Great environment of guys that work there. They are very honest when it comes to pricing and the repairs then recommend. Al is a amazing manager and Bi the owner is also as well. They stand up to there warranty standards, and also are very knowledgeable and helpful if they can not work on my items because of space or lack of parts because of the pandemic which is out of everyone’s control. But the three (other tech in the back) of them bust their tails and get the job done in a timely manner and have had nothing but amazing experiences from this place. Will always have my service and being a return customer 10 out of 5 stars.

Took Polaris scrambler 400 there 7 months ago. For a no spark issue. Picked it up today 7 months later. And still not running. Al is the biggest con artist. Tried to tell me that he opened the bike up and looked at the heads. But you can clearly see the heads did never been took it off the bike. There was still mud on there. There today Try to blame the owner of the company would not let him get parts. And he has no control over that. Because the owner is in another store in Pinehurst.But when I went in there seven months ago was told that they would get a parts list together for me and would need 50% of it upfront. And I was understanding about that. Did not ask for a discount or a break on parts or labor. Just wanted the bike up and running. Still not running. Will never deal with this place again. Customer service sucks. Nothing but lies. And was recommended by the Polaris dealership to use them on older bike. Worst mistake I ever did

Great experience with B and AL, and the other guy(cant remember his name)...very professional. I had a few minor problems while under warranty,they fixed, NO QUESTIONS ASKED..Awesome guys!👍🏻

I went yesterday and brought two bikes from B, the owner, and he was so AMAZING!!!! His customer service was very top notch and he even gave me a 10 mins tutorial on how to ride a dirt bike with gears! He was very patient and kind! I will be back for more! THANK YOU B ❤️

I called in to make an appointment, But the guy told me It would be a month before it could look at it. I told him the problem. Help me fix it over the phone in 5 minutes. I would call that awesome service.!!!

Bought and replaced rear tire the one glitch was they tightened the tire bolt too tight,top speed 20mph. Rear tire froze up burnt up all the oil, replaced the oil, 25mph wheel turns better but still too tight. Ill be going back Monday so they can loosen it.It could have been a more serious matter if I hadnt checked it.

Al is the man. Very knowledgeable staff willing to take a few minutes of their time to give you the best advice. In addition they are always honest with their prices. Won’t overcharge you or charge you for any unnecessary work. Even if you’re new to the dirt bike/ATV scene, they don’t talk down to you or act like you’re ignorant, they take time to educate you on any questions you may have. I’ve been in there couple of times for the Moped parts and they’re very knowledgeable and very friendly think that man’s name was Al not sure but I am good to have a place like that in Wilmington

We searched for months for the right atv for my sons birthday and the minute I called B Powersports, I knew I wanted to purchase from them. Very friendly and knowledgeable. We will be back for my daughters birthday!
