Drove all the way across town to get fasteners, they were closed at 4:45. Door says open until 5. Wasted over an hour of my time. Thanks.Second visit to get items. Got back to shop. Mostly everything in the entire order was incorrect. 3 hours wasted. They said they would get together the correct items they have in stock and I can return the wrong ones and pick up the correct ones.Third trip. Show up. They have nothing in stock. Return everything. 5 hours wasted now. Missed my shipment to my customer because of Fastenal. Its cheaper and get better service online. Fastenal is not getting any more of my business.

When their to buy hardware at 11.30 am seen one man leave out I when to the same door they had locked the doors could not get in I tried 5 times knocked and nothing thats my last time trying to shop with them.

It’s pretty bad when I drive all the way from South Carolina and pull in the parking lot to find the two employees walking to their cars at 10 minutes prior to the stores posted closing time of 5:00pm. If your posted closing time is 5:00pm then they should lock the doors at 5:00pm. They didn’t even acknowledge me as they both were in their cars as I walked up to the locked door. Horrible customer service.
