on my own to file for warrenty. Two hours old and they wash tier hands of it!!!!!Buyer beware at this place

I think we’re very stressed out trying to find a mattress that would work for us. After going around two weeks to different stores, like Mattress firm, Home mattress, Macy’s, Johnny Johnasck. We came upon Mattresses Warehouse meet with John the first time. We left thinking that we might have found the right mattress. We Shop a couple of other stores and kept thinking about how wonderful the mattress John had showed us. So we went back John was out and we meet with Anthony. After spending a bit more time with him and trying a few more mattress out we decided to go for the S&F Pollock mattress. There pricing is very fair plus it is nice to know there are people standing behind their products. We a had a slight issue with the mattress they delivered. I made a phone call and Anthony had a new one sent out in a couple of day NO QUESTIONS ASKED. We are so happy we chose these people to deal with. Thank you John & Anthony! Nice no pressure sale. And a great price. I would buy from here again. Ask for John. Great guy. Update October 3, John May be a great guy, however, the mattress sucks. The pillow top on it, after 3 months, has collapsed, and the mattress provides no support. Get what you pay for. The old adage still applies. Update March 2019 —They did end up taking that mattress back under their no hassle return policy. I picked out another, much firmer mattress and really do like it after 5 mos. I give ‘em 3 stars, now.

Met John S last week great guy I highly recommend working with him very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Received my Serta Hybrid yesterday and I couldn’t be happy with it. Also the other gentleman who was a manager I believe was also very nice and pleasant to talk to! I thinking of going back for some pillows too!

The store doesn’t have an actual cash register. It’s one of those small rectangles with a pin pad and chip insert. This device was to the side of the counter and Jon’s back was to me, blocking my view which I found strange but ignored. I got my pillow and left. About three days later I looked at my card activity and saw the 79.99 purchase listed twice. I called my bank to ensure I was reading it correctly and I was. I got my refund from my bank. I called the mattress warehouse to let them know that I believe Jon did this intentionally. The woman seemed nonchalant about the matter but said she’d tell her manger. There’s good products for good prices but check your bank activity as soon as they take your payment method.

Had a Great experience with Mr. Khalid, and Mr. John. Just moved, and was tired of sleeping on the floor. Took my shoestring budget into the store and was able to get a Great Set for the Low. I thought I was gonna be walking out the door within a few minutes because of high prices like other stores. Im very happy and negotiated a Great deal with delivery! I would recommend Mattress Warehouse to anyone. I would say to trust the sleep match bed to determine your mattress type. The John(s) the salesmen were both knowledgeable and helpful. Their interest is for the buyer to get the right bed for them for the money they want to spend. Anyway we bought the softest bed we could find (which was not on our recommended list of beds from the sleep match bed test) (we were recommended a firm mattress) and of coarse when we slept on it at home we could not get comfortable . Mattress Warehouse was very accommodating with the comfort exchange. We went back and picked out a firmer mattress (it just happened to be the first mattress on our recommended list) It was a hassle free easy process. Meet with Jon on a slow day. He was eager to help us out, talk about Stranger Things and Justice League, and make sure we were comfortable. There was the expected amount of upselling, but there was no pressure to take anything more than we wanted (and we got out spending a bunch less than we expected). We came in after noon and he gave us the morning discount, but we suspect we would have gotten it anyway. He mentioned previous managers getting poor reviews, but we had nothing to complain about.

Ordered a new mattress & boxspring on Tueday and it was delivered on Thursday morning as promised. Great customer service!

Our delivery was set up for Friday. Mattress Warehouse called and said they had to reschedule to Saturday. I said I could do Saturday, but could they tell me whether it would be a morning 3 to 5 hour window or perhaps an afternoon window. MW said they have nothing to do with the delivery company, that theyre totally separate, and they could not tell me anything at all about what time theyd be coming. They did tell me, however, that I would get a call on Saturday morning between 7 a.m. and 9 a.m. telling me when they would arrive. I got NO call between 7 and 9 a.m., but instead, a loud pounding on my door at 7:31 a.m. The mattresses had arrived. They brought the wrong frame, and asked me if I COULD RETURN IT TO THE STORE FOR THEM. I said I could not. They set up the beds on our old frame instead of the TWO frames that we had picked out, ordered and paid for, and they left. I received NO CALL from MW on Sunday, or Monday.

I loved the technology to see which bed type was best for me. I found a airloome summer indigo bed and it seriously is the BEST bes I ever laid on. I went to 5 different mattress stores and none compared- Alicia at the concord Delaware store gave us the best deal and she was so personable and knowledgeable! The combo of Alicia and the airloome bed equals the best sleep I have EVER got. I just slept 10 hrs last night- amazing!- it’s unheard of! I can’t wait to go to slee evernight - it’s crazy!!!
