Went in to get a lawn mower belt and the gentleman was so very nice Ive been in there several times and each time he has been so nice .

They acted like they didnt even care wether they helped me or not

Lawn Mower broke down again, same part, 15 minutes after I got it home from Wilson Power Mowers.

Not a friendly or helpful place. Would not recommend this place at all.

I walked in there today and was prepared to buy a Stihl BR800 leaf blower for 600 bucks, I looked at them for at least ten minutes and the two people behindthe desk, neither one even came over to ask if I needed assistance. At that point it dawned on me that these people are stupid and didn’t want my business so I walked out and went to the Stihl dealer in Nashville NC and bought one 15 minutes later.

The owner and his son are the most arrogant and rude people I have EVER met—I cannot believe they would talk to a customer like they did to me today. If you are too busy to be nice to people maybe it’s time to move on. And if one of my kids talked to an adult that way they would’ve had a good talking too. We’re done there

They had my trimmer for over a month, kept saying that the part was on backorder. Got upset and went and picked it up. The owner said good look finding the part. Went over to P. J. Woodard and told him my experience. He went over and picked the part from inventory and fixed it in 5 minutes. Dont waste Your time. Owner is a POS arrogant SOB.

Good folks. They will go out the way to help with you power equipment needs.

I went today, and bought a riding lawnmower. They give great service, not only to me, but all customers that walk in. All the employees was nice and friendly. They was so helpful. Also, the driver that delivered the lawnmower, was sweet and nice. I will continue my business with them. This is a great business place. Thank you all, Wilson Power Mower & Saw, for great service.

Only takes A-day or 2 to fix anything and a very good price

I’ve been trying to reach dealer by phone and it was busy for an hour. When my call did go through they wouldn’t answer . Needed 2 more saws and having to drive further away when they were the closet dealer.

Went there to look at a sub compact tractor, my second stop for looking at tractors, and left there as a tractor owner! Mr Nelson Pate was honest and great to talk to. He also delivered my tractor personally the next morning!

I call for a price on a filter for my stihl weed eater the person had me on hold for 10 min while he was talking and laughing with customers and workers. They will never get my business again

Over charged on services under delivered on repairs. Customer service was indifferent and rude. They closed for two weeks in December with no notice. When I picked up my lawnmower the battery was dead and they asked me to come back the next day. I asked to be called with an estimate on repairs and they did the repairs without calling for my permission. Will never return again.

Customer service over the phone was so bad I decided not to go, even though they had an item I was having trouble finding.
