The girls that do the Live Store Broadcast are Super Sweet! I stopped in to buy some stones & say hello & I had a total fan geek moment when I met them. I live in Wilmington so I can go to the store often and I 10,000% recommend purchasing anything here. All the inventory is the highest quality and every item has an aura of love, caring & compassion... You get the best vibe when you walk in the front doors. Great music & incense too... 10 out of 5 stars ;)

This was so sad, I liked this place but. My daughter has heart problems and could not wear a mask. When we walked in, there was a lady in the back that did not have a mask on. But we were told we had to have a mask. Sorry not going to happen when you have medical conditions. And people in the back NOT masked. Shame on you. You need to abide by your own rules. Will never shop there.

I ordered some stuff online, it got returned to sender I have many emails for proof and I never got a refund after reaching out multiple times. UPDATE. I have no idea what youre talking about, but all I know is Ive called your store multiple times asking for a refund AND Ive emailed MULTIPLE multiple times. Were in a pandemic, can I just get my refund ???

Checked out this store today and loved it. So many great oils, stones, crystals, jewelry, etc. Definitely worth checking out. Staff was helpful and really nice.

Not only are the quality of the products amazing, but the shipping policy is fantastic and each item is carefully wrapped for complete protection when it arrives at your destination. Horrible customer service. Ive only purchased a couple of times from them, but had an issue with my last order. I ordered the aura carnelian bracelet, and the aura coating came off within days (which shouldn’t even happen if it was truly aura coated, as the metals are bonded to the stone) so now it just looks like a plain low grade carnelian. Had to continuously message them to even get a response, and they don’t return emails at all. The item I purchased was out of stock. So their solution to replace a $30 item was adding a $5 credit to my account. After letting them know that ‘$5 doesn’t fix this’ they straight up ignored me. They obviously aren’t the least bit concerned about customer satisfaction or making things right. They shamelessly ripped me off. But Ive learned my lesson. They let me know exactly what kind of people they are through their actions in this situation. Complete waste of a single moms hard earned money. I really wanted to like this company but I doubt Ill be purchasing from them again after this experience.***Also, apparently if you have these kinds of issues with them they cancel your account and block you from commenting on their Facebook page. No accountability taken at all if they make a mistake or send you a low quality item. These aren’t good people, folks.

Nellie and Carly are amazing people with a wealth of knowledge in the field of metaphysics and crystals. Shopping the live shows is fun, informative, and sometimes silly. And I love it. I have purchased MANY items from PM and their shipping department is comparable to none. They’re outstanding. And fast. I think it is also amazing that once you place an order and pay a flat rate shipping fee you have an additional 24 hours to place as many orders and you want and not pay shipping again. Their app is without a doubt the most easy app to use and keeps track of every purchase I’ve made. You can view previous live sales on the app and see what you may have missed. The lives give you the opportunity to view their products up close and personal instead of just a picture. I can’t recommend them enough. I love them 💜

It came in a reasonable amount of time. Wonderful scents. I dont love incense .I got a waterfall cone type deal and hated every single scent that came with it. I ordered the cherry vanilla and I move it around my house from room to room leaving it for a couple of minutes in each and it makes my whole house smell awesome

Love the setup and the way it’s set up but holy moly it’s way overpriced... they have a great selection but down the road it’s the same stuff but literally half the price even though it’s sustainably sourced and local crafters.

My teen daughter and I visited the shoppe on 4/20, for the first time, and we were very pleased with the space. We walked out with a few great items, and feeling great. The energy in there is very calm and cleansed very well. I highly recommend if you are looking for positive vibe products and supplies.

The shop is beautiful however when my daughter and I were in there on saturday the sales girls were so busy having a conversation amongst themselves that no one would acknowledge the fact that we were at check out trying to pay. After about 10 mins we finally gave up and left our merchandise on the counter and left. Shame on them because they lost a sale and a customer!

This store has anything you may need for witchy or other crystal spiritual practices. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The prices were on par with most other crystal shops, I just wish their rubles crystal selection was bigger. In addition, there was no information on where they sourced their white sage.

The products are top notch and are just as described. Shipping was fast, too! I’ll be ordering again.

This store - online for me - is fantastic. Carly, Nellie and Amber - and all employees are generous and kind. This store has everything you could ask for with respect to metaphysical items along with everyday teas, herbs, candles, perfumes. They are sincere, kind and patient with everyone and always answer questions with such knowledge. Located in Wilmington, NC their storefront is large with a wide variety of merchandise. These ladies do live sales and are always in teaching mode. If you ever have a question they are quick to answer and very pleasant. Go take a look in person or find them online and on FaceBook and other social media sites.

I have purchased many items from them. They are a wonderful group of people. The prices are great. Great quality of products offered.

I understand that when a business buys bulk items from manufacturers, local businesses, etc. they have to charge a little more on the items they sell to make a profit. However, this place was way overpriced. I have been to many, many metaphysical shops and this place overcharges. Don’t get me wrong, it’s a neat place and they have a lot of stuff but you can find half the stuff they have there online or at other shops for much cheaper. Also, I’m well aware that when it comes to picking out crystals/divination materials/herbs people want to be able to feel the products and pick out what they feel a connection to but I rather have people feel a connection without being ripped off. The peddler and the Crow in Jacksonville is a great place. Also the azuregreen website. Please don’t feel like you should overpay for something you feel connected with because I assure you, you can find the same connection somewhere else for much cheaper, if not free.

I have to say I love these ladies and I haven’t even met them. The energy is extremely positive and I love the love feds to window shop and attend different ceremonies. The things I have purchased have been so beautiful and I have been happy with everything...🥰🥰🥰

I was a little bummed when one of my items was sold out after I placed the order and refunded the following day. It was actually the reason I even placed the order but the crystals I did get were great quality.

I just adore this store. During the start of the pandemic I found this place and it’s been such an amazing experience with every purchase. The staff is welcoming and knowledgeable and Nellie and Carly’s live feeds on FB have helped keep me sane while social distancing. I recommend it to everyone I know when they ask where I’ve gotten my beautiful crystals.

I just received my order and sadly I wasnt too happy with it although I received everything ordered, the rocks just were sad and tiny and not as I pictured. Definitely would rate higher if I had been able to pick out my selection- just wasnt too happy with the gems I was picked out. im glad I supported this business, I just feel as if for the money i spent my crystals wouldve been a little bit more pretty? The crystal tower they sold me was a fake clear quartz tower. I’m not speaking for all their crystals being fake but be careful when buying from these people because they sold me a glass tower claiming it was clear quartz. Clear quartz would never have any air bubbles in its formations and the one I bought from them with close examination was filled with lots of tiny air bubbles. They won’t give me a refund for a fake tower they sold me and they are still claiming that it’s not fake. Wish I could get my refund and I hate to make this review but it’s pretty scummy of them to do that to me. Make sure you really examine anything you buy from them.

Phenomenal store and wonderful products! I am head over heals with all products I have purchased from them thus far and I plan on returning for many more items.

The store itself is beautiful, and the selection is huge! I went in for a few specific things for a ritual Im planning but unfortunately none of the larger stones are really labelled with what they are, and Im not knowledgeable enough yet to be able to tell all of them apart. I stood around and looked for help and eventually went over to the counter where a young woman was seated and I asked her for help. She seemed annoyed, and I immediately regretted my decision, by the time she made it around the counter I found what I was looking for in tumbled versions and settled for that. I asked her to hold them behind the counter (mostly because with items that tiny Im terrified people will think Im stealing) and that seemed to annoy her. I went to look for Mugwort incense but was afraid to ask for anymore help and got overwhelmed. I brought the selenite wand I had picked up over to the counter and was asked 2-3 times if I was done shopping because I glanced at the stones again to see if they had a specific one I had forgotten about. It is entirely possible this person was having a bad day, or that I was being overly sensitive, but it did make the shopping experience less than stellar which stinks. I do think I will revisit in the future just to see if the energy is different, everyone is allowed to have bad days.

Practical Magical is a truly a Magical shopping experience. I have been shopping and engaging in their live feeds for a few years now. Nelly and Carly are so knowledgeable about so many things. Truly some of the best crystals and magical items you will find. The website and app are easy to navigate and if I ever have a problem (which is rare) it is resolved quickly. They are extremely unprofessional. They deactivate accounts if you don’t pay for your item when they want you to. I’ve spent hundred of dollars with them and have 4 pending orders I have yet to receive and they deactivated my account over a $15 crystal heart that I paid for but payment didn’t register for some reason. They read messages on Facebook and don’t respond they just leave you on read. I’m done with this place and if I don’t get the $200 worth of items I just bought I will be taking action against them.

There were some nice gems, although when I was interested in a clothing item, the staff could not tell me the size or price and this did not feel like very good customer service.

I found the ladies and their wonderful store on line. I was new to these types of things, but have learned and purchased lot of things from the ladies. Love the selection of different items

Horrible experience. I went into the store very excited because I have been a few times and it was amazing but today was different. I was about to buy a few products until a man rudely told me “can you not take pictures of every little thing you touch”. I asked oh of course but why he said “we have everything on our website”. There is no sign saying not to take pictures or videos. I was so shocked how rudely he handled the situation and also I only took maybe three 5 second videos on my phone to show to my friends. I was trying to get them more customers and show my friends and family how beautiful this store was. You would think he would be flattered I was showing the store off and showing others how great it is. Very disappointed and they lost many customers within my friends and family because of his disgusting customer service.

The shipping department and customer service are seriously lacking. Several times I have not received what I ordered. I’ve claimed items I’ve wanted only to be refunded my money because one of their favorite customers wanted that item.
