First Class service! Ryan, Chris and rest of the guys were perfect. Took my bike in to get remapped, got it back and it was like a lightning in a bottle ! Once you opened the cap, it was gone!! cannot thank them enough .Expert professional people

Customer service was amazing!! However we were staying at Oak Island from PA and needed a new back tire on a 2010 dyna wide glyde to get home. Shortly into our trip home the brand new tire went flat and we had nothing but troubles and had to limp it home. Took it to a shop here and they stated that whomever put the tube in, put it in incorrectly causing it to rip, hence costing me even more money and the headache to try and get it home…….

Dont let the outside fool you. This place is enormous! Only issue is, they specialize in Harley-Davidson bikes.

Excellent customer service, I have not had any service work performed on my bike but rather I have stopped in to ask questions and they have always pointed me in the right direction. Very friendly and helpful.

LIFE SAVER for me! Im rebuilding a bike right now and despite the fact that Im able to do a lot, they were very helpful twice already, helping me removing the bearings stem and some other stuff with my tires.
