I know everyone is having issues with hiring but you cant just hire anyone. You need someone that at least has knowledge of vehicles or someone that cares about cars and wants to learn more. I usually only go in the morning time but as of lately Ive been getting inexperienced, unprofessional employees that truly has no idea what theyre talking about. This isnt Walmart. You need someone with knowledge because people have questions about car parts or working your diagnostic machine but nope. AutoZone just hired anyone.

It was hot and I was completely stressed about my cars battery. The gentleman behind The counter was professional and helped me solve that problem. Day saved.

Watch what you get charged for! Ask for one thing get given something different and things added you didnt buy!

This is the 2nd recent experience with opening a package to find out they are selling used parts. Accident? They had to look at the part to place it back in the bag, staple it, and place it back in the box. We noticed it without even opening the package.Needless to say the last trip to this store is to get my money back.

Not recommended. Bad experience today. Wanted to purchase a distributor cap but was denied because I did not disclose my personal identifying information to connect my purchase item to the warranty. I did not need a warranty. I needed a distributor cap for a car. I had the funds to pay and I had a lot of other items to purchase on the counter but I declined the purchase of the other items in principle its not wise to do business with businesses that have questionable business practices. You should be legally challenged for having such a stance on making sales in this manner. That is not to mention the fact of how unprofessional it was to operate this way today. I saved 65 percent anyway by making the purchase online. It was an unpleasant experience at the least.

Past 2 times Ive been there they have given me the wrong part.

They need more trained people on the morning shift.

The employees were very nice and friendly. There wasnt much selection in the way of car speakers but i guess thats not a huge surprise. Ive usually find what I need here. They also have a pretty good rewards program if you do shop there frequently, so if youve got a project going, like I do, that can be helpful. Will be back for sure

North was a blessing at a time in needMy car needed a battery and I had no one to put it in. North said don’t worry I can do that for you as well. Wow!

Had a problem with a part. Lost my receipt. The manager worked with me and solved my problem. I will be buying all my parts From this store from now on . Great customer service.

Absolutely horrible...the worst trip to autozone ive had ever...the employee argued with me over spark plugs telling me they didnt carry any cheaper than 5.69 a piece but i went online before i even went so i knew they did so i went to a different employee and showed them on my phone exactly what i wanted

The manger didnt know how to help my husban on a car part. That is all I can say .We had to go some ware eals to find what he needed

Hands down best staff and cleanest store in the area, they always recommend the best options and if they dont have the part in stock they always get it to me as quick as possible. employees are super friendly and always treat me right as soon as i walk in. they also have great hispanic employees which helps a lot. 10/10 auto part store

Shout out to Angel, Eddy & North for being awesome employees and for always fulfilling my needs every visit. They recommended me the Rain-X Silicone AdvantEdge wipers for the best visibly along side with Rain-X windshield washer fluid for water beading on the windshield. They helped install in the pouring rain when NC was under tornado warnings recently. They were such a great help; Hands down best customer service by this autozone. Guaranteed a customer for life.

My experience was very pleasant. The associate was very nice and didnt try to up charge me and gave me tips. My ride is driving way better than it was an hour ago.

North really helped me out. Thought I was going to have to purchase a battery. Ended up just the terminal was broken.

Very friendly place to go. There was a smart hispanic manager that was very helpful that i havent seen in a while. However, Marilu was there to help me understand the problems that i have been dealing with my car. although there were limations in place due to covid, she helped me understand the troublecodes that my check engine light showed with a genuine interest. I know that if i have any problems, she will be the one that i go to from now on.

Nice store but the young man that helped me was rude. I went in to pick up something for my husband thats a mechanic and the young man told me I was getting the wrong thing and that they wouldnt take it back if it was. I paid for the item and did not need to return it. We will not be dealing with this store again.

Its usually the quieter of the two stores in town, but regardless both stores take care of my needs spectacularly.

Not too friendly of a staff and its very frustrating because their shelves are always bare. But thank God for OReillys Auto Parts is just eight tenths of a mile away.
