Went in today to just really look around and walked up on a fabulous leather sofa and love seat by Ashley. The salesperson Teresa was very pleasant and offered advice as I am purchasing a new home and closing soon. Was able to get what I wanted at an awesome price. Loved it.

I purchased a bedroom set and was pleased with the service I received. Whether I spoke to someone in the store or on the telephone, the customer service was always great every time (including their delivery guys) and it was good quality furniture. I recommend their service.

After going to several other stores and not having any luck, we decided to give it one last try at Tucker Furniture and I am so glad we did! When we walked in we were greeted by Michelle and pointed in the direction of what we were looking for. She gave us adequate time to check things out before she came and asked if we had any questions. It was nice not having someone follow you around like a lost puppy like every other store we tried. Not only did Michelle get us the best price around, she also had our daughters bed and mattresses delivered to our house the same day! I highly recommend Tucker Furniture and will definitely be returning for any future purchases!

Well I ordered Furniture February 25th. I went into the store as a first time customer. The experience was really nice. I was greeted by Theresa. I found a living room set I loved. But what I ordered wasnt in the store. It had to be ordered. She said it would take 2 weeks. I called yesterday afternoon, March 17, 2017, which is going on 3 weeks after today. A lady answered she said Ed would call me today. Which is saturday Mach 18, 2017. Well this morning my phone rings. It was Theresa. She said a piece of it is on back order. And hopefully itll be in the first week in April or April 1st or so. Or hopefully sooner. But my question is why wasnt I notified?? Surely this now makes me a little nervous and uncomfortable with the lack of communication. And what bothers me is they didnt offer to waive the delivery fee or something. Especially with the money that Im spending and that being my first dealings with their store. I felt like someone should have called me. The same customer service I got when I came to buy the furniture. Is the same customer service I should get after I have signed my name is all I am saying.
