Went there looking for a part for my pressure washer and Stan helped us - they didn’t have what I needed in stock so he check the other stores in the area but they did not have it either - he then said let me order for you and will have sent to your homeFantastic service - definitely recommend them and Stan - much better service and customer support than Lowe’s or other places I went

Always a pleasant experience when I shop here. Chris is always super helpful and helps everyone get what they need with such ease and is very knowledgeable. They have great deals but receive limited inventory so call if you need something in particular before hand.

Friendly staff that actually know where items are located in the store and are glad to help you find what youre looking for.

I love Tractor Supply. They greet you at the door, they are so helpful, and friendly. They go look in the back for an item if its not on the Shelf. They are great and quick about helping to load your vehicle. if they dont have an item they will call another local store to see if they do or if you have time they will order it in. Great place to shop. I can always find something to buy at Tractor Supply

The service was amazing. They have good quality items for low prices. Very nice and respectful. I love it there. I have purchased all of my birds there and it is amazing how well they are doing.

Great experience mostly. Unfortunately the most helpful employee was stuck behind the register though. She did help me as much as she could though. They were kind of busy she had a line and still made time to answer all my questions. The other employee working the floor wasnt as helpful. I recently found a very young duckling wounded with out his mother or any siblings. My intentions were to try and rescue him. Their prices were very reasonable.

I saw two employees in the back by the knives, I was looking parts for a chainsaw, the young lady up front was doing everything,she was cashing guest out,greeting guest,helping them which isle they could find there product all while the two gentleman just stood in the back and I stood watching as I couldnt not locate my parts, the cashier/greeter/helper/maintenance (as she swept the floor) she sees me and with a big smile asked if she could help... I told her yes you need to go take a 3-4 min break and tell one of your co-workers (which they see me pointing at them) top get up and help. No I dont mind I like to stay busy! She helped me find what i needed (she needed a raise) she talked about her new puppy 90% but she was great the rest of staff that i saw 👎

They have a great selection of lots of outdoor and pet supplies. Its a fun place to go and look around...the one near Fuquay had adorable baby chicks, but I didnt notice any at this location.

Why have some stuff on line but not in store when so many items are needed local. I looked stove piping in Wilson store and they carry none, yet listed on line in tractor supply web site. Glad I called and did not run to town looking for it.

Went to get some chicken supplies. Wasnt much in the way of help from the staff but the cashier was friendly. Prices seemed to be about average for stuff. They have a good selection though.

Is it okay place to go have a lot of good different items unfortunately did not make a purchase at this time they did not have my part great place to go though if you need a tire they have a universal tire that fits almost all ride on mowers

Theyre fine when the prices are on the items and feed is available. Yesterday I went there and waited over twenty minutes for them to go in the back to get a bag of feed.They didnt have it stocked in feed room. Not the employees fault though. There just isnt enough staff working. Hurricane prep coming in and one guy on the floor? Get it together TSC.

I really like shoppling here..the staff always go out of their way to help you..the prices are comparable to others and sometimes much better..one example..I recently built a deck and the carriage bolts and lag screws were much cheaper here than at Lowes..Tractor Supply sells by the lb..Lowes by the piece..any new projects coming up it would be well worth it to check their prices on hardware..

Great dog food selection. Feed for many kinds of animals. Cheap tools at average prices. Some higher end tools available as well.

Watch out, this place is a little crowded, but it has a lot to buy. From whatnots and outside furniture, to farm equipment, feed, and chicks. Have fun going through everything. PS. It has clothes too.

I absolutely despise this particular Tractor Supply!! When myself or my daughter have gone in to purchase a couple bags of feed they either wouldnt have it or the bags were damp....dont even expect for one of the employees to ask you if you need any help as they dont speak or help you load your purchase. I would rather drive to Mule City in Benson than deal with this place!!

Staff is not very knowledgeable about many products. I view this as a self-service location. They have a decent inventory of farm/gardening items, but not very extensive.

Its a very nice place with friendly people and lots of the things you need.

We are very frequent shoppers of track or supply friendly staff and clean store always have what we need at reasonable prices!! ☺️☺️

Asked for help with 3 different things. An associate pointed in two different directions and said good luck. Waited 45 mins for an l.p. tank and fill to find out the tank nozzle is broken.

Was a good store... Manager change now I see roaches on the floor and dogs food bags with rat chew holes!!!! Plus customer service is a thing of the past!!!!

I would never go there or to Wilson again. I wasted an afternoon, driving over 30 miles from my home in Clayton to the store there in hopes of buying a lawnmower. After waiting over a half hour for sales help and asking twice, I said Thanks for nothing and left the store in disgust. I think a fundamental part of any business is to assist customers. If you cannot, tell them so and why, perhaps make an appointment. But dont treat them like garbage and make them wait outside for over a half hour. Once again, thanks for nothing.

Great customer service. They will help you get whatever you need when been in a hurry so that you can go in and get out.

They are clean and friendly, but they dont offer to help a 62 year old lady unload 50lbs bags of horse feed into car

I have to let other customers and the management @ Tractor Supply in Wilson NC know what a great associate they have working for them!!!! She was training a young man at the register, the only register open cause the other one had crashed yesterday, which she was doing a good job at. Then the man in front of us had a return/refund, she ask for his ph# doesnt speak and/or English well and says he doesnt have a #. She then ask for something that the manager told her to ask for and guess what he showed her something on his phone (UGH UGH LMFAO ) Next she ask for his name and he continues to stand there and look at her likes shes crazy(which BTW he was driving me and no not b/c hes Mexican but b/c he cant speak 9 UGH UGH UGH ) she does her job with a smile on her face finally she hands him the return slip for him (after playing a game of guess what Im saying ) to sign his name and low and behold he writes a string of #s!!!!!!!!!! So management @ Tractor Supply Wilson NC take note of the exceptional lady who was working on 9/17/2017 around 3 oclock. Because I wouldve lost my patience and told him NO REFUND. I glad there are still people willing to go the extra mile as she did!!
