Just wanted to stop by and say that I have never had such a caring shopping experience in my life. Jessica is by far the most detailed and knowledgeable sales person I have ever met. She really made me feel welcome too.

We came in with a budget and they showed us those prices without trying to upscale to pricier beds. Also made sure we new all of the fees and details before we agreed to buy so there were no surprises. Also as a bonus, there was no high pressure sales which is to my liking. Highly appreciate their help and service.

The team here was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and easy to work with. Mr. Bill helped myself and my husband try out several different mattresses before finding the one that worked best for us. We went in on a Friday and they were able to schedule delivery on the following Wednesday. We had tried to find another option in town that may be able to deliver sooner, but they were all 10 business days from purchase- even when I called the Temperpedic store. So let me say buying a new mattress can be stressful. As with any purchase you want to make sure you’re making the right investment. From the time I walked in the door with my wife, I was overwhelmed. My wife was excited. We laid on a fancy machine that picked the right mattress for us together. We picked out a mattress without any trouble. They were super patient and took their time walking us through the store and talking us through the types of mattresses. So, I’m indecisive and they worked really well. We were financed on the spot. We had a great experience with Marnia. If you have any COVID concerns Marnia gave us pillow covers, mattress covers and was wearing mask. All in all I enjoyed my experience with Mattress Warehouse.
