Bob McKinney is conscientious and true to his word. As busy as he is, he takes time to give a good estimate on price and the time when he can do the job. He is very knowledgeable of playground safety and tries to prioritize serving a daycare center.

I wanted to surprise my wife by getting the mulch put down while we were away for a few days. Bob was so helpful, making sure everything was done, sending me pics and keeping me informed. Our yard looks amazing and my wife couldnt be happier! Thank you Bob for a great job, I highly recommend Jet Mulch!

This was for a residential property and wasnt prepared blown mulch. I was given advice on how to make the mulch beds, details on how to build the barriers and exactly how much mulch I would need. Other companies just gave much higher quotes on needed mulch due to losses of containment. Would definitely use this company again.

These guys do great work and at a very reasonable price. We only need about 4-5 yards to cover at our NC home and these guys did a fantastic job. The blown in mulching happens faster and far more economically. I was paying about $75 a yard to have much dropped at our PA home and we found a similar service there that did it for around $55 a yard. That makes a big difference when you need 40 yards to cover. This is an especially useful service when there are long carries to get the mulch where it needs to go. These guys just drag the hose in and out comes the mulch. 05/01/2018 Update: We are now on our 5th year using these guys in Carolina Beach and they continue to do superior work! A+++

Set up an appointment and was told it would be 2 weeks before they could do the job. On the day of scheduled delivery and installation I called them to inquire what time they would be arriving. I was told they would have to reschedule because my street had too many trees to fit their big truck and that their smaller truck was out for repair. They never called back with a new appointment time, and later that day I drove by their shop only to find their small truck sitting on the lot. My neighbor informed me later they had used the same excuse with him months earlier. When I called back later to cancel the appointment all my calls were met with voicemail and I never received a return call.

We have used Jet Mulch for a few years now at our childcare center. They do a nice job with blowing the mulch in and spreading it around the playground. Great company!!DebbieWPA

I cant speak for the level of service this company provides because I couldnt get the work lined up. Highly disappointed in the level of communication. I wish I werent given the impression that my search for a vendor should have stopped with this company. After multiple attempts to get work lined up, I had to abandon ship altogether with this company, which hurt a time line with other vendors I was working with on a project. Opportunity for improvement would be to improve the communication level with potential clients. Multiple calls, texts, voicemails, and nothing. I wish this werent the case and I hope to see this company improve.
