Rodney, is a very smart and knowledgeable Mattress Firm associate. He gave us plenty of similar options, to get us the best mattress for us. He even went out of his way to note that having a child’s changing table in the store’s restroom would better a family’s sales experience, because he understood that purchasing a mattress can impact an entire family. We appreciate that consideration and thoughtfulness. We would highly recommend, Rodney, to anyone who needs a new mattress.

So.. today I needed a mattress for my son.. without hesitation I went back to Mattress Firm, where I received the same outstanding customer service.. and a great deal on a great mattress! Purchased a ultra queen, king-size bed frame through this store, and the extensions needed to make the bed frame into a king-sized were missing. Store refused to even replace the missing extensions to the frame. Will not be purchasing from this store in the future.

My experience with the Mattress Firm on Raleigh Rd. pkway in Wilson N. C. was without a doubt the most nicest and completely satisfying experience ever. The salesman is so courteous and caring. In May I purchased a king mattress and king sized adjustable base which I had setup to be delivered to my new apartment in July. When I the day came, I was brought a king mattress with a queen sized base. I called the store I bought it from and they took no responsibility. I had to sleep with my mattress on the floor for three days before I got the new base. When it was finally delivered, the delivery guys left it outside on the porch. Not only did I have to bring it in my house on my own but I had to set it up on my own all for the adjustable base to not even work and I have not received a refund or anything! I will never do business with them again.

The gentleman working was very friendly and informative. He did a good job showing us all our choices. This will be the 3rd bed we have bought from Mattress Firm. Last you we bought one for the master bedroom and one of the kids rooms. This time my other child needed a new bed so we came back for another one.

I had an amazing experience with Jessica. She was absolutely wonderful and laid back. We had tons of questions, she answered all of them and didn’t seem to be bothered whatsoever. She created a comfortable atmosphere. My roommate and I had an incredible conversation with her. I would highly recommend this place and her.

Well the place is nice and so was the salesman. But the delivery was scheduled for Wednesday. They called and said it would be delivered between 1230 and 230pm. Well it never came. No courtesy call. It showed up 2 days later. No help at all from the store. Wasted a full days work waiting and had to waste another for Fridays delivery. Not acceptable.

Very satisfied with sales person but since then, it has been a disaster. The first time, they delivered to wrong address. Waited another five days and it was finally delivered to find out that one of our mattresses is the wrong one. Now having to wait for another delivery. $3700 spent two weeks ago and still do not have what we purchased.
